I have found another article in the spanish press which may be worth a look .I have tried to post the web details but am not allowed to post a web link until I have made ten posts.I have only made 8.however I will give the info without posting a link so you can all have a look not sure what this all means for us .the paper is called activaorihuela if youcan't find it pm me.
It mentions the companies involved the Orihuela football club stuff.I am being careful now not to express an opinion and just give out the info .I dont wantt anyone else getting mad at me but dont want you to miss out on anything thats out there Knowledge is power.cheers This message was last edited by julie anne on 6/22/2008.

Specify why you want to know and what your purpose is...then you may get an answer...or not...
Is there a business link between the funders and the club director or directors?
Its a very personal request
I can't see what is personal about that, especially if there were to be business links.

So assume I have a couple of companies A, B and C
A & B lends funds to C. Where the funds allowed to be transferred, was the transfer with the agreement of the directors and shareholders. As with companies which are Ltd. or Plc, you just cannot shift funds when you want to who you wants (read up on Conrad Black)

If it is a Ltd. or Plc, certainly not personal, as details are in public domain.
Assuming there were links, is could be where misappropriating funds comes into it.
If you have a Ltd. or PLC, you just cannot decide to go out and buy yourself a racehorse out of company funds.

you really need to stop winding these guys up .They are going to have a hissy fit its not worth it be nice .They have a really serious job to do in making sure people get what they want out of all of this .You are hindering thier cause .You must realise these are the guys that are best placed to get people a good outcome now please leave them alone be nice. I have seen you winding up arnoldg ,tonymal and brian55 now stop it we are all going to be nice from now on These guys have a level head a serious strategy and could influence this whole process hugely and get people all the outcomes they want. so please be nice.Thanks

Hi ALL,.
It appears that there are people who do not wish for SADM to go ahead and I can only ask why? I can think of 2 reasons, the first being to make moeny out of us and/or SJ or secondly due to personal issues!
As SADM purchasers we need to stick together and not be panicked by the rumours and comments that are being posted.
I stongly beleive that it is very very likely that soon we will have the oportunity to continue with our purchases and have our homes. This is a much better outcome for the greatest percentage if not all of us and there are some people who do not want this to happen.
SADM purchasers have formed thier own body SARC and this has been engaged quietly working towards the continuation of SADM. The out look is looking better but we need to keep working towards this and ask that you all remain calm. Please remember that those of you on R 4,7,10,15 have your foundations, so how long do you think it would take to complete if work restarted?
Do not listen to or be affected by the rumour factory.
I want my House and I want you to have yours too!

I find it interesting that any one should advice panic. SJ are not finished until the administrators and courts say so and I very very much doubt it! I have left your negative strand alone.

My very last posting on this as I'm sick to death of you and ALM!!
You carry on slating all that the group that wants their house say and claim they are being irresponsible and then you put the following:

Who the hell do you think you are, you don't know SJ are finished unless you are the Judge and he does'nt even know at this stage.
So what you are doing is frightening everyone to death and creating the panic yourself, your posts should have a warning:

So just go and do one.

General observation -
Julie Anne - you mention about dealing with facts and then you state San Jose are finished ! Is this a fact ?
As I mentioned in an earlier post we all have to wait before the administrators make a decision and propose this to the creditors which is made up of people who want their properties and people who want their cash as well as the banks whom along with San Jose didn't give the majority of us with bank guarantees.
FACTS :
This will cost us money to be represented through this process
This will cause anxiety and stress but we can help each other if we are supportive and factual.
We are going to Spain next week for 3 weeks and hopefully, I can get a better feel with what is going on but fact - I will enjoy my holiday with my family.
Life is not a rehearsal (can't spell).

Hola todos,
I have watched this discussion disintergrate into a slagging match over the last few days. Wishing for ones house is a laudable aspiration , and people who want their money back are entitled to go down that route. Get all the information you need and make your decision. Remember San Jose have for the last 4 years given us :
