The language and grammar, it is called education.
Yes, I do realise that free-style in postings is now more accepted, especially by so many who use txt and those who know no better. But in reports!!!!
An incorrect full stop, comma or other punctuation mark in a report can have serious consequences.

I am so please you appreciate the views of any non-English non-purchaser's point of view given and am sure many will now feel more happy to join in.
What are you thoughts about the loss of meaning in translations?
It will be a superb Christmas gift is you can promise to come back on here in December, to let us know how well you have got on with everything.

Does it really matter?as on this forum you can pretend to be/qualified/work as/ a handicap of?  who really cares. Please lets try to work together and get on.   End of day we may need/want eachother.

It worries me that people can end up feeling isolated from thier fellow purchasers due to the point scoring and ill thought postings.  It would be really nice if we all treated one and other as possible future nieghbours rather than a stranger on the end of a broadband connection. I would hate for some one to feel that they could not live at SADM because of postings they made on the site.

It is 11.50pm at night.  I am in no doubt that we are ALL anxious for our own reasons, afterall we all have different circumstances but personally when we  first decided to buy in Jumilla there was something about the place itself that was nice, full of hope and a place where people could be friends, neighbours and a place to rest your weary soul when the UK had taken everything it could take from you.  There are some nice people who wish to carry that dream through to the end.  Is it so wrong to still want those things and more ?  

When we finally get to Jumilla it would be nice to open our front doors and let the sunshine and neighbours in for a glass of wine.  Please try to see that it is not right or wrong to want your house in jumilla, what is wrong is for some to be so nasty when life is so short. So what does it matter if the grammer is not correct or somethings are just not going as planned stay positive and be hopeful.

Hi Braindo,
The time frame is as told to us by our solicitor/barrister who specilises in Concursor. It is clearly stated that this is information given to us in a brief of the situation by our legal representative along with his advice to proceed with the purchase and that is what 90% of his clients are doing.

I did not know of the new motorway until we were told during the briefing.

Let me make it very clear that the report is what we have been told and any comment is clealy marked as such. It is up to each purchaser to read and digest the content and decide for themselves how this effects them and if they wish to seek clarification form thier own legal representative or agent.
