Sorry to tell you this but we forwarded over 120,000 euro to this group over four years ago in relation to another development in Carboneras called urbamar. I still dont have any apartments or a penny back can anyone shed any light on this development.

Hi Ciaranmurry
That’s horrendous I have goggled the site for you but it wont translate. How much money have these crooks made from us all its turning my stomach why are they still trading and yes even last month were still selling apartments on our development even though it says completely sold out on their site. Is there no justice or proper business ethics in Spain why aren’t they all in jail.
Does anyone know in a worse case scenario are we entitled to our IVA payments back only 7% I know but that’s the way I am thinking now.

The whole thing sounds worse every time we come on here to see what's happening to others. It's been made clear to us that they CANNOT GET THE BANK GUARANTEES. When we spoke to Ainhoa Reyes a few days ago she said they want the paperwork from those people who've reserved on Amarion III as not everything, including some of the money paid to Palmera Properties, was ever sent on to them, so the audit they are saying they are doing is to establish how much they (Urbasa) have got from each of us. Obviously from the sound of that they haven't received all of the paperwork either. Has anyone heard how the case is going with the people sueing Palmera on the Costa Del Sol?

Had a conversation with Ainhoa Reyes of Grupo Urbasa yesterday, asked how the audit is going. She said they are waiting for lots of people to send documents in before they can get much further. Our copies of all receipts etc were sent by priority post, a bit costly but trackable all the way. Let's hope there's some more news soon.

Hi Danny,
There's loads of us all in the same boat sorry to tell you. Grupo Urbasa are doing an audit at the present time and so need all receipts etc of monies paid by purchasers at the Amarion III. If you want to contact me via my personal message box on this website I may be able to advise you where things are as I've spoken to Grupo Urbasa many times over cancellation, return of money etc. I do think it's going to be a long time before anyone gets anything back though. Anyhow, welcome to the website, read through it and you'll get the feel of how things are for many people.
Regards,
