they have not got my email yet i got a responce from mailer deamon they must be geting a lot of emails maybe complaints it says

it also says dont email again so it should be delivered when they have read some of there emails and there account isnt full

I got a letter also today, stating a finish date of the first fifteen days of June. Well into fitted kitchen compensation time if you ask me. Still, at least we actually got a letter saying something, i suppose.

I have just been on telephone to urbasa in almoradi  +34965701770 ,

she as just told me that there are some more (extra) builders going to the site in december and the apartments should be finished late february early march 

Thought i had better tell you all because you dont want to get a phonecall end of february saying come to Almoradi to sign when ya not ready so be ready just in case

Thanks for all the time/effort you are putting into this Philancy I for one will be buying you a drink sometime in the new year hopefully in Almaradi, maybe to toast our new kitchens who knows.

   it was middle of afternoon when we got e mail to say they were closing james, e mail service. we agree it is good idea to ask urbasa for goods in form of compensation, when we see laura next week we will be asking for air con, and wardrobes free of charge. we paid in dec/jan this year for kitchen& units to be fitted.

mon, teatime sent e mail to ask who would be taking over from james in alicante , but as yet not recieved a reply. if we do not get reply before we go,will be calling in to office in alicante anyway. we need to know what is happening at their end.

I bet your friend is right philansy, we probably wont be entitled to any compensation but lets all try for kitchens, wardrobes or anything at all we can get.

Too right el robbo you go in to Alicante office with or without appointment. We always have! We will be going in in Dec even if we cant get apointments!

I guess we should all be prepared to go at short notice now, lets hope it is finished earlier than June then we wont be stuck in our apartments cleaning up the mess from the workmen when its hot outside.

seem to be flying past, just put christmas tree up again doesn't seem 3 years ago since we put our deposit down for Amarion we will soon be there at this rate

Hi All I am new to this forum and this is my first post. So hello to you all. I actually live in Amarion I but pass Amarion III every week on my way to Spanish lessons. I am not sure where 'lajj' got the information regarding Amarion I owners pushing to move in??? We were told by Palmera Properties to book our flights and come over to sign and take the keys for the property. We did not push for it and were quite surprised because we were originally told we would be signing in July/August and then got an email in February to say that they wanted us over in Spain the following week, no notice given at all. It was not until we had all got here and signed that the problems with getting stuff done started. Apartments were filthy, even after so called cleaning which we paid for, lift shafts full of water, no habitation licences, electricity bills outstanding from 2004 and Grupo Urbassa saying they were broke and had no money. We ended up paying for the electriciy bills ourselves and work has only just started again to get the other problems resolved. Anyway back to the point of this thread.... There is no work on the site of Amarion III at the moment as far as I can see. It looks like all materials and equipement have been removed from the site as well. The work on the exterior is a new roundabout going in on the main road. This work is being carried out as per the town hall. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news as I know how frustrating it all is and how powerless you feel in the UK not knowing what is going on out here. As I said before I pass every week and will update you if I see any changes. Jeanette

With regards to Jeanettes post ref Amarion 1. I think that we as a group should make it quite clear to Palmera Properties that they will not receive one euro from us unless the apartments and the associated amenities are completed and that everything is clean.

To that effect me and my wife will require an inspection of our apartment before we will even consider paying over any money.

Palmera Properties and the Urbasa group have for too long, treated us like second class citizens and we should not accept this standard of service from anybody, never mind that we are their customers.

then go into 'Almoradi', the site is a bit different from this and takes a bit getting used to finding your way about, to reply you have to scroll a long long way down after clicking on 'addreply' before you come to the box for doing it.

hi all  jamrock is right in what he says . the question is ,how do we go about it? we  need to post some ideas. the one that comes to mind is we all use the same company to do the snagging that way we may also have a discount on the group snagging.  any more suggestions as we will have to go in together
