I will  begin to  contact with clients from block 1 on Monday.  Also if any other client from Block 2,3,4,5 and 6 is over here i could offer a property in  other blocks  that still  have some property availables.  In addition,  I could send you a copy of the plan to show you what services are going to be finished for this phase and also explain you the diferences with the previos planning.

Finally i would like to let you know that  since next Monday, i will have a telephone number  from England very usefull and cheaper for all you to contact with me.  On the other hand if anyone have a "Skype" user , i got one and we could speak without any cost.

Hi ...A lovely sunny day here in Tabernas and that's just the good news for us that live here and are working in it.....

As indeed are workers on the site.....Not just lorries delivering but metal contruction up on one house with slabs on side and about five others up and waiting building work which seems to be taking a different format in the build construction.

So looks like all is forging ahead and will be looking even better in no time at all...So I feel that there will be some exciting pictures coming this way!

The Judge awarded in our favour several times, but Huma have simply refused to pay

As an established developer this request is a sale for you and should not be too difficult to accomplish.

Why would anyone want to buy one of these units that are being built at thabernax. The construction is different to Almanzora. What they are building here wouldn't get a mortgage in the UK or most of Europe as it is non-standard construction or prefab slabs of concrete held together with a bit of mortar.

They will knock up a few of these which are cheap and nasty and try to sell them to unsuspecting people. If they are reputable then they will refund with interest those of us who were ripped off by their con-trick at Almanzora.

Stay clear of this lot.

Come to think of it, Bob doesn't seem to be around......is he visiting his investment in Tabernas?

Dont know how much an appartment is as Oasis - but if you want a really good deal I have a partly built Tarifa in Costa Almeria (near Almanzora) which you can have for the bargain price of 65,000 euros - when completed (hopefully before the turn of the century) it will have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a Community with numerous facilities - to many to mention.  Even in todays market this is a real bargain - it is much closer to the sea than Oasis,  near proper airports and not even on a desert.
