Hi All,

It is a shame that when news comes out the usual suspects make crass remarks. Do they want us all to loose our money?  Do they have any money in SADM?

From their behaviour and continuous attitude I can only conclude that they do not want a positive outcome for any one and are trying to do all they can to prevent it.

Well I believe that none of us want a bad outcome  or to loose our money.  Some of us want our properties and yes i want my house whilst others want their money back and I want us all to be able to get a positive result.

There is some positive news and it is sad but some really do not seem to want us to have good news.

The report is going on to the web site this weekend .

I WANT MY HOUSE AND A POSITIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

Hi Tones.
Still have your head in the sand I see.

"Do they want us all to loose our money?" No need, you have done such a wonderful job of that yourself.

"Do they have any money in SADM?" Ahhhhh, what money? Hasn't your friend told you that is what their problem is, why they took your money and didn't give you a house, THEY HAVE NO MONEY

"From their behaviour and continuous attitude I can only conclude that they do not want a positive outcome for any one" Untrue, we celebrate each time someone tells us they have had their money back.

"and are trying to do all they can to prevent it." You are a confused little lad. SARC has already done that for all who would listened. Taken information and fed it to the developer to use how they wish.

"Well I believe that none of us want a bad outcome  or to loose our money" So why does SARC set so keen to arrange a disaster for so many?

"There is some positive news" Sure is. Many have now seen SARC for what they are.

Hi Fin,

It is now time for you and those like you who deride others whilst only posting negatives to identify yourselves.

We the purchasers should know that those who post and make comments that could have an impact upon our money are in the same boat as us.

So if you and your little band want to comment on issues that affect our monies, kindly post yout plot number/s with your post. That way we will know that you  are not a developer/builder, an ex employee,  an enviromentalist, etc and do not have a hidden agenda and  trying to gain from SADM not proceeding & our loss.

I WANT A POSTIIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL AND FOR FIN ETC TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE PURCHASERS

"It is now time for you and those like you who deride others whilst only posting negatives to identify yourselves."
Who says?
Are you acting under instructions from the developer?
Tell us why they want our personal details?
If you wish to PM me and ask, do so at your own risk.
My personal details are as they say, personal.

"We the purchasers should know that those who post and make comments that could have an impact upon our money are in the same boat as us."
pity you haven't the b*lls to demand the truth from those who have taken your money.

"So if you and your little band"

Sorry to disapoint, no little band, no support needed.

"kindly post yout plot number/s with your post."
Please see above.

"That way we will know that you  are not a developer/builder, an ex employee,  an enviromentalist, etc"
What about Town Hall Officer, Financier, Main Supplier, shouldn't you include those.
Do you also wish my main home address, credit card details, etc.?
What an ignorant little s*d you are requesting personal details on a forum.
God knows what you have done with the details anyone has sent you to join the clan known as SARC. Me, I would worry.

"and do not have a hidden agenda and  trying to gain from SADM not proceeding & our loss."
If you could kindly translate I will respond.
There is no SADM, there will be no SADM, unless there will be a payment of a token house to you for leading others into the hands of the developers?

Carry on little man, just remember you were the one that boasted about taking legal action for such allegations.
Possibly the difference is here that one and all realise and treat you as the complete buffoon you are.
You know as little about me as you do about where the cash you parted with has gone.
Your money and myself do have one thing in common. You will never see either.

Still awaiting your PM. Hasn't your string-puller approved?

Hi Fin,

I do not have to send you a PM, all you have to do is identify your plot.

As you appear to not be able to do so, I can only assume from your behaviour that you are not a purchser and cease dialogue with you until you have the courtesy of proving otherwise.

Oooooooooo, you are having a little tantrum, give your 'friend' at the developers a call and seek advice as you are getting in further than you can handle. You tell us how you have saved the world and you can't save or keep your own cash.

You think what you wish as we all know that what you think is worth little if anything.

Should you 'cease dialogue' with me, no problem as we will still be entertained by the garbage you post for others.

Best you stick to saving the world as you have lost your cash

Hi All,

There are few questions coming up & it is quite right that they are asked.

If you have any questions regarding the settlement agreement /process etc please either post/PM or email to the SARC email account. We will then endeavour to get them all answered (by asking HdT & a Spanish solicitor/barrister) and make the Q & A avialable to all ASAP.

I hope that this agreeable to you all

All the best

Hi Tony/Brian

Just a quick question.  Did we ever find out what percentage of the buyers for Jumilla are Spanish?  I heard that there were at least 52% who were Spanish.

Regards Chrissie1

Hi Chrissie1,

we believe that they are over the 50% not sure on actual figures although tony might know I will give him a bell tomorrow and find out at least it is alm on the site and we can all talk and discuss SADM I have not felt this positive in a long time about the developement. Really believe that we all might get what we want from this proposal they are putting together.

Hi Tony, Brian,

Couple of questions: -

Can you tell me if the settlement agreement is a proposal by SJ / HDT or by the Court administrators?

And, how will everyone be informed as outside of this forum no one seems to be aware of it?

Regards,

Chrissie,

I want to clarify the part about 51%.  If I remember rightly and I'm almost 100% sure, that any proposal that requires a vote is actally 51% of the monetary value of the creditors.

That is, someone who is owed 100,000 has a greater portion of the vote than someone who it owed 50,000,  So it won't be the percentage of individuals but an accumulation of the money they are owed.

If that makes sense.

Hi Redman,

I believe that you are corrrect it that in the vote it is 50% of the value of the "debt" and our deposits varry in size and some have purchased with partners etc. That is why it is important that each person votes to ensure (if they so wish) that the 50% figure is achieved.

The settlement offfer is from HdT but is supervised  and agreed by the administators ,who decide if its content is deliverable and all purcashers will be contacted individualy when the offer is finalised. Importantly the administrators are court appointed and not part of HdT .

We are going to add your questions to the list and try to get more details for you.

I hope that this is of some help.

Thank you for your responses.

When we were in Jumilla we were told that a very very large percentage of the plots had been bought by spanish companies who were obviously going to be interested in the golf side of things i.e tournaments.  If what you say is true as below then it will surely be the companies who have bought the large plots who will be determining the fate of SADM.

Regards Chrissie

Hi Chrissie,

I believe that out of the 1500ish purcahsers about 45% are Spanish with around 55% ex pat and that the purcashers collectively make up the largest creditor block  and well over 50% of the debt.. That being the case our votes are significant and can affect the outcome of a vote, so we have a say in what outcome SADM has. It may be because of this that some have tried to stop us acting together or communicating with one and other.

I will add to the list of questions for you: What is the purchaserspercentage of the debt ?

Obviously I want a positive outcome for all  & hope that many more want the same and realise that everyones vote counts.

Wishing you all the best.
