What's the best deal?

I have just been on phone to urbasa in spain they are suppose to be starting work in January after they have finished another building but they dont know when work is going to commense - is the answer i got they have give me a new number to ring so i have rang that number and they told me that i will need to ring back between 3.30 - 7 p.m today to speak with the sales team

DONT KNOW WHY BUT THEY DONT SEEM INTERESTED

I have just rang them back and they have told me that the builders are working in alda nr alicante and amarion 111 will be going over the contract date but should be ready for the summer

So i asked about compensation and they said that we may get some compensation something like a free fridge or cooker they dont know yet

Thanks for the updates and photos we were there in Oct / Nov someone has although it is still messy have defiantly been tidying the site up and new materials have been delivered which is good news, maybe the prelude to finishing off the development fingers crossed. However I don’t think we will get any positive news this week as they are still on holiday think for at least another 10 days or so, their new year holidays are later than ours

hi all,  just back and sadly they have not started work on the building this week.Laura the poor sole, did not seem too pleased when we walked into the office.She explained that the building would definitely be completed and she hopped it would be before the summer.The poor sole is quite fed up with the whole thing along with another 144 families I may add. Perhaps Urbasa could e'mail us all when the builders do start? We can only ask, I intend to e'mail Urbasa and Palmera at the end of the month asking them to.. It was nice to meet two of our fellow suffers while in Benidorm.

Hi Haydn and Mo Hope you enjoyed the rest of your holiday. So no work going on then? Not too surprised are you?!!! Lets hope next Christmas we will all be there in our own apartments eh?  Surely they will be ready by then!!!!!!!!!

Hope you had a nice time out there, urbasa have told me they would email me when something as started  weather they do or not is a different thing

they did also say that they should be starting work on ours second week in jan but if they havent finished the other place i suppose we will have to wait a little longer

its looking nicer round our apartments looks like they have had a good cleanup inside and out

I am going to give them a ring at the end of the month to see were they are up to will let you all know what they say

AND OUR BUILDING SHOULD HAVE 3 MONTHS WORK ON IT SO AMARION 111 WILL BE FINISHED FOR THE SUMMER

Well neally another month gone by - Hopefully we should all be in Almoradi soon  cant wait for somebody to say the builders have started work again and then a phonecall from urbasa saying come to spain your apartment is ready

The dream as come true and its not a nightmare any longer

OR WE COULD GET

The builders are starting work next month and it should be ready for winter we have only 2 or 3 months work to do

Please find below a copy of an e-mail received today from Palmera, looking a bit more hopeful.

Many thanks for your e-mail.

We have spoken to the builder and we were advised by our colleagues that the builders were on the site a week ago.  However they left the site recently.  We contacted the builder immediately, and they have advised that they are sharing the workforce with another site.  The Builder maintains the date set in there last communication of June 2006.

We would estimate a further 2 months of work is required on site, so would see there current projection as a realistic one.
