 Hi - we are all watching with baited breath.  It is MTH that seems to be able to give an indication of what is going on there and if as he says, building has started, I think that people need to look very carefully at the quality of the build, including the situation with the drains.   But nobody has answered the simple question of how many properties are to be built?   I am pretty sure they did not get the permissions needed for several thousand, and it may be that they are going to finish off a few hundred to get people (mainly those of us tied up in ACC) off their backs.   Now that is not necessarily a problem - but it is no good going ahead on that basis and then being disappointed that there are limited or none existent communal facilities.

We don't know how many there is permission for now..For the past site it was eight hundred.  Have seen the documentation.

We are very pleased that there is a well also that they are considering Eco sewerage plant...

We also live fifteen mins away so if any one wants to come and get first hand info they can..

That is the reason because i didn´t upload the pictures as i left the office at 7 o´clock and it was very dark to take pictures. Also the builders went at home to have a rest during the weekend.

I have been reading all your posts over the last few weeks and it appears

that Huma are still not building, I have also crossed over from ACC hoping

to get something out of this sorry mess. I am going out to Spain  at the end of this month

or early next month and I will take some photo`s and post them on this site.

I gave my solicitors instructions to claim my deposits back as Huma are in breach of contract

now on the Oasis site. I will also let you all know how the solicitor is doing

Hi ,  Just thought that all of you would like to hear..

There has been lots of activity on site this morning..Lorries delivering blocks and 'stuff'!

Not sure what work is being done as what can been seen from outside Oasis perimeter is limited...When the site was open and we looked around there were two houses completed.

As for photos..do think it would be pointless as the actual buildings look no different from the outside...there is a lot to do I would imagine on working on the inside of the completed houses.

gavstap, please be carefull with your words as i am only a worker and i don´t need your comments and much more when are offensive. If you don´t want to read the posting that i use to write, ok, don´t do it. If you don´t have a good reason to be here , why don´t you left the forum? You aren´t helping, only giving negatives views of everything, and do you really think that this is the way, sorry but i don´t think so. During all my life i have had problems like anybody, and i have never find a reason to insult like you have done it . That is that i am going to do . I don´t care the times that you and other members are going to insult me as i am thinking in the rest of the people that is everiday trying to get some info to give some hope to their lives. The situation is that Huma haven´t money to pay back, and i will never defend them as that is horrible ans disgracefull, but they are trying to resolve the situation to could to give a house or the money back.

I would like to let all the clients know that i am not going to left the forum in steed of the comments that some are writting.

Unity gives strength and that is that we have to do, to try to resolve that crisis  together. I am not part of Huma like many says, i am only a worker that believe in this project as this is a lovely and peacefull site with sun, lovely people, and future. I am not a hoaxer or a ghost or an insicere girl, no i am not. I am only a girl supporting to the people that may need a hope. And i don´t want to be repetitive so i only rest to say :

I would like to contact with the clients from TCC. Could the interested one send me a private message? I need to contac with all that bought in Block 1  as it is being built and the builder has requested me the extras ( preinstalation, jacuzzi, etc...) Also if I have more info about the property but i don´t want to post because it is private information.

 I think that post needs removing gavstap.  It doesn't matter how much you stand to lose, or how you feel, that is a really inappropriate comment, and very probably rascist in a legal sense.  I found it very uncomfortable, and I too have lost money.  In no way do I want to be associated with comments like that about the Spanish, gypsies, or any other race of people.

No I have never been working in Mazarron . I live in Tabernas and previously i was working in another company  in Tabernas,  totally diferent to this.
