Hiya

I'm somewhat confused by this? I've just checked my Bancaja account and I've had 304.99 taken for Jan to March 09, I'm in a 2 bedroom on Jardines 4

Am I right in thinking that the next bill will be the agreed monthly rate minus the difference between the agreed rate and what they charged me for Jan to March?

Graham

Sorry Phil

In England at the moment (under protest) and drinking wine under the hot English sun!

Just bought a WiFi laptop which I will probably have to take to Camposol due to the price PW are charging for internet.

What I should have said was charges start from the month after completion.

Can't wait to get back tomorrow!

Hasta luego

Barry & Sue

Just received a reply from Lali of RPM about the fee's

The money deducted from your bank cover January to March. The amount per month is 98.88 euros till April.

From May and till the end of the year, the community fees have been reduced, so will be 79.74 euros per month.

The next payment will come out at the end of june. The total to be paid: 258.36 euros for April-June.

The fees for last year won´t be debited yet, but we will keep you informed once we discuss this matter with the presidents.

Paul

Hi Tim

We can't get to grips with our Cajamurcia Account either.  Totally flummoxed as to how to withdraw money even.  They also took 80 euros for our cards!!!!

Just found out Barclays Bank have opened a branch in Puerto de Mazzaron so we are going to cancel our Cajamurcia and open one with them - apparently there are no bank charges especially if you have a Barclays Bank account in Britain.

Hope this helps in any way.

Jeremy and Jane.

I can recommend Barclays in Peurto Mazzaron.  They speak perfect English and are very helpful.  I had to cancel a standing order with Cajamar and as they don't speak English so well, Ana even wrote down on a piece of paper what I wanted to do and all I had to do was hand this to the Teller in the Cajamar - it made things so much easier.

Also a friend I met at Condado tried at various banks in Peurto to cash some travellers cheques but Barclays was the only bank who would do this for her!

Thanks for that Guy's , Would be a bit difficult to change as our Spanish Mortgage is with Caja Murcia,

It doesn't look like we have had any Fees taken yet , even thought I've allowed for it & would rather they took it sooner than later , wouldn't want to be looking at a big bill in the future.

As foe caja Murcia , they seem to take commision on just about every thing they do , have the odd 9 euro's going out at funny times .

Cheers Again

Tim
