Hi all, our letter arrived Monday, but we have sent all info they needed in reply to the e.mail the week before. Lets just hope they are working their way through and everyone will have received one shortly.

hi all not had the letter yet but a few of us met up at the church and i read it there

the place still looks the same we have got another week here yet been on almoradi market today and its still roasting

i have taken some more pics for you lot i will put them on later on in the week we sre still waiting for telifonica to put the phone in our apartment so i am in the internet cafe

I couldn’t get thro on your phone tried many times,  we didn’t get the meeting time which was posted  on here as I was already in Spain when the time was agreed, Saw Laura she said she is still selling the apartments would you believe but didn’t seem happy doing so.The vandalism is worse than I envisaged but it wouldn’t take a builder  too quickly put right, why no watchmen are on site is beyond me.

Don’t know where we all go from here it really is a mine fields even for the lawyers just keeping fingers crossed  I cant believe that they will not finish it they must have lots of money invested in it .

We have not yet had a letter from Urbasa asking for copies of our documents or telling us about the latest on the development.  All correspondance used to come to us from Urbasa via Palmera and we haven't heard from them for a very long time.

Urbasa probably don't have a record that we even exist so I was wondering if I'm supposedd to contact them to volunteer this information.

Philansy, I have just had a look at the photos and now I'm really depressed. I keep thinking about about all my money that has been flushed down the toilet and what else it could have been spent on.

Looking at these shots, there seems to be more that 6 months worth of work on there - it's a complete mess!

I TOO HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE SINCE THE LETTER EARLIER THIS YEAR STATING COMPLETION IN JUNE/JULY.  I KEEP THINKING WITH ALL THESE DETAILS BEEN HELD BACK FROM PALMERA THAT SOMEHOW THEY MIGHT NOT EVEN KNOW I EXIST...HAVE A FEW DAYS OFF END OF THIS WEEK SO WILL BE GETTING ON THE PHONE TO URBASSA TO SEE WHAT IS WHAT.  LOOKING THROUGH THE EMAILS EVERYONE FEELS QUITE COMFORTABLE WITH RESENDING NFO THROUGH SO I FEEL THIS WILL BE THE ROUTE TO TAKE FOR NOW..........WILL LET U KNOW IF ANYTHING DIFFERENT IS SAID...BYE FOR NOW ...MISSY XX

I have had a few e-mails of Urbasa. Basically it seems to me that they were asking me to prove what monies I have paid. In the end of the day all monies were paid through a solicitor arranged by Palmera, so all I have is proof that I paid the solicitor. That said, the signed copy of the sales agreement said that I have paid. Since I pointed this out to them I have heard nothing

Hi ALL,

I have been in contact with Urbasa and send them copies of all the documents I have (no originals are needed as redfonz said). Apparently this internal audit is to know exactly what clients have paid in contrast with what the contract appears.  I am flabbergasted in finding out that the amounts reflected in the contract are far inferior to what I have paid to Palmera. Therefore, Palmera has kept over 4.000€ - my money!!! This is incredible and the only conclusion I arrive is that they want to face Palmera. If we all colaborate and send documents, which according to my Lawyer I cant lose anything, perhaps Palmera in the end might have to legally pay money and it could contribute towards finalising the site. Who knows?

According to what I have been speaking with Ainhoa, they are trying to contact all clients but they cant get through to them. So those of you that haven´t sent anything, go ahead and contact her.

But yet after all the meditation I stil havent decided if I will cancel or simply wait and see if the works will be recommenced.

Our thoughts exactly! We too have 'missing' money. Palmera do not have much of a good track record do they? You only have to speak to someone (plenty on EOS) who have had bad dealings with them. We have talked to people in bars on holiday who have been ripped off by them....nothing to do with Amarion...but ripped off for thousands!

just scanned all my paperwork and sent it off to ainhoa

i also rang her up b4 i sent it off and reminded her that i was cancelling and if i could get my money back

i got the same reply that they are in financial difficulties and i told her that we was as well and we want our money back or we will have no choice but to take them to court were they will have to pay court costs and solicitors fee's making them more in debt   she told me to ring her back in 2 weeks time for the answer
