Should this not have read SARC members ,some , a minority of or a quoted number of the purchasers you actually represent. The impression left with those officials at the meeting was that you represented the majority if not all  " the Purchasers " your actions have already cost me in legal costs to redress this by having my Lawyer draft a letter to all concerned stating  that you do not and have never been asked to represent me as a Purchaser nor will any of your future actions be at my wishes or direction.
Thanks for that what I really needed right now was more legal costs. I have said many times you should be more careful about who you claim to represent. I am not sure what how others feel about this but you should be annoyed by this as it has implications to the process. The SARC leaders have negated any good intentions they had by lack of attention to detail and appalling misrepresentation.We are all worried about corruption in this process and here it is being actively encouraged . 
I make no apologies for being angry about this I have every right to be.    
Linda and David thank you for your role as translators  I do not hold you responsible for the impression Tony and Brian gave.
Thank God for Anna's  Lawyer Antonio's meeting tomorrow at least we may have some real info not just another SJ  PR stunt.

Understand your point but think this report is for our sake rather than anyone else and  those that have written have made a simple comment it would  seem without considering all the implications

How did it compare with your information about the same meeting?

To me the report mentioned  more of the san joe bull. I hope that t-shirt said "give us back our money you thieving corrupt little s***" Then the meeing would have ended on a jolly note in my eyes. 

For info the meeting with Emilio - group action via antonio - took place tonight so report should be available tomorrow my smiley to represent Emilio and administrators.

Part of the onfo I was given from Spain about the meetings was that there was nothing new to many ifs regarding finance and money for licenses etc I have been saying there will be nothing new in the report all week .However the disturbing stuff is the impression the officials have and will probably be relayed back to the judge that we are all united in wanting our houses or as my Spanish contact put it  SJ think they have the purchasers of SADM in the pocket .Oh they also had a good laugh about the letters that were handed over.God help us all.      JA

What is the meeting taking place tomorrow/tonight, has it any more use than the one reported on here?

The only real information will come from the administration surely....what can we take from these side meetings?

          as usual your full of it you have no information as to what happened at these meetings and everyone will find out shortly just how little you actually know about what happened or was said. I do feel sorry for you but as usual you attack other purchasers who are trying to do something instead of just bitching and making snide remarks and ringing their hands poor me poor me  but thats exactly what I expect from you now. As for representing purchasers that is exactly what we are all of us that were there were PURCHASERS. get you sister to check the veracity and gramatical correctness of that statement it does not say all purchasers

Many mention the bickering and it does seem that people are being criticised if they don't tow the line with the IWMY campaign.
Perhaps it is just as well that the development is highly unlikely to go ahead as to me is seems that there would be more arguments on the site than anything else.
A few years ago, there was a TV soap called Elderado, with Community leaders who wanted to dictate and if you did not tow the line, you were an outcast.
This could have been another that they could have made into a "soap" by the way people are at each others throats, trying to gain points and teaming up like gang warfare.
If some just stepped back from the forum for a few days, then come back and read the threads, they may get an idea how much disharmony and lack of trust there is.

Can someone please explain to me what line the IWMH group have asked people to tow. the lads from IWMH have formed a group that you can join if you wish, they have been out to spain and discussed with the parties involved with this mess the current situation. they have then posted the report from there meetings and findings, ( you can read into it what you like) mainly all negative from most of the people on here.

i for one did not know a lot of what was in the findings  and welcomed the news as it gives me a greater scope to my final decision.

i have not once seen anyone from this group dictating to anyone else on here, they have actually said on here that they support anyone who wants there money back as well.

the information that has been issued would also not be legally recognised as it has not been signed by the parties that were at the meetings so the wording of "the attendees for the Purchasers were Tony Malpass , Brian Dornan etc  "  would not be recognised as being legal,

therfore there is no need to worry about the guys representing everyone who is purchasing, that was a figure of speech by the purchasers who were at the meeting only  and would not be recognised in any court as being for all purchasers.

please be a little bit cute with this letter as we all know about having paperwork signed to make it legal and for power of attorney, so the "meeting information sheet"  which is all it is would not be recognised and i think everyone knows that.

there are far to many bullies  on this site and i do not feel it is the group from IWMH

               Ere Ere, couldnt have put it any better, the boys behind the IWMH campaign to my knowledge have NEVER tried to influence anyone, all they have done is stick to their beliefs & instead of waiting to see what MIGHT happen theyve got off their backsides & gone to Spain (at their own expense may i add) to try & find out any news whether it be good or bad, THEY invited Linda & Dave as they felt that as Senior Members (no offence L&D) all members trust those two & it also gave Brian & Tony peace of mind that nobody could accuse them of being underhanded & only fighting for those that still hope albeit faint to have THEIR property built. 
 Tony & Brian are not the only ones who still would like to have their house, I DO & i know of many others who do but unfortunately they like myself dont feel comfortable in posting it for fear of being shot down & constantly having it rammed down our throats that SADM is dead & burried, you may all be right & SADM may never get finished in which case i want my money back but while there is still hope I WANT MY HOUSE, i no doubt like many others have worked hard all my life, i love the game of golf & SADM was & hopefully still maybe the place where i wanted to end my days (still only 45) i wanted to play golf everyday with new friends & neighbours, share drinks & chat in the clubhouse later, rip into fellow golfers who i had just spanked their arse (BRIANDO55 no offence) & generally just enjoy myself, if Tony,Brian & anyone else can help me to fulfil that dream then i stand & applaud them, for those of you who no longer want the same as me then i wish you all the very best & hope you get every penny back as you deserve it as much as us!

Thats what i like about Spain these days

Nothing happens and its made out to be really important, then its talked about for weeks and at the end of the day...nothing has happened.  Just like the building sites...nothing for years then some foundations...then nothing then go bust.

Just had information about a court case won against San Jose on Albatera in May.....deposit was awarded to be re-paid, along with damages of 12,000 euro's.  San Jose have not paid it of course, sounds like they are taking as many loopholes as they can in defence and resisting the decision of the court, regardless of it being a straightforward case, who cares that they are in the wrong.....not them. 

That would be the end of the safe account theory then, and that would be the end of the theory that we are dealing with honest and reputable business people also.

Lets ask the mayor and an administrator and the directors to come to one of our town halls.....preferably here in Yorkshire....we will give them a warm welcome and a fitting T shirt......and ask a few questions also.

Think they may accept?
