Hi All,

Just to inform you that purchasers are still joining SARC and are avoiding posting on EOS due to the negative attacks. It is unfortunate that the forum, which, should be toolerant of differing points of view is instead an arena of threats and abuse.

There wil be a further update this weekend going out to the SARC membership and then posted on the site for all to access.

I wish you all well and hope that we can have a positive conclusion to this situation soon

I am busy writing up the update report after my long conversation with Almudena yesterday. Despite the daft remarks from JA and others I am more positive than I have ever been about the probabilty of SADM going ahead. Shame on those who keep spreading false tales of woe and are just trying to scare purchasers into taking actions that would limit their choices.

I would like to thank those purchasers who have stood up and not been stampeeded into knee jerk actions but have stood and thought about how to get a positive outcome form this mess.  Hopefully those of us who want our properties will be able to have them and those who want thier money back can get it through us paying for our properties.

I wish you all well and I do include those who have been less than kind.

Have all SARC members secured their credit as”privileged "and "against the mass" yet. If not why not, most others already have this security and can now afford to wait and see what is best.

Tony your friends Almu and the Admin have the power to grant you this status, why have they not done so or did they tell you it is not necessary. Are you a fool or do they just think you are?

i dont know Almudena, I have a good lawyer, i dont listen to you and never will. i do think that if I get my house you will gain from the money i am yet to give. FACT. If you dont like it you can lump it.

Forget any personal feelings you have against Julie Ann just listen and rationally ask yourself isn't it worth protecting against both eventualities?

If you get our house great..everyone will be happy for you. If you dont then you have protected yourself to the best of your ability.

There has been no "official word"about the status of Herrda del Tollo but the private conversations amongst professionals suggests that the news is not good at all. There has never been any evidence produced to any lawyer or the court about ANY perspective buyers and the housing market has dropped out. 

moreover they have been laying off additional staff, not the actions of a company whose deal is around the corner and just being finalised.

Despite what Tony says there has not been a shred of FACT with regards to any progress having been made since may when they first went into administration. Indeed the situation has deteriorated as the other areas of business are now being investigated and there are multiple criminal lawsuits looming from shareholders and no doubt, down the line, from owners.

Even the people whose houses have been built are in serous jeopardy. Those without the deeds risk having their homes wrapped up into san jose's assets when the report is published, sold and distributed amongst creditors. If that is potentially the situation for them then your situation is more precarious still

I am glad that you have a good family life and that tis hasnt affected your happiness. Unfortunately the same cant be said for all those whose lives and dreams have been ruined from this.

One lady, I know waited years for her dream home in Jumilla and ploughed her life savings into it. She was diagnosed with a serious illness and had to cope with this news at the same time as hearing about the administration. She died recently after a brave struggle exacerbated by all the distress that this company have caused her. 

Not everyone can remain upbeat like you chrissie and not everyone can accept that, in todays supposed just society that there can be so many lies and such deceit and corruption.

I just read Tony's last posting on this thread and was wondering

how do you get stampeded (or stampeeded) into a knee jerk action.  It conjures up some mental images of a herd of wild elephants running straight at you.........and all you can do is lift your leg........maybe when faced with such a problem you should make a trunk call and reverse the charges?

Which gets me to the point.......the trunk call you have made with Almudena is perhaps as usefull as a fart in a spacesuit and the advice it will give to people will sound to lots of us like the emporer she is......... without clothes.

I think a  fart in a space suit  is  much more useful at least it allows gas to exit the body thus relieving pain and discomfort !!!!!!!!!

ExteRmely helpful!  I think that has to be the understatement and spelling mistake of the forum in a Report that took some 10 days to make available.  They have not been helpful not even extERMely.  And as for having a lovely event to look forward to in three weeks time, absolutely NOT will I feel any pity or anything like it .  I dont deny her a beautiful event but loaded to the hilt with most of it safe away from Spain in readiness with our hard earned savings?.  I think its quite a liberty Tony that you expect US to feel what exactly?? pity, take it easy on  the Company?? 

I want my money back , a house now or to sue them to the hilt.. not just from anger, not because Im inhuman, but because they owe me and MY babies my money back and have done everything they can to avoid paying it. Every flippin penny I have! and I dont have.. millions of Euros put aside for  'that rainy day' in Mauritius or wherever its been stashed.   Lets not forget in case you now think Im some horrid person.  Im not suing a pregnant woman..
