Many thanks for good news Richard and Wendy. I told today with office in Manilva and they answer on English (usually they answered "Non entiendo" - don't understand). This is progress for office in Manilva and good omen. May bee I will get official letter from this company some time? I don"t get any news from this company after my last payment (30 % of full price) in july 2006. Only this site give me truth information. Thanks all members of this site!

If the licence is granted then why has no-one seen the papers. I believe that a lot of people have been mis-led by their solicitors. Mine is still saying they have no knowledge, so maybe I have good legal people.
There is still no sign of this happening. Priensur would be wanting snagging and completion ASAP if it was possible. It obviously isn't.

Pdrich1 you are right in what you say someting is not right here i dont know what.You would have thought that the contracts would have been drawn up waiting for this licence to be granted ,yet still another month has gone by and nothing.I still believe that prinsur want us to cancell contracts and then readvertise at the higher price,with the site very near to completion they could ask a better price than most of us have paid.It is also getting very close for us not to complete untill the new year with Christmas and new year we would be going back and forwards,when completion is ready WHEN we intend to drive over and stay for approx 2 to 3 months before returning.I am also thinking of flying over in the next week or two to see what the hell is going on first hand. This process has been a bloody nightmare

Seems to me that the only people that know what is going on is the Town Hall and the developer. They appear to be telling the lawyers and anyone else who asks what they want to hear. The question is, why? Yes they may be holding out for a better price from new buyers but in the present climate that is very risky. They have millions of Euros waiting to be paid into their account NOW. It just doesn't add up.

Hello, the town hall in Spain is something very serious and I have direct information, they do not have because to say lies, according to the town hall the construction, one they to beg (to ask) please the license for the block and the town hall acceded. It seems to me that here there aer t two topic.
1º That Prienesur wants to sell the floors(flats) veri veri expensive
2º This Prienesur that receiving for not doing anyting and whereas the best businnes last
