Although I have had my disagreements with MM I have fully agreed with her assesment of those idiots who run SARC. I believe that most sane and reasonable people have seen through their claptrap that has supposedly come from Almundena, one of the company's crooked mouthpieces.

I wish I still had a vote, I would definately vote for their liquidation, I couldn't sleep at nights knowing that I had allowed other people to be sucked in and robbed by these people, when I had the opportunity to remove this company from trading.

Once again only my humble opinions and if I have upset the SARC management BLOODY GOOD!!!!!!!

Can not believe that MM has been banned!!  If this is because of SARC then it is a crying shame. MM was able to see through Almundena and attempted to get SARC to see that all the spin Almundena gave them was absolute rubbish, twaddle lies etc etc...

Yes MM did get frustrated with SOME people who would simply not listen to anything she had to say and yet she is the one who has managed to obtain money back and we will never know how she did this. THANKS SARC FOR NOTHING.

We all (well nearly all)  need to vote NO, the sooner we can stop these crooks the better. Come on people lets do this.

Hi All, If anyone is mad enough to continue with their property with these crooks, just log onto El Pinet forum and see what the future holds for SADM. A life of illegal occupation, water & electricity being cut off, huge bills for these services as HdT wont be able to pay for builders supply etc. Don`t let these crooks ruin your lives further! I do believe it will be the large creditors that will decide HdT`s fate,& us mere mortals will be left with zilch! Hopefully they wont be swayed by the bull from Almundena &co. Cheers Joanniemac

Dear San Jose Buyers.

I have recently joined the web page and have been interested to read your comments on what the theives at San Jose have offered as a proposal .San Jose have had my money for five years now.I placed a 50% deposit on a Gran Jumilla back in 2005 but since then have been on the receiving end of lies and untuths from Almudena and her team of so called little helpers. It is clear to me that this women and her team are very adept at telling you what you want to hear as opposed to what is the truth.  One thing I am very clear about is that these individuals should not be allowed to gain the upper hand in this discussion, lets not lose site of the fact that this is our money in the first place and was obtain from us under false pretences in other words by theft nothing else and we should not allow Almudena and the rest of her team to become the hero in all of this . This women has without dought  only one objective in her mind and that is to ensure that San Jose is there for many generations to come and what happens to you, me or anyone else who happens to fall a victim of her devious ways is totally irrelevant to her . They have so far been able to successfully keep the money for this length of time and have so far kept the name of San Jose above the door as a trading company with our money being the main stay of their business. THE OFFER IS DERISORY AND HIGHLY WEIGHTED IN FAVOUR OF SAN JOSE and its future.Everything is negotiable and we must not be affraid to reject the offer out of hand . Believe me the receivers or San Jose do not wish their business to fall into the hands of the liquidators and throw away a lifetimes work. There are too many unanswered questions for us at this stage for any individual to make a clear and balanced decision  . Questions like what happens to our contracts, do we have the same plot in the same location?, is the house going to be a different price that would reflect the downward market change since we all started on this road?, what about compensation? and many more which need answering. Clearly the proposal is not acceptable, it is designed to capture innocent people into making a quick decision to bring this disgraceful matter to a close.  Let us not lose site of the fact they have stolen our money in the first place by straight forward deception by stating all of the licences were in place and they were clearly not. Almudena does not know how to tell the true if she did we would not be in this situation now. She promised me that although they had not given a bank guarantee our money was safe under cover of an insurance bond to the value of 6.5 million euros  which covered all of our deposits, a copy she gave me at our meeting this as you might guess was also a complete lie and  when challenged in an interview openly admitted to me that there was no insurance bond in place. Please, we must not feel that we are the underdogs in this negotiation. It is imperative that we do not give the appearance that we are ready to accept the first proposal that is waived in front of our faces, and it is imperative that we do not give in or bow down to San Jose. I hope that I have made some sence to all who read this article . I am willing to offer any help that I can to assist in recovering our money .
