Many thanks, but as far as my business interest, and pesonal finances go, there is only one God and that is me.
Nobody, no group or groups, paid professional advisors, employees, will look after my interests 100%.
Why not take your mama's advice and don't listen to too much spin.
The group, let's assume you had 100 people chasing you for money owed, say 1000 each, you only have 1000 each. Only one knocks your door. Do you say give the pest the 1000 or send 10 to each.
Nobody looks after your interest as much as you do. Groups may attract publicity, but dilute intensity.

A few weeks back i offered a weeks vacation to anyone that had / has a valid 'Bank Guarantee', no-one has come forth to claim their 'prize' therefore i assume i am correct in saying what you presumed you have got is in fact worthless............sorry,like FiN, stating a fact. If you have a BG / AVAL, it should be cashed by now, and before anyone that says " yeah, but I know someone who has "........ I believe that person was resolved before this situation happened.

I for one, am definately looking after our own interests now from this moment forward.

                     thanks for the comments but as you might realise you both personally have no input to the ley concursal process and thank god, because you both are just time wasters with absolutely no connection with SADM as purchasers just on here to scare those that are worried about the situation just what is your interest  in the  the development? As you have only posted few but well targeted posting that try to install fear into the purchasers.

Never in history has a single person been more effective than a united group.

       This is for all those British and Irish purchasers if we had sat back and done nothing in 1940 we would have lost the Battle of Brittan and in doing so lost the war. If  the small boat owners had not offer to sail their own boats to Dunkirk our troops would have been left stranded on those beaches at Dunkirk. that is what a united group can do the Romans new it, the British empire new it that is why they used the divide and conquer strategy
               These tactics here are being used to divide us as a group because as a group we are stronger than a single voice and they are scared that if we remain united then the court and financial sector might  believe in the SADM project and come through with the required finance. lets face it in the scheme of building contracts 30million is peanuts thats all it costs for an Intensive care unit to be built and kitted out

If we are time wasters, how would you know. If we have no connection SADM as purchasers, how would you know.
If we are just on here to scare people, please state, with evidence, any facts you may have that can prove any of my comments to be incorrect. If you can, I would readily accept.
I think that purchaser have enough to fear from the people they have dealt with in the past and if they are having professional advice now, I don't think anything on a forum could scare them.

your best hope is to reverse your iwmh campaign and fight for your deposits and quick - have you missed fadesa disapearing, did you miss llanera disappearing.

                 I hear what you are saying and I thank you as you know we dont always see eye to eye but I respect you and your points of views I real don't understand where FIN is comming from I did not berate him last night but then he had to have a pop at me personally.  I replied to his pop with a fairly polite reply and then asked for unitity as that is the only way we might win and actually get something out of this mess. I used history but did not call him names and asked his interest in SADM.
                         All I can say I have to try and save the developement if I can That is my first choise but if it goes the other way I want my money but I strongly believe that to do this we have to be united. and what I said aboout cost of an ITU I know as I am having to go through this at work and yes full kitted out is just 30 million and thats what is required to get the project built. So definatley not a hughe sum in the building industry as projects go. Oh nearly forgot thats 30million euros. as for saying they have no interst as purchasers why have they not declared if they are just like the rest of us?

Hi All,
I am tired of reading the doom and gloom ignore any info that does not fit into the end is niegh brigade. The info in the report is not lies or propaganda it is what it is and what was said and that is it end of story. Keep on trying to say oh but this and but  and things like .
It is not licensed .....answered.  There is no water....answered......building costs..........fixed for 3 years.......It will take forever.....new contracts, with completion dates and bank gaurantees.........But when will we know..........around October.

So what is the point of all of the scare and fear tactics? We have waited for you on this thread to come up with a reason why people should not support SADM being built but you have not come up with one rational reason not to. So you are up set with SJ/HdT no reason to through your money away. Why should purchasers stand around and be fleeced again by the same people who should of ensured that their rights were protected in the first place. 

There can only be 1 of 2 outcomes in this process and quite simply they are SADM gets built, we get our properties or it does not and we are screwed. Now I think it is obvious that together we stand as a group and have combined purchasing power to effect a positive outcome.

Enough of your the end is nigh, no it is not.  Brian is right all for one and one for all. Sounds corny but that is what we should be doing, unlike the rather selfish attitude that some express. 

I want my House, I want you to have your house, I want us to get out of this mess together.

If you intend to use history, you should state history as it was and not again cherry pick.

You should realise from my postings, that in all matters I fight my own corner and where required, have more than adequate legal representation.

What is your point in mis-quoting history and comparing your campaign to campaigns that changed the world and resulted in hundreds of thousands losing their lives.

But conjecture is a mathematical statement which is normally true but not yet proven (God, I did remember something from UNI). So what is the problem with that.
It is conjecture that will be given consideration by any institution asked to offer funding.
