Hi Chrissie

I was glad you missed me, im here charging out of the sun on my white charger, just for you hoo.

I cant resist the posting of Tony Mal who has given loads of advice to people, runs a website empire of sarc followers, and has single handedly , with his membership growing by the minute , got the finance and the licences and the water for the sadm site.

What a wonderfull world we live in when such huge strides can be made by a crashed computer, a set of aims and objects and a couple of meetings with a crooked builder.

I am so impressed by this, i am going to say well done.

Let me have my new contract for the house in the post, tell me when the administration is going to end, negotiate my next tax bill for me............

I bow to your superior knowledge and your business acumen, you are a true giant among us.

Tell you what though Tony..............when the results are in..........dont you go hiding on me now.........and have your UK lawyer and your International lawyer standing by.

Because i will then tell you exactly what i think, and you wont like it.........at all

glad you missed me....xx

Brian

Yes Chrissie I wish we could stick together more but I cant be bothered to listen to SARC anymore .I was trying to think of one single piece of useful information that SARC have provided .It all comes from SJ and therefore is totally biased and useless to me. There really is no point in the information it just clouds the real issues and I am not convinced of their real motives . I know that in time it will become apparent that SJ are using them as pawns in all of this to the detriment of all   .They really should refuse to be SJ's messengers unless they have absolute proof that SJ are being honest this is not possible therefore in this instance the messenger should be shot. This information did not come from SARC but another source.  Cant you see this is a place for information from all sources. So I have to disagree that all the info we get is from SARC.  This is independant info that HELPS us all make our own decisions,

Santa Ana update.

Dear Member,

During August I have been in discussions with both the directors of San Jose and the administrators appointed to the company.

Some of the developments that have occurred do not specifically affect investors at Santa Ana, however, I will outline all the progress San Jose have made as I believe it is encouraging to see that positive progress is being made throughout the group.

In total there are three developments affected by the administration along with large tranches of land.

 El Pinet

The court has ruled in favour of San Jose and construction is commencing in October. Many of the properties are virtually complete and sold, this means that in a couple of months completions will start which will affect the company’s cash flow very positively.

 Playa Golf

San Jose is continuing to market and sell properties on this popular development.

 Santa Ana

Negotiations with a consortium of four major banks are continuing, the purpose of these negations is to secure a 30 million euro line of credit in order to continue the development of this resort.

30 million euros is the projected amount required to bring to completion all sold properties, complete the golf course and other retail and leisure areas.

A more recent development is that statements of interest have been received from three large construction companies and discussions are ongoing with San Jose looking at selling a percentage of the development. This will of course provide capital to continue with the project quickly and in due course recover some of the time lost.

I have been advised by the directors of San Jose that the administrators will be contacting all purchasers of properties at Santa Ana during October formally advising purchasers of their options.

I have been assured by the directors of San Jose that, before the administrators contact purchasers, a proposal will be in place; this proposal will include new completion dates and compensation for clients.

We are continuing to work with San Jose in order to help them resolve their problems and achieve a good solution for all; but mainly for our clients.

Please be assured that we will continue to keep you up to date with all developments at Santa Ana.

 Yours faithfully

 Andrew Ward

Sorry to rain on your parade but there is no water problem.

Chrissie El Pinet will not commence in October SJ do not have the money to complete El Pinet and indeed now do not have the money to pay utility bills so what else in this report is actually true. This info is a typical SJ release there have been more of these over the years than I care to remember all turned out to be untrue . I dont know how many times I have to point out that there is nothing SJ have to say that I will give any credence to at all what so ever.  I do understand that people go to SJ in good faith and ask for information and fully expect to be told the truth. I know differently everything they say  turns out to  be untrue Threfore I do not wish to ask them anything and have no wish to hear anything they have to say.  How ever I do wish to read this forum incase any information from a  source other than SJ is posted . Thank you for sharing it anyway  I have my own source of information not SJ and the information I am recieving tells a very different story. Never mind we are all going to hear the true facts soon enough . .JA

Sorry just been watching grumpy old men on the telly.  You just have to wait and accept what ever happens.  No one needs to be posting nasty comments thats my point.  If Jumilla falls through it aint the end of the world.  Thats life we made the decision to buy no one else, not Tonymal or anyone else.  The next stage will hopefully give some more answers to the long awaited questions we all want answered until then please stop the endless bickering and infighting.  It is not any of our faults just hold tight because at the end of the day we all have our own agendas and once it is all out in the open we will all make our own minds up.  I am surely going to need some help so it would be nice if you were all there whatever the outcome.

I actually do think its the end of the world if people lose money as a result. Particularly when the b******ds are living it up at our expense.

Thats the way it is I'm afraid and it still aint our faults.  We are all waiting and the wait is unbearable I agree but I don't think it's a picnic for anyone neither brit or spanish.  There has been a series of events that has made this all happen it's just sad that it has been allowed to go on for so long without correction from the legal side of things in spain.

We are caught like fish in a net and it would be nice to think that everyone could post on this forum without fear of retribution and nasty comments after all we are all feeling the same it's just that there are some who would rather be nasty and unhelpful rather than to offer a little support and kindness. You know, it's when you just need to vent your feelings and you know someone is there to help you through  who is in the same situation.

Hi Chrissie

Thanks for that posting from the chap Ward, what is he and his position, bet he represents a sales of property team.

I did say a few weeks ago, from that posting, that the reference to San jose still selling properties and marketing them is illegal if its part of the administration.

If the writer guy has said it to instill confidence in a builder in administration......talking about a good bit of the company, which has nowt to do with the sites in administration.............hes pretty dodgy in his information.

The opening gambit from the guy is probably a slip up.....when he refers to tranches of land, he probably lifted that from some information he got and used it to sound like an expert.

Tranches of anything are what the financial world use as a term for portions making up an investment for sale...............if he has used the right terminiology then i read it as parcels of land offered as security  forming portions of a sale.  Which means to me that the companies in administration are for sale.....to any investor enquiring.

But if you want to believe a sales company is right and it proves to be..............its ok isnt it?

I am still really well guarded and dont beleive anybody who  'leaks information'.................the phrase is something like once bitten twice shy.

Dont worry though.......im not going to my solicitor about it.......Mr Ward however may sell even more properties tht never get built..now theres a thought

As the full letter, rather than just excerpts, has now been posted, I guess there is no harm in saying that this information has come to me from Ward & Co - I originally purchased through Smart Investor Services, but either the name has changed or they have taken them over. What their relationship is with SJ I don't know. As its good news - allegedly, then there can be no harm in everyone knowing. At least this now gives you all something else to chew over ??

Briando/our little google search engine.

See first para. Information for us ALL so that people can form their own opinion, can be useful at times. Could be something else for you to pick holes in (just an observation).

Hi JonG

Im not that little, being 6 foot 1 and almost 16 stone, i only need google for hard questions like, who won the cup final in 1912....stuff like that............investment stuff is a bit easier...i should have learned by now that investments and me dont fit together..too many crooks.  I remain a gentleman though!!!!!!!!!

But thanks for the info and if its good news......it was just a bit short of cheering me up, but then im a bit down in t mouth about this spain job at minute.

Sorry John but last thing i need is another salesman telling me its going to be ok..............maybe he has a good soilictor as well.

I am waiting for SARC to team up with International rescue and then thunderbird 4 can come and save us all......

Ta

Wine turns to water in the streets of Jumilla!

OK not quite true, however only a few weeks ago wine was flowing during the Vendimia, and since Sunday night/Monday morning (tormentas woke us up in the middle of the night) we have had lots of rain here.  It doesn't look like there will be a water shortage in Jumilla for a while.  We may even bottle it and send it abroad!

Thanks JA.  Read it now.  Isnt this the one from SARC a short while ago (or similar)?  Anyway, still dont believe anything they say at all these days as recent negotiations and contract failures have shown yet again.  I wonder if I will be surprised by some miracle that they follow through with anything they blarb one day. hmmm be nice wouldnt it.

I contacted various scrupulous (cough) Agents still advertising SADM last week for a viewing  trip and asking for further details.  Strange I never had a reply!

First time ever Ive actually looked forward to an english October.. just to have a Report from  thieves in Spain?  Odd kinda life we're all living now doncha think?  Ive thought about laughing but the muscles in my face contract and cause an unsightly grimace.. Oh to have my 90K back how sweet life would be....
