Hi Dan,
Hope you had a great holiday, bet you felt the cold when you arrived home.
Good news about the COH, that's two we've heard of now. Both in Jardin 4 as well. We are going ahead with our completion tomorrow with or without it, but it's comforting knowing that they are being issued now.
Good news for you about Harry as well, bet you're like a dog with two tails.

Heard today that building works on Penthouse Block 16 are all complete and the Fin De Obra (End of Works) has been signed off and that the COH are due from the town hall on 17th November - roll on completion !!

I'll be sitting by the phone everyday now waiting for PW to call with a date.
Can't wait to get out there and stand on my terrace looking at the course, even if it's only got a few blades of grass here and there.

Ours isn't ready yet in Jardin 7. Email this morning from PW says, they have received certificates for Jardin 1 to 4. They cannot assure us exactly when they will receive the rest but they expect it will be shortly.
Still gonna complete today though. Had email yesterday saying our snagging is finished, so Snagit will be going to check on that this week and hopefully there will be no nasty leftovers from the rain.

Hi All
Could you let me know the e-mail address of where you are being told the COH's are ready. When we completed on the 15th October, we were told that our COH would be ready in a couple of weeks, but surprise, surprise we haven't heard anything.
Also, Martin/June, who e-mailed you to let you know the snagging was done. Again, they started working on our snagging on the 15th Oct, and given there was not really a lot to do, I would have thought they would have finished it by now, so I wouldn't mind chasing them on this.

The info about the snagging was sent to Emma with copies to us, from: Entrega de Viviendas - email - edv@polarisworld.com, but don't forget we had our first snagging done on the 9th October
Also, regarding the COH, we were told right from when we should have completed on the 3rd October that they would only be a few days, then a few weeks. As per my earlier post, we were emailed this morning by: Victoria Jaen Madrid - email - mvictoria.jaen@polarisworld.com stating that they have just received them for Jardins 1 - 4, and the rest should follow shortly. Hope this helps. June

Just saw this recent article regarding COH's and satisfaction. Another piece of positive news after the figures that showed online activity in spanish real astate was still buoyant.

Does anybody know if the photo of the apartment on the COH has to be the actual photo of your apartment? I only ask because I have seen somebody elses COH and their photo is the exact same one as on ours. All the shrubs are exactly the same and there is a snakey type thing at the bottom of the stairs that looks like a hosepipe or something.

I heard that the old mine shafts had been filled with nuclear waste and all the sewage pipes for condado run right throught the middle of the jardine, but apart from the smell and the skin blisters from the radiation you'll be fine. Just remember and pack the white body suits and helmets, sorry Ooch no pink mankini for you!!!
