100% correct redman it has everything to do with HdT coming out of administration and will most likely  pull HdT and probably SJ as well  into full  bankruptcy .It is beyond me why Tony can not see this for what it is .They are a bunch of crooks but it would seem now that they were not as they once thought   "above the law "   regards JA

Hi. I am new to the forum although a regular follower.
Not a member of SARC.
Have an opinion based on experience.
Have sympathy for those who have suffered.

So pleased to see that some have now seen the light!!!!!!
Maybe, just maybe, many more will, but will then realise that their wasted time, from interests being diverted, has proved costly.

Hi mtj welcome to the forum . I am afraid for many it is too late .There were  many different options  that could have been followed but it is too late now .  United we stand divided we fall .SARC divided and clouded the real  issues .A joint action an embargo  on all assets  for fraudulent conduct  would have been far more productive alas  SARC knew best .

There will be no SADM now and zero return .Except for Almu , she will be ok .

It is so sad for so many not just  on SADM but on many other developments with  " real " residents , (SARC did the whole situation no  favours )  many other developments are in big trouble now . It is unforgivable .Regards JA

Thanks for the welcome and hope you don't mind me joining in although things have gone too far for some.
I agree with many, many of your comments and treat them as statements of fact almost and not gossip or what rumours are being spread.
I see from your posts that you too comment from experience, bitter experience that is, but am glad that you came up smelling of roses instead of wearing the rose..........

The trustee in bankruptcy of the subsidiary of Grupo San José Herrada of Tollo has delivered a devastating staff report on this company, which filed for bankruptcy in 2008.  The result of expert analysis blames their main manager, Damián Rodríguez Gascón, son of the company's group president of having committed a series of alleged accounting irregularities. Any information available, or posted on this forum is better than getting nothing.

Unless anyone on here can give this weeks, or the latest news from San Jose

and Herrada Del Tollo, any e-mails from them that can be posted so all of us that have been ripped off can see whats going on.

There is no news - at least no good news .It did occur to me however that every time there is news of an unsavoury nature SARC either disappear off the scene or are silenced by the third rike until a tall story can be woven to explain away the truth  . Is there ever going to be any good news for us?  Two and a half years since liquidation and nothing of any help is forthcoming.  We were well and  truly conned.

We are in the older age bracket so maybe they  are hoping we pop our cloggs to save them some money! Unfortunately, it is all the money we have  to look forward to and even then we'll be lucky to see it.  We havent  heard from our lawyer since August and that wasn't helpful.

No reason to doubt what joyjo says, so it is a case or a really sad affair, the misery and hardship it has caused to date and will carry on doing. Yet, UNBELIEAVABLY, there are some who believe every woryd the company tells them, then tries to promote the propaganda, even to those who have really been hurt and affected, like joyjo.
There is a word for that..........

auntielinda, is that the same company that said a few months ago that they realised their errors in not keeping people informed and someone then said there would be a new and well oiled chain of communication to buyers?
you are making out that it has happened and that people are not being informed !!!!!

Can someone explain what this means please?

Most of us knew they were dealing in a crooked manner, and we have repeatedly said so.  I was concerned the administration was taking so long to get anywhere, and not addressing the major problems, just trying to save their necks and let them trade on.

Why is this development going to be different from any other??

Finding out that a director is not doing things properly at San Jose/HDT is hardly a revelation, and reading a defence of the company from Tony is hardly a surprise. 

Is there going to be an arrest, or can we go for the guys personal assets in a bankruptcy...anyting like that would be a step forward.  Otherwise its just more hot air isnt it??

Hi all

Are we ever going to be treated fairly by the Spanish Government?  i don't thing so.  My contract with SJ/HdT was for a property to be built by Summer 2008 for which I paid a deposit of about 46k euros.  They went into Admin that year and I have no house, Like many others out there.  They are now in breach of contract by over 18 months but PROMISE to build my house in the next 5 years.  That will be 6 years to late for a property at the same price in a falling market, and i no longer want it even if they could build it in 2 months.

I have had to pay a Spanish lawyer another 1000 Euros to regester my claim during the Admin period so I could claim my refund against the company.  This is the same lawyer that drew up the contracts but failed to tell me that HdT had cancelled my BG after receiving my deposit.

I have said I no longer want the property and as I am getting no younger I don't wamt to wait for ever for the company to go bust.  I would like my deposit back now so can I chase the bank for not providing a BG, or the Co for breach of contract.  Her LEGAL advice is my contract has been SOLVED by the judge ?   (NO way Jose)  I  can't do anything about my deposit and I have to wait 5-6 years and see what Happens,  If they go bust in the meentime tough (wow).

I am a builder and can install a new kitchen for you just give me £1500 deposit and I will fit it in maybe 6 years if I am still trading and you haven't moved house.

Tony or anyone with faith in the Co can Buy my plot at 25% discont, you can have your house in maybe 5-6 years on a realy lovely development.  Electricity and water may alsp be provided.

Please pm me with any suggestions on how to sell, or regain my deposit as I think  it's time to smell the roses and kiss my deposit  goodby

I am delighted to inform you that the votes presented to the Court in favour of the Proposal exceeded the required 50% and voting continued right up to the deadline. Although we are confident that we have the majority vote, we will now have to wait a few more weeks until the Court confirms the final count before we are able to move forward with the Feasibility Plan. 
 
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for their continued support and recognise that this has been a very difficult time for all of our Creditors. 
 
Finally, you may have recently received a letter from a Company offering you the opportunity to switch your Purchase Contract for a property at Santa Ana del Monte to another development which is already complete. I would advise you to be very cautious and wait until we have been able to discuss your options and compensation with you personally before making a decision as it may not provide you with the best financial outcome.
 
I will contact you again when we have received final confirmation from the Court regarding the vote, at which time I should be able to give you a clearer indication of our next “Plan of Action” and when we will need to discuss your preferences with you.
