Reality is HDT do not care one bit about us SADM purchasers hence their lack of communication. They simply use the legal system to excuse themselves of corporate responsibility and / or customer service !

Thanks Chrissie but i still can't see where it says the near future.

I know i am being negative and cynical but in my defence i wasn't born that way. Only through experience of dealing with the likes of sadm/hdt have i become this way.

I totally understand.  I have good days and bad days and it doesnt get any better when I think of having a contract that is not worth the paper it is written on.

I was happy to complete the questionnaire.

Where it said 'Other' I selected this option followed by the statement 100% repayment plus the 6% 'LEGAL' interest since 2006.

"Es la ley",  as the Spanish would say.

As for the pied piper who lead 51% of you down the path of least resistance, shame on you.  They were already laundering money, now they've been given more time to finish the job.
