The work is in progress, the builders are installing  the definitive Electrical system  not to do a double work without need , so the arent in the site everyday but they are coming the most of the days, aproximately  6 workers per day, the electrician, etc ...

Also, yesterday i had a  very important meeting in  the brick factory  with my superiors and the owners of  "Ceramicas Alhabia" , which is  part of the new society.They told me that they are working very hard for Tabernas,  but it isnt posible to see all that work. They feel very aroused with Tabernas project  and they want to feel proud of the work that they are goign to do here. Those are their words, and because of that i have seen, they look very professional and have many years of experience. 

About the pictures, sorry but i have a problem in my PC and need to be repaired by the system administrator. But don´t worry because i will upload them to show everybody how is the process going .

On the other hand, i would like to transmite my tranquility to all you as the  Oasis Thabernax Country Club problems have been solved and  it is only a questions of days to see a big change in the site.

Maybe i think that will be good to say for the tranquility of all, that all the buildings are going to be given to their owners with the Certificate of fitness. I write this as i remember to have seen somebody speaking about this.

Finally i would like to say to MTH  that i am EVEYDAY IN THE OFFICE, NO SORRY MONDAY TO FRIDAY, so if he want to speak with me only have to come at the corrects hours:

1)  I am at the office in the morning at 09:30 and also i reply the callings before this time , i use to go for a coffe at 10 o´clock . Also at 14:00 or at 14:30 i used to go to eat durign one hour or one and a half, so i come back at 15:30 or at 16:00. Logically ,I don´t sleep at the office and i go home at 18:00.

2) The office is only closed when it is a bank holiday o a local holiday, or when i have my own holidays. If someone need to know which are the days i will gratefully let all know.

3)  The water that you get for your building isn´t the same that we have in the development, as we have own water well.

I will come back later to continue writting about  Oasis Thabernax Country Club  and all that any may need, as now it is 14:12 i have to go home to eat.

Don´t worry, as you will see the pictures. 

According to the computer problem, i have to let you now that the System administration is working at Murcia, so he needs a complet day to come.and he couldn´t came during the week.

Do you want to know the reason? Ok,: the reason is that  Huma Indalo hasn´t told me to write here.I am doing it by my own .So i don´t think every-one here is an idiot. I joined here because i thought that will be good for you and the rest of members  to know what is happening in real time and to try to help in that is in my hand which is to say the truth for people who want lo listen it. On the other hand  i would like to say you that i am not angry  with the comments as i undestand your frustation and if  were you i will be the same o much more angry than you are.

Sorry if i don´t write  a good english and my explains aren´t  totally correct, but when i wrote (it isn´t posible to see all that work) i wanted to mean that there aren´t big machines that you can see from the main road, only workers with 2 mixers and tiles working in the site inside the houses, taking the measures of the buildings that have been started,  the electrician installing the system, ........

  During the last week the surveyor  and the workers, have been working  in the site everyday only today are outside beause  ,today the builders and the surveyor have the same meeting that i went yesterday.

Thank you so much for all the information you are giving us and please don't think we all are the same and also, it is unfair to take it out on you. You must be taking a risk by putting the information on the site as it is, and I for one am grateful. Your English is easily understood and is much better than my Spanish, so don't apologise for it. Keep up the good work and lets hope that Huma keep their promise, for all the people who have transferred.

My husband and I cancelled on ACC rather than risk further problems on OCC and are still waiting for our money to be refunded. If you have any news on that we would really appreciate it. You are correct that we are all frustrated and desperate for positive news. I'm sure that most of us feel very bitter about it all, but as I say, all you are doing is trying to help.

Certainly I don´t know what have Huma Mediterraneo SL done with the money of all the clients. I assume that they used it for the houses that started in ACC,but it haven´t been used at Tabernas, as it is another company. It is true that some members of Huma Mediterraneo are involved in Huma Indalo SL but  Huma Indalo isn´t the  general chief, there is more people involved.

* Why do we have to wait until Thabernax is built to get our money?/ (((Why hasnt HUMA returned monies from those of us that legally withdrew from ACC when HUMA breached the contract ? : They have told me many times that this is the only one way that they have to try to resolve all theirs problems to could to pay back to all the clients and companies. I think that if they wouldn´t like to pay , have been easier to  they to disapp, but htey haven´´t done it. And believe me i am not their defensor as i am not agree with that they have done.

* We have taken HUMA to court and won, HUMA  still haven`t paid, why? Because they haven´t economic resources.

* Why should those of us that have legally withdrawn from ACC finance and be caused a living hell of worry ? 

Has Almanzora clients money been used to finance Thabernax? No it hasn´t been used to finance Tabernas, as the funding for Tabernas come from  a group of  companies that  have been joined together to go aheag with the project. At the begining of Oasis Thabernax CC, a bank was going to finance the project, but when the builders started the bank regrets to doing it. And that is the main reason of the delays in Tabernas.

I am very sorry for all the inconveniece that the have caused you.

I am very sorry to have offended you with my comments however I had been expecting to see a car when you were there and perhaps that is not so..I am sorry once again.  All in all I suppose I would not see a few electricians working inside the houses but would have expected to see thier vehicles. 

Thank you for letting me know about your water situation good to hear that there is a large well available. I was wondering if you could also tell me about the plans for the sewerage waste.  Are the houses going to be connected to a  sewerage plant or will they have individual pozos.

I am very pleased to hear for all concerned that work is commencing.  I will continue to watch the development with great interest.

P.S. It is now Monday and life has been spotted on the Oasis plant!  Hope the few people that were spotted are just the start.  Here's to many more workers and indeed a start on the development.

I guess this refers to the Certificate of Habitation (Cedula de Habitabilidad).

A word of caution - at Mazarron Country Club Huma promised that Certificates of Habitation would be available within 2 weeks - that was in 2005. We are still waiting.

You haven’t offended me, don’t worry about it, is only that probably you came to the site when i wasnt there, and luckily I have to go Monday to Friday and I am still working, thing that is very difficult in that crisis time. Sometimes I have meetings and I am not at the office, so probably you came when I was in one of them. Also when i am writting i am always in the office.Have you seen the trucks bringing the bricks? They came yesterday, and there were 6 workers getting ready everything, the came everyday and also they came during the last week. Also today they are installing the three-phase electric cables as the previous installation was of two-phases and the mixers can’t to work with it.

Hi Carmen...Thank you for your reply...Really glad for all concerned that things are on the move and what better news tro hear than water will be recycled as it were...We run a Biodigester in fact two..They are a wonderful source of water for the trees ect...

Along with the builders showing up at Thabernax were a fleet of flying saucers, flying pigs and Lord Lucan.

This s another con trick to stop you using your Lawyer to go after Huma. Show us the proof that the build has re started, Oh you can't can you because it is more bullshit.

The easiest way to 'prove' that work has re-started & silence all the critics is to post some photos showing what is happening.

Assuming of course that your computer is working again.

Ok rob6578,  you are right, if my  office computer isn´t ready, i will try tonight  or tomorrow to upload them at home in mine. Altough i don´t work tomorrow, i will done it without any incovenience.

The computer won't be working casuse the men who install the computers will be on holiday for a month, then it will be a Holy week, then a national holiday, then there won't be any electricity as the power lines were stolen by gypsies.

Another Huma con job, Instead of going ahead with the build, give us our money back you theiving scumbags.

We are all very dubious about HUMA for obvious reasons, but I think that Carmen is sticking her neck out to try and give us as much information as she can, and I for one would like to thank her for her efforts.

HUMA and the relevant authorities have treated us all bad, but being offensive to someone who is genuinely trying to help does no-one any good!

I have been following this thread with interest as we originally purchased on ACC. Luckily we got all our money back.

I find it strange that Carmen who knows how stressed and upset everyone is does not post photo's of any progression even though this was promised late Feb?

Is it really Carmen?

Has anyone been informed in writing about the new start date at Oasis by Huma or their solicitor?

I do hope for all concerned she is THE Carmen from Huma and not some hoax poster?

I do hope it's genuine and look forward to the re start for all involved!
