I cannot believe the attitude and the arrogance of Rolandsbb, I have never met him nor do I want to, because i could not stand the Bull**** that come out of this persons mouth. There are alot of people including me that have lost a great deal of money, although I will still fight on to get it back. However, like Rolandsbb i also have brought a place near Arboleas, and if I do not get my money back from Huma, i will be happy with what i have got now. Compare!!!
Arboleas 135,000 euros OTCC 160,000 euros
3 double beds 2 bed
house size 112 Sq m house size 80 Sq m
Plot size 654 Sq m Plot size 200 Sq m
Development 120 all with same plot sizes, against 900 all in a row like an estate
Plus a swimming pool 8 x 4 meters against no pool, and only room for a splash pool
At present i am down 54,000 euros to Huma, and still fighting, but sometimes Fate takes a hand, and if you add my loss to the price I have now paid. I feel i have now got far more for my money, but I will not stop fighting, i will not let these crooks get away with what they have done, and this should go for the rest of us

I think I have explained my own personal reasons for going to OTCC and not going down the legal route
You can obviously afford to lose 54.000 €- I can not, so I had no choice but to mitigate the circumstances I found myself in
You have no doubt found a very good buy and good luck to you
Other people, myself included, cannot afford to take your attitude
It is getting repetitive , but we all know ,from information available, up to now it does seems as though it is going to be very difficult to get your money back via the legal route

Dear all,
It isn´t true that OTCC's farm has been repossessed.
I am Carmen from the Oasis Thabernax Country Club.
I have just seen the last message and I would like to know:
What is the interest of those who are writing this type of comments?
I don´t have any inconvenience to inform about whatever you need.
One more time I would like to let know all of you that this site is being built and the company is going to deliver the properties to the end of the year or perhaps before.
I can understand the frustration of some of you but that comments are damaging to the clients that have the hope to save their money investing in a property and also are damaging the hopes that we have to save this development, Oasis Thabernax Country Club & Almazora C C.
All of us know that the situation isn´t the best and for this reason, the company tried to resolve all the matters.
¡¡¡Huma Indalo SL finally saved the project!!! They gave the management and the administration of the development to a group of companies that are going ahead with the development and that are enough solvent to go ahead without the banks.
Also Huma Indalo SL and the new society, have an agreement with the Santander Bank to offer mortgages for who may need it. If you would like to contact with the bank, please request me this information by email to tcc@humamediterraneo.com or if you prefer to my direct line from England 020 32 399 409 so I will give you the name of the correct person that you have to speak with and him telephone number.
OTCC´s farm is going ahead and if anybody wants I can leave some pictures as proof of the progress or you may come and see by yourself what is happening.
My best wishes for everybody, i hope to see many of yours in my beloved land very soon to could to celebrate that the problems and the headaches have finally finished forever.

1. What are Huma M going to do with ACC and what are the future plans for that site ?
2. When are Huma M going to refund all the very unhappy clients that are owed large amounts of money ?
If you do not know the answers to the questions please go and find out and reply back to the 1000's of people that read this forum.
REMEMBER - NEGATIVE POSTS ON HERE AND ACROSS THE WEB WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE ISSUES ARE FULLY RESOLVED.
FAR TOO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY AFFECTED BY THE ACTIONS OF H M SO PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR BOSSES AND RELAY WHAT YOU READ FROM THIS FORUM. YOU WILL ALSO FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SELL PROPERTIES WHILE THE NEGATIVES ARE WRITTEN. SO IN THE INTEREST OF SALES AND THE COMPANY BUSINESS - SORT IT OUT.

To Rowlandsbb please do not insult me by saying that i can obviously afford to lose 54,000 euros. who could, certainly not me.I was with ACC 5 years ago and trusted Huma enough to transfer to OTCC. But enough is enough when contract deadlines are broken on both sites, and there were no signs of any resolutions to the problem. I like many others decided to ask for our money back, after all it is not us who are breaking the contract, it is Huma who did not honour it. We are not talking about H M here because they managed to quickly shift the money so there is nothing left. We are talking about H I who has I am reliably informed by yourself and Carmen, are build phase one of OTCC, and selling further properties. After Carmen's comments, are we now saying that H I are only there in name only, and that there are a group of other companies who are carrying on with the build. If the answer is no, then Huma have money to build, there fore have money to pay back what they owe. If the answer is yes, does that mean that H I have no money and are just trading on their name, and there fore cannot pay out to the people they owe.
I along with the rest of the people who are owed monies from Huma will carry on pushing, advertising, promoting even shouting it from mountain tops, NOT TO BUY ANYTHING RELATED TO HUMA. All I can see is that the building of phase one is there to promote confidence to the public, so they can sell phases 2,3,4 & 5. This will get more money into their accounts from fees and stage payments, and then there will be another reason for the site to close. And we start all over again

If you are not happy with the way Huma have treated you, if you are not happy that Huma still have your money, then do something about it. BBC Watchdog is reporting on houses being knocked down in Spain, on Thursday 3rd June. if enough of us contact watchdog, then perhaps they may also mention about the way Huma have treated their clients. Type in BBC Watchdog, and then go to my story. At least this way we can get the message across to millions not to deal with Huma. Go on, stop moaning about it and do something about it

This is to the people who contacted me privately..I am just a by stander who was trying to help keep you informed unofficially..I am sorry to say...In reply to the question...It had started and was going well..Today..No sign of life ...This was up to 11.00am. Maybe they were at meetings..But an empty site with the front gate left open and unlocked!

I do know that several of 'us' ex ACC customers of HM have already spoken to watchdog in the past.
I think it is time to do exactly that again. This time the story is much bigger with this particular developer.
Remember, they (Hm or HI) have started 3 developments and not completed a single one !
Not to mention the money they owe people ................etc etc....
Big enough story ?

As an ex ACC buyer myself I really hope people will get their money back, however there have been numerous articles about unscrupulous developers, not only in Spain but Egypt, Morrocco,Brazil etc the list goes on.
You need look no further than Ocean View properties run by Sean Woodhall who faked his death in a light plane crash, I bet Brian knows all about him. He is an infamous gangster who robbed investors including famous footballers by doing the same as Huma,selling properties without a building licence.
In the early days it was a hot topic including Holiday Homes from Hell but it now appears insignificant to the Media.
I know that the tabloids ran a huge article a few months ago about a crooked developer who was Sean Woodhalls friend selling properties in Egypt and nothing was done about it, he is still around and has received millions. The police have a list as long as your arm with people claiming to have lost their life savings with him.
Does anyone know why OTCC has stopped?

Hi
Passed Tabernas a week past Sunday on our way to Granada, and decided to have a look. Place was locked up but there were definate signs of new building, the front line properties at the fence had new garden walls and signs of plumbing and electrics which looked new.
We could only see in from the fence but could see that there had been stuff going on since the last time we looked a few months ago.
We understood that the construction was going to be concretes block as per the front line houses, but we could see between the building the new constructions appeared to be with bricks similar to ACC and that was definately new. No cranes unfortunately nor any large plant in view although could be behind the buildings.
We also thought that the sign at the entrance just off the road had been repainted.

Just because you are more current than the other posting I think. It seems that things were happening, and no doubt this is what was seen, but I don't think anyone doubts you when you give us the updates. Indeed, Rowlandsb has gone quiet again - never a good sign!!!

Quiet because OTCC is a done deal and there is nothing to say
As I have said in the past there is one caveat, and that is if the € blows up then there may be problems !
But then the £/ € exchange rate will go sky upwards!......and we are all told that the partners with Huma Indalo self finance so that will be good for them
Did no one tell you that Spain was on strike today !
Objecting to their public expenditure cuts!!

It was just public services on strike yesterday, protesting about a 5% cut in salaries - and according to mth, there has been nothing happening at OCC since the 2nd June.
