Dear Justin,
Sorry to ask but would it be possible for those that want their house at Jumilla and are purchasing there to have a dedicated thread only available to them.
The useful information is being lost by the likes of Alm and Julie Anne who have nothing to do with SADM.
We very much value your site and the efforts you have gone too to provide a valuable resource but can't get on with all the rubish being posted.

while you were pming me I was writing my last post and sent it before reading your " polite " pm .This just goes to show how paranoid you actually are there you go acusing me of responding to your polite pm with a direct post which you do not agree with.Once again you were wrong . i am sorry that you had not read my posting prior to posting your message I was refering to. However, your posting now does you no credit and you continue the hostility. Do you actually want to carry on like that? As for my IQ I am afraid you have no means of gauging it nor of measuring something as you have no fixed refernce point that is verifiable.
I still wish you well and if this exchange is due to misundersatandings and delays in the reading of postings I apolagise.
I want my house as do many more and I hope that you get a positive outcome.

Hi ALL,
arnoldg has outed alm as not being a SADM purchaser and not in the same boat as those of us who are. This is why we need to post our plot numbers to identify that we are SADM purchasers, which alm refused to do and complained about when challenged.
It therefore, appears that there are people who do not wish for SADM to go ahead and I can only ask why? I can think of 2 reasons, the first being to make moeny out of us and/or SJ or secondly due to personal issues!
As SADM purchasers we need to stick together and not be panicked by the rumours and comments that are being posted.
I stongly beleive that it is very very likely that soon we will have the oportunity to continue with our purchases and have our homes. This is a much better outcome for the greatest percentage if not all of us and there are some people who do not want this to happen.
SADM purchasers have formed thier own body SARC and this has been engaged quietly working towards the continuation of SADM. The out look is looking better but we need to keep working towards this and ask that you all remain calm. Please remember that those of you on R 4,7,10,15 have your foundations, so how long do you think it would take to complete if work restarted?
Do not listen to or be affected by the rumour factory.
I want my House and I want you to have yours too!

Attention to detail and facts are very important.
At this juncture no one is certain of individual outcomes - it will be down to the administrators.
In my opinion the article regarding the fc dealings have no direct impact of the voluntary administration but underpins this individuals characteristics.
I respect fellow purchasers and wish I had the same positive attitude for those that still want their properties.
For those who have no direct dealings with this process and are not potentially going to lose money should be understanding and realise emotions are high.

rjmderry, the first thing that comes to mind is that a few months ago, can't recall who was involved, but didn't the funds for the take-over and cash injection come from the development company of the President? Just wish I could remember who was involved, but it was a major player (pun, in the sport sense).
It has happened a few times in UK and the one I know of, when one went, it all went. Let's hope that doesn't happen here. This message was last edited by alm on 6/22/2008.

Fact of the matter is San Jose have broken the law by not issuing back guarantees , what else have they not adhered to ?

As I understand it Jose Murcia borrowed money from 2 companies to help with finances at Orihuela Football Club in December 2007, he then approached the same 2 companies in February 2009 for more money. It was then discovered the original investment had never been accounted for or shown in the football clubs books. The 2 companies have now taken it to court and Jose Murcia faces allegations of fraud and misappropriation of funds. He has now resign as Chairman of the OFC. I think thats the jist of it! Good heavens February 2009! Pity the building work wasnt so far ahead.
This forum is fast becoming ridiculous.. if people dont like whatever Alm; says, just DONT REPLY.. So simple. Some of his points ARE valid!
This Forum should stay open for ALL purchasers not only exclusive to those that ONLY want SADM to go ahead. Some us still have BOTH options available and will make a decision when we are good and ready after the Administrators Report.
Just stop this immature bantering or we women will KNOW you men go through PMT and an even worse menopause!!! Then where would be our excuse!
