Hi Brian,

Why should those who want their money back subsidize those who want to wait 5 years for their properties to be built. Some of us don't live in "London" and are not made of money, to lose 35% of our deposits is just not acceptable, but if the vote goes against us then there is little we can do except organise a class action against the banks to recover our money. One way or another Hdt/SJ will continue to receive bad press for years to come and find it extremely difficult to sell their existing property stock and obtain sufficient funds to start new building projects.

I for one will not be disappearing or going anywhere until I get all my money back!

Message to SARC members

Just been reading todays; "The Independent" right across the front page it reads; "Spain the new crisis in Euroland" "Government and banks face crippling credit crunch" "Officials deny reports of 250bn euro bailout plan" "Cost of state borrowing reaches new high" "Unions announce plans for a general strike"

With such bad news for Spain, Where are Hdt/SJ going to get the financial backing from to start building SADM. Without the backing of the banks its never going to happen.

We rented in La Regia in Cabo Roig near La Zenia.  I wish we could have stayed longer but needed to get settled and home seemed better than Spain.  Things appear dire over there too. Before we left at the end of 2008, restaurants and shops were closing and brits were finding it difficult to get work.  It was very quiet.

However, if we are over and I'm sure we will be sometime soon, we will be in touch.

suprise not me  Spain is going down the pan with the rest of the euro world.  It has taken so long for justice to be done that it may not happen.  Spain is down the pan because the government has not backed foreign investers like us and no no one will touch them with a barge pole.

If they had looked after us they would probably not have crashed, but with their attitude who would buy?  there are other hot countries about,  or we can keep the hard earned and just go for hols.

I have posted before about joint action and still we waite for a count,  should know by christmas what is happening with these crooks

 Interesting Blaggy..... but according to Tonymal and SARC we are to take no notice of such lies put out by the press and people who don't have a deposit or property awaiting from San Jose. We are just misleading all the Santa Ana buyers.

Time will tell, but its good to see that the courts are beginning to report on the illegal irregularities of this company.

I suppose now I will get a load of abuse from some on here for daring to say the truth.

Hi All,

I can not access the link but I I spoken to another member of the SARC committe and asked if it is about Almudena's brother being sancitoned by the court and probably being barred from being a director for (2 years?) due to the lack of BG's.  The SARC executive were aware of this a few weeks back but due to the ongoing court action were not prepared to comment until this concluded.

We are pleased that the court has acted on this and believe that this clearly demonstrates that the Spanish courts are behaving correctly , truly believe in the proposals put forward by HdT & SJI and that they will be supervising the companies properly. This is a very postive step and it demonstrates that HdT's were open with the adminstrators and court. Please also note that this action only relates to the report concerning the brother & is nothing to do with HdT being out of administration.

I would also like to make it very clear that SARC works on behalf of its purchaser membership not HdT and believe that this action goes some way towards creating confidence in the legal system and that any wrong doing has been identified and is being dealt with. This means that SADM is going forward in a new climate of legal complaince and openess, which the SARC Committee hopes we all will welcome.

Tony I suggest you read the article for yourself as you are way of the mark ! This is terrible news for all concerned but no surprise to anyone other than yourself and the SARC members who have been lied to for years. You have  been stupid enough to believe everything Almu has told you despite the evidence others on this forum have brought to you time and time again   .You have been led a merry dance and yet you still believe the lies you are being told .  You really only have yourself to blame

.Hope and a fighting spirit can be a good thing  in situations like these  but not blind ,foolish,blinkered trust in the perpetrators of the wrong  doing .What are you going to believe next Tony that poor Almu did not know of these serious  financial irregularities. Please

.It is not just about BGs Tony it is about financial irregularities in the accounts put forward to support the suspension of payments in the first place this means there were irregularities in the whole admin process .Serious stuff Tony so why are you  playing  it down ?????? How you can twist this round as a good news story is beyond belief .I used to joke about it Tony but I now truly believe you are off your flaming rocker . 

This is totally disastrous for the future of SADM .To my knowledge in the current climate financial institutions do not lend to companies that have been in court for serious financial irregularities . The chance of this company securing credit from any where has now been reduced from extremely slim to totally  zero.

Did you really think Almu was going to tell you the truth ,we can not possibly get credit until we are cleared of all legal proceedings accusing us of serious financial irregularities  .Doh  !!!!!!! Tony when will you wake up and smell the coffee .This group of companies are finished and SADM will never be .Sad but true . It is game over

can you kindly drop your hystronics, I and many other have suffered them long enough. So many times you go on and on about the sky falling in and so many times it has not. I suggest that you do not get over excited about a news paper and remember that you are not a SADM purchaser (you had your money back via your BG) and stop trying to cause those who are grief.
