I believe that you were one of those saying that the money was still there and advicing purchasers to litigate even though you are fairly secure with your BG. So far I have seen you contradict  yourself and make all sorts of remarks that have not stood up to scrutiny and I am becoming concerned about you. Are you seriously trying to get HdT to be liqudated? Because that is the only reason that i can come up with for your odd and misleading/unhelpful behaviour, including trying to push anything that might be heplfull down a thread so no one can see it. On top of that I have noticed your ( and a couple of others) cyber bullying of posters on the site which is inhibiting people from expressing any view point that is diferent from your chicken licken approach.

Thanks for your input but I am afraid that if your solicitor has a copy of the administrators report then you should know that there is no money there and we are talking about Herrada del Tollo not SJ. As for the problems with money perhaps we should all be shouting very loudly at the banks to reinstate the line of credit that was removed last year and caused this problem in the first place.

Lets make this very clear . There are a lot of people who have money in SADM and would prefer not to lose it.........hhhmmmmm it would seem a very good idea that purchasers support them selves and try to get SADM built. But hang on a minute we are trying to do that despite the continued attacks from a nasty little group of purchasers who appear to want HdT to fold. Well I am sorry but that is not of much use to most of the purchasers who would prefer not to lose there money and actual have something tangible.

Your best advice is to let the builder seek finance and build on so you can get your house.

This builder has got the build wrong when times were good, they didnt deliver on any of their sites on time, when people were faling over themselves to buy houses.....................using your description..hmmmmmmmmm  alarm bells?

Now you take their word they have no money.........in fact they are so destitute for money they didnt even know it until the administrators told us.    So the best....best option you have to offer is to let them carry on building, when they are struggling to get finince....................

Listen Tony..............when the real administration gets ripped into it they will find out the truth and make a real step forward for the place.

You are helping to stop this happening.

Moaning about what has happend in the past does not move us forward or solve our current problem. We need to get past such negative and narrow view points and look at the problem realistically. There is no money to pay people back, if SADM is not built the majority of purchasers lose their money. So what do we do? The only action is to SADM built, it has the support of the Jumilla council, it is a legal development, it is  not part of the coastal property bubble and it has over 1500 purchasers with contracts.

If you want to complain about something why not about the banks who removed the line of credit and caused the probelm or the solicitors who failed to ensure that their clients had BG's. Let's stop playing games and face the hard fact that it is get SADM built or most likley kiss good bye to your money.

AS for your own situation you are a creditor of SJ and I hope that el Pinet gets going soon and that they generate income and you get your money back.
