Certificate of habitation

Hi Ace,

What Jardins are your places in? 

When we completed on Tuesday we were told by PW  that they only had certificates for Jardins 1 - 4.

Noticed on another forum today that someone in Penthouse block 4 had received their Certificates.

Has anyone had the COH for penthouse apartments yet?

As I posted below, I have noticed on another forum someone on block 4 has their COH.   I don't know where Ace has his places, am still waiting for him to get back to us.  He has been asked on the main Condado forum as well. 

 Some good news folks - at least it is for us - & I hope it has good omens for those of you waiting to complete. V Happy to share with you all.

The CoHs for Jardin 7 are to be issued tomorrow. Our Solicitor has arranged to complete for us (by PoA) on the 27th. Oh happy days.

It's as you've said in previous posts, a great feeling (tho' we'd have preferred it to happen when we were over in early Nov).

Now for all that shopping and transportation in the fabby Berlingo! Actually, we're so happy, we'd drive anything. (Pathetic isn't it?)

We have already completed but received our Habitation license today for Jardin 7, so now can arrange our connections legally....

we are still in China on holiday we have been informed by lawyer that we completed on 18 Nov by POA and we have COH

Cava to expensive in China so will have to have it when we come home.
