I find it very intersting that the nasty little group are trying so desperately to find reasons as to why SADM would not go ahead. Rather than waiting for our report,( from a long  positive meeting) and allowing you all to know that it will be available soon, they try to hide the postings and rant about SARC etc.

Well the most daft thing is;  THIS IS THE SARC THREAD!  if they are not interested why bother posting?  Is it just to insult and deride people & to stiffle any opinion that they do not agree with?

I repeat that we are a purchaser group working for a positive outcome for all.

No need to find a reason, the developer has done that for themselves.

Yes it is silly that they need a thread on here when they have a website of their own. Obviously not much support on or for either.

Tony any meeting you have with Almu is pointless it is obvious she is going to put a positive slant on everything .She will stay positive until it is  game over and it will be soon  .She is hardly going to sit there crying into her coffee and telling you how bad things really are .What did you expect .You will never get the truth from her so what is the point of your  useless SARC  report .

We should have the report ready to go out to the SARC membership this week & then it will be placed on the SARC website for all to be able to read.

Purchasers are still joining SARC and our membership is growing.

I find it interesting that the usual supects spend their time spouting bile.Rather than waiting for the report,which, they caliam they have no interest in, they actually start a strand to attack it before it is out. Now that is what I call paranoia & it is a very sad act of desperation. They are still trying so hard to spread mischief and mayhem but the majority of us are wise to them.

Read the report later on this week and make your own minds up &  ignore the actions of the little group.

Who have safeguarded themselves, taken precautions and some taken action which has resulted in them getting their money back, whilst others sit waiting a report which will be spin or garbage.

The report will be loaded up shortly and just for Magicmeg, who appears to be unable to spot the SARC link.....

If you click on view all threads from the SADM main page, there it is a the top of the page.....quite easy perhaps it is just a case of selective eye sight.

More importantly we beleive that the report is positive and of help to purchasers. As for the nasty and at times very childish comments being made by the very small nasty group, just ignore them. All they try to do is create discord.

Doooooohhhhh !

 I never thought I would say this Linda but you are as stark bonking mad as the other two! Tony you mention that your barrister quotes 92% of his clients wish to stay with Jumilla- How many clients does he have? 

If you remember also- the decision made previously was agreed five minutes before the court session took place and therefore the judge did not make any decision just sanction the agreement made between two parties.

In so far as spanish people not seeking their money back; there are a group of lawyers who are all discussing the case together. This includes representatives for many spanish purchasers who are all trying to get their money back.

But I feel a lot better now I have seen someone mowing the lawns!!

Hi joannie I completely agree they are all raving bonkers ,the sooner this sorry mess is over the better .It  is becoming painful to watch a bit like looking in the window of an asylum .

I feel a lot better knowing that the body language of the people at the meeting was good and the ambiance in the building was good  especially now that Linda has let us know that the spontaneity of the Spanish race is such that  they could not have been pretending .What a total load of tosh !

As for Almu not wanting the details of the "rumours " discussed as it is confidential and does not affect HdT  dream on .We will see !

How those attending this meeting can be taken in time and time again is beyond me .As for  Linda thanking Tony for the opportunity of attending this meeting pleeease  , has it not occurred to her that any of us could have a meeting or telephone call with Almu whenever we wish,most of us just wouldn't bother as we know we would only be lied to and fed a load of bull just like you guys have been again !  Difference is we would be smart enough to take a lawyer with us and would ask the difficult questions and question the answers not just take her word for it . I do despair what a total waste of every ones time .MM

ps Tony I don't think you could have chosen a more ill advised lawyer if you had tried ,did Almu introduce you to him ? It is quite clear where his loyalties are  .Good luck I think you are going to need it .

 I can't actually think that any lawyer would say that that is recommended by the commonwealth office. I can only think that Tony is added a little jackanory dust. If that is the advice you are being given Tony then you are being taken for a real ride.
