Hi know how you are feeling getting the same message from Lawyers we have spoken to, dont fancy (or cant) throw any more money at it. We can never see them ever finishing it off in this climate even the large well run building firms are getting turned away by the banks , so its looking like wait while conditions get better if they are ever going to.The building is sill there and will one day will get sold , I wonder what would happen then as we all own a little bit of it and have signed documents to prove .

one of the main problems i think we have is
DO URBASA OWN THE LAND ?
If they dont the owner can come and have everything that is on the land inc our building
Does anybody know anything about this

Gets you thinking doesn't it. The three Amarions, well we know Amarion I got built and had lots of problems for purchasers who've spent lots of time trying to get it all sorted, not sure if it got done or not, have been too worried about our own reservation at Amarion 3. When we were in Almoradi on one of our many visits we know they were going to apply for permission to build Amarion II where the old brewery is, and don't think that ever came to anything, never heard anything more about it or seen anything online. As for Amarion III there was the pylon problem which delayed the start, the rest is history. It seems a hellish long time since we parted with the first reservation cash in October 2002. We'd like to know where the so-called investor Hannia Melloul is now. Has anyone yet established if Palmera Properties or Grupo Urbasa have our money on deposit, we haven't had the audit result yet.

hi just letting everyone know that i live in spain and i also bought apartment in amorion3 .and that i have been trying to get in contact with palmera and urbasa and both dont excist any more palmera def not any more.urbasa office still there but no one in office and phone is dead.going to office in elche again tomorrow will let you know if any luck.

hi went to office again today first thing and no sign of any body there.stayed outside for couple of hours with no luck.does any body know who grupo urbasas lawyer was who was dealing with amorion3.if so i will go and see them and let every one know any thing i find out.just to let you know that grupo urbasa office in almoradi has shut down it is now a letting agency have been for a while.will keep you posted

have just tried ringing urbasa and am getting a weard telephone noise and cant get through
hope they have not cut there lines off

chrisshell, could you keep an eye on the local papers as you are in Spain, especially the property editions because something might be put in there..and yes Phil not a bad idea to write to the mayor, not sure the police will want to be involved, but your guess is as good as ours. We'll have a browse to see if there's any way we can get an address, will let you know..ok
