I would really like to know what Forum JA had broken by posting the comment she did.
Hopefully someone can offer guidance before I make a posting, as I have read the forum rules and don't believe my comments will break any of the rules, but there again, I didn't think JA's did, so, sorry for being cautious.
If I were to say that a specific developer were honourable, business-like, efficient and delivered the goods as promised, although the facts were to be different, would the posting be removed or edited, as it could be looked upon as mis-leading and untruths, when perhaps many will have or maybe will lose considerable sums of their money?
If I were to belong to a minority group which offered personal opinions, claiming to be facts, would such a post be edited or removed. This message was last edited by FriendinNeed on 9/23/2008.

I have been very busy at work today. However I saw that my post had been edited this morning I re read the forum rules and still do not understand the reason for this action .I was just about to mail Justin to ask about this .I will keep you informed as to the answer.
I feel we are in great danger of this forum becoming molly coddled and one sided ,after all we are all adults and none of the words I used were anything that would not be heard on the BBC even pre water shed .
None of us here have objected to the incessant drivel we are forced to read ( if we want to decipher the chaff from the truth ) that SARC post on this forum .I hope freedom of speech is being afforded us all.
PS I thought my post which was edited out was both educational and informative, and did not breach any forum rules . I will now ask Justin to explain giving us all an insurance that all posts are treated fairly. If Justin can not offer a realistic reason as to why my post was deleted I will be reluctant to post here again , What would be the point . JA This message was last edited by julie anne on 9/24/2008.

We must take it then that the EOS team consider the word Bullsh#*t to be more offensive than the lies SARC spread . Lies which are formulated and circulated by a company ( who has caused us all great harm ) go figure the sense in that !

Hi All,
Some of you do not like the truth and you are going to like this next bit even less. Oh yes we do have even more people joining SARC, it appears that the negative attitude is in the minority;.More and more people are declaring that they want their house.
I find the posting from Suemac concerning the water very supportive for SADM. Excellent news.

OK, so assume 1500 prchasers and the negatives (those who have not joined the SARC sect) are in the minority, then SARC must have at least 751 members now?
Hope that isn't too technical or challenging to answer as most other questions seem to be.

Tony I think you are trying to irritate people, most unfair in this sad situation. Best to keep quiet until the report is published. SJ cannot even finish El Pinet nor pay the bills never mind start Santa Ana. The economic climate is something else!

I am not trying to irritate any one and i am saddened that you thin that. I beleive that function falls to those throwing the insults about. I and others have ensured that infromation is made available to all and SARC has helped several purchasers with their queries. It is a fact that more purchasers have jonied SARC and that we are working hard and doing our best to get SADM underway. I suggest that you access the site via the web link and you will see that. Have you read the September report given out by SJ/HdT and placed on the site?

"more purchasers have jonied SARC", but that could just mean 2 (purchasers - plural), whereas, you mentioned minoroties, so the majority must be a minimum of 751. Can you confirm?

I bet we are not really a strange lot in normal circumstances however I think the whole situation brings out the worst ,best ,and bad in all of us and yes we are all very petty .I think it is frustration as there really isnt any real constructive way to put our energy into helping ourselves (unless we all pack up the marbles we have left and join SARC and delude ourselves that we will get our houses )The helplessness brings out the worst in people.Just wish we could get some sort of control over this situation it stinks. Yes I agree but there are comments being made that are spoiling the whole forum. We are all in the same boat and therefore should stick together and pool all information whether it is a house you want or your money you want. This forum does give information then it is up to you what you do with it so, wouldnt it be nice to stick together in this situation. The majority I would say are the brits that are suffering with the loss of property or money. We all need to listen to each other instead of having a go at each other. The next stage will be upon us soon enough. The spanish are wrong and they know it so please lets all come together for the next round of this very long and drawn out state of affairs.
I feel for all of us but please dont always shoot the messenger its information we all need to make the best decisions for the outcome any of us want.
