Hi ALL,
arnoldg has outed alm as not being a SADM purchaser and not in the same boat as those of us who are. This is why we need to post our plot numbers to identify that we are SADM purchasers, which alm refused to do and complained about when challenged.
It therefore, appears that there are people who do not wish for SADM to go ahead and I can only ask why? I can think of  2 reasons, the first being to make moeny out of us and/or SJ  or secondly due to personal issues! 

As SADM purchasers we need to stick together and not be panicked by the rumours and comments that are being posted.
I stongly beleive that it is very very likely that  soon we will have the oportunity to continue with our purchases and have our homes. This is a much better outcome for the greatest percentage if not all of us and there are some people who do not want this to happen.

SADM purchasers have formed thier own body SARC and this has been engaged quietly working towards the continuation of SADM. The out look is looking better but we need to keep working towards this and ask that you all remain calm. Please remember that those of you on R 4,7,10,15 have your foundations, so how long do you think it would take to complete if work restarted? 

Do not listen to or be affected by the rumour factory.

So what, why don't you learn what goes on in the world of business and then you would understand.
You obviously are very insecure and feel inferior if you get satisfaction in trying to get one up on someone.
Why not pay more attention to your campaign.
If you had done more research, you wouldn't now be in the situation you are.
I am not and don't stand to lose money. Even my associates avoided such a situation.

Is it not rumour that the works will go ahead, therefore, don't listen to it?

Also, there are people on here who have not given their Plot numbers (lawyers) so do not listen to them either?
When you give out such advice, just hope you have a good PI cover.

My comments after researched 12 months ago were:
One such reason being the points you highlight regarding the possibility of just a few villas in a mountain range, so it is just out of interest that I read this thread.
I suppose that could now become fact, something some don't like are facts, in that there may be a few houses, no golf, not hotel, no shops and bars, perhaps no facilities at all. Then what value would the properties have?

Hi alm dont listen to the know it alls they are just feeling Jumilliated and there is no way Sanjose they are going to get their house any time before they are pushing up the daisies.I have read all the Spanish press this weeekend and know exactly where I stand . Many people only read the the Spanish papers for expats these are weeklys usually Friday and the recent news only broke on saturdays papers. I know this because I was up really late on Saturday night wating to read the papers as my lawyer had called me to say there were rumours of further developments which may affect the situation she did not tell me what they were incase they were not true however I new to expect news on saturday.
There is a thread on another forum titled publicity campaign needed this is what people should  read  and act upon it  as well as the legal route if they really want to help themselves 

.It can be hard to convince people to look at all their options when they are demannding things like a small child.All this I WANT MY HOUSE  stuff reminds me of a spoiled child demanding sweets .There are many ways to influence the outcome of all of this if people use their brains and figure out the facts from the rumour and speculation. Speaking and reading Spanish helps  perhaps poeple could burn of their frustrations by learning to speak the language of the country they chose to buy a property in.
I cant hold with people demanding things and no one on this forum has the right to demand another member is removed for expressing an opinion or when everyone in the thread has been equally rude to each other.Lets stop the squabling now and be nice life is to short . julie anne

From the information your lawyer has passed on and your reading of the Spanish papers , you seem to suggest that our position as creditors is detoriating ! Is this correct and what is this news?

Pehaphs you could tell us what the Spanish press said then?, that would be most useful.

Those people that want their houses should be allowed to get on with it but when they are constantly bombarded by irrelevant postings by ALM who is not a purchaser at all you can't blame them for fighting back.

It seems that for over a year ALM has been very unpopular on this forum I wonder why that is??

All I asked sometime ago was if he was a purchaser or not so I could guage where he was coming from but he would not tell, I don't think that was unreasonable do you?

It would be to long and lengthy for me to explain on here .There are two seperate stories about the same person that coul affect us.It would be far easier for you to read them youself then we could all discuss.
If you go look at the Spanish press Saturday and Sunday which you can do on line,you can also translate the pages on line then you can read for your self what the articles say.The administrator of another forum has posted them on her site however I am not sure if I am allowed to name the site here  PM me if you want it.

As for your other comments Yes I do think it was unreasonable who are you the whose bought a house police ? People are allowed to express an opinion wheather or not they are purchasers in specific places .I  dont remember alm ever saying he was a purchaser at santa anna yet you out him as if he has commited some huge crime.

You have absolutely no interest in helping people but just want to keep shouting them down.  i notice the same pattern of trying to push good news so far down that no one can see it.  Some of those of you who do not want your property obviously have a very strange problem as you appear to not be able to stand the comments and opinions of those that do. WHY DO YOU OBJECT , THERE IS NOTHING TO STOP YOU GOING YOUR ROUTE AND US OURS AND WE DO NOT DERIDE YOU FOR IT, WE ACCEPT THAT WE ALL HAVE CHOICES TO MAKE BUT SOME DO NOT SEEM TO RESPECT THAT.  And as for alm copy paste to your heart's delight.

Well said and thanks for all your efforts, it would seem that Julie Anne has a property on El Pinet so maybe she will get her house her agenda is to make sure the funds are there for that, say no more.

I do not believe it is wise or prudent to ask for a fellow contributor to be barred from expressing an opinion. In a democratic society  free speech is a basic right and one to be respected. If one object to a posting either ignore it or post a valid and reasonable reply.  With regard to the article in La Verdad it is true that 860 shareholders in San Jose objected to the way the company has been run of late.  These are small shareholders who have lost all their savings and are very angry . We as buyers at Jumilla and elswhere are anxious as to the outcome of this saga, but little has been posted about the other side of the coin. If you read the Spanish Press we are all in deep trouble !

How do you Know everything Perhaps I want My  house perhaps Idont .perhaps I have switched sites during the legal battle over El Pinet perhaps I have not perhaps I have already had a refund tusing my bank guarentee perhaps Ihave not perhaps I dont care what happens anymore be cause I have just come into a huge inheritance perhaps Ive not .Perhaps I think el pinet should be finished first if funds are found because it is  closer to completion and so many people already live there.Therefor dont presume to know what my agenda is .If you had asked me nicely I would have told you.

We SADM purchasers have a lot riding on the outcome of the administration process and as much as people may not like it a very large group of purchasers have come together to work for getting our properties. Now normally you would expect people to wish one and other luck but i have not noticed that form the unidentifed posters.  I and all who want there properties do not begrudge others who wish another outcome only those who are not SADM purchasers making derogatory snide remarks to others. As it stands some el Pinet purchasers have joined and support the SACR campaign and we will be mentioning their aspirations to SJ as requested.
