Wanted, POOL TABLE, in average to good condition, South Spain area

Hi does anyone know the exact exchange rate in the banks over in Spain at the moment? 

We are out in 2 weeks and are just wondering whether to send money from here or take it with us?

The Spanish banks exchange rate is 1.25 euros to the pound, or it was last week when we were out.

We transfer money on a monthly basis with TSB and they use the business rate which is slightly better 1.29 today.there is also a charge. obviously the more you transfer the more ecomical it would be.We could use Currencies Direct on a direct debit basis which is even better,but at least we have the option of when we want to transfer money.

I have been using my bank (Nat West) but just wondered what other people did. The Nat West won't allow me to transfer in Euros, it has to be sterling, is TSB the same?

By the way I notice you're from Wolverhampton, do you support Wolves? I'm born & bred Manchester but have been a long suffering Wolves fan all my life!!!!

I use a company called SGM - FX based in lonndon. there web site is:  http://www.sgm-fx.com/  you will get a better rate from these but they do charge £10 for under £5000 or it might be £10000 just do the maths is it better to pay a £10 or does it work out cheaper just exchanging it through your bank?

I transfer money in Euros with TSB,and yes Wolves fan,Grey haired ,stressed,old before my time is it any wonder.
