Hi All,
Firstly let me inform you that several more purchasers have joined SARC and I WANT MY HOUSE in the last week.
Secondly as SADM is being managed under the supervision of the courts it would be surprising if the law was not adhered to and BGs given.
Thirdly it appears that SARC and I WANT MY HOUSE may have begun a new way for purchasers to respond to developments in trouble in Spain. I think that this indicates that we have been following a logical response it trying to protect our deposits by completing our purchasers.

"Surprising " Tony were you not "surprised " enough the first time round when 75% of people did not get a BG and most of the 25% of those who do are having to fight through the courts to get paid out .Just how much "surprise " do you want Tony ."Surprised " or just plain stupid !

Thanks for that Tony. So in a nutshell, this question hasnt been asked and confirmed during your various meetings? but you would be surprised if they didnt offer one. I cant see any decent Lawyer giving advice to continue without either some concrete client guarantee that we would be financially reimbursed immediately should they fail again. Sorry to say but I think given the horror of the past four years who would trust them or a spanish BG again. It is simply illegal what they have done to 75% of us and for even those like JA with one, they have the trauma of trying to execute ones that were issued.
I definately want my money back to start my life again.

Change your thinking from.....it would be surprising if the law wasnt adhered to (in future, with no specific definition)................to..............its downright disgusting and of course illegal that the law wasnt adhered to.

OK, so that is 37 "properties". All you need now is the owners of those "properies" to join.
There again, as is the norm in Spain and for new developments, a developer will purchase in a subsidiary company several properties, to influence funding. Therefore one person could equate to say 20 properties.
Whatever, congrats "tiger" on the growth of your followers, whilst others are getting their money back.
Bet you can't all wait for the next 12-18 months to fly by. Envy you in summer 2010 sitting, sipping in the sun at SADM, 1500 properties completed (hotel, shops, golf.......unknown), and relaxing with the knowledge of the huge increase in value of the properties.
The rest, what fools to have taken the money.

I normaly ignore your comments but your posting made me laugh so much I just had to reply. What a plonker you are Rodney, we have been down that route before and SARC has a lot more members than that. But good try and thanks for the laugh, I just hope your other judgements are not so off the mark......hang on a minute ...Yup I think that they are.

When you say come on board, whats that mean......is there a masonic ritual like a hand over a candle or something, recite three chapters of the log book for a 1965 Triumph Herald or something.
Have they like, paid subs or signed an allegiance?......Or have they just dropped you an e mail and said..................If you can get me my house....Im interested, keep me informed and drop me e mails......or something
What does constitute a member?
By the way....its 1st December on Monday and thats when you said they would get the funding in place.......whats the latest on that one?

Gosh, SARC has more than 37 members. Today SARC, tomorrow they will rule Spain, then Europe, where will they stop?
Congrats., on stringing more than two words together though, must give credit for that.
There is hope for the NHS yet.

Hi All,
I am ignoring the crass remarks being made by some as they deserve no comment.
More intersting is the fact that i recieved a 'phone call yesterday from some one who has been quite negative about SADM giving me some very good news but as of yet I have not been able to get conformation of it. As soon as I get conformation I will get it out to all of the SARC membership and get it onto the SARC website ASAP.
I WANT MY HOUSE AND A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

The clue is in the phrase......waiting for conformation..............meaning he wants the person to conform with his views
Rather than .........................waiting for confirmation....................................meaning he wants to confirm the facts.

The reports from now on will definately be worth reading......im going to start reading them now........the really interesting stage is here, i cant wait to see how the excuses will be coming in for the delays now..............maybe SARC will go on maternity leave with Almudena

I am physic here is Almu's report before posting:-
1) renegotiation with major world banks is imminent
2) the deal being struck with the world banks means, everyone pays 50% more per property than on original cotract or forgoes deposit
3) the loans advanced will need to be repaid in four years time at which stage with no actual further building work undertaken but due to fact san jose have used refinancing money for christmas parties, holiday in sun, almu childrens clothes and creche and to buy some more land in outer mongalia they will run out of money again!
4) the bank gurantees now completely worthless as they are so old no one can read the print
5) tony has formed sarc (2012) I am very determined to have my house
6) the labour government who magically won the 2009 election have now disbanded critical care in the nhs and tony loses will to live as he cannot afford the extra 50%

The only point missing is that SARC/SJ/HdT thought that their saviour was going to be a Russian bank / or a take over by a Russian financier when infact the truth was that SJ/HdT were trying to recruit a new fleet of affluent Russian purchasers destained to the same fate as ourselves ( more mugs ) . Unfortunately , news in the modern world travels much faster than SJ/HdT had anticipated and NO ONE in Russia wanted to buy . Despite SJ/HdT's rebranding and sales attack ( all translated into the latest Russian sales speak at great expense to us ) targeted at wealthy Estern block purchasers. There were no takers.
I am not sure what the judge will make of all the the money carelessly spent on this useless speculative exercise .However I know what my thoughts are ? SARC have bought SJ/HdT time to enable this costly strategy and have actively encouraged it . Some of their blurb is even quoted as a plus point in the advertising campaign to recruit new Russian victims .
