Hi All,
I would like to point out that the info posted by Chrissie1 was first posted by jonG and I delined to state the source.Briando states that he is a gentleman but after accusing me of lying about the info, he has declined to retract the comment, even though it was proven to be wrong. If any one makes a remark in the heat of the moment and it is wrong it is only right to retract the comment.

As for  the information on the SARC site I am astounded by JA. The information on the site comes from a varriety of sources and SARC is independant of  ANY external source or influence. SARC is a purchasers organisation and work on their behalf for a positive outcome. Purchasers are still joining SARC and asking for support and advice.

Membership is easy and confidential, just access the SARC website and fill in the and email the membership form.

All the best to you all

Tony get real SARC only report what SJ and the Administrators want them to .It is clear to anyone who reads the SARC reports thar MOST  if not all the information comes from SJ and is therefore useless and probably not true. JA

Hi JA,
I suggest that you get real. Your paranioa that SARC would only report what SJ wants is laughable. SARC is independant of any external body and is a purchasers organisation. I and others have deposits in SADM and we seek a positive outcome, so we work for purchasers no one else.  It should be clear to all who read SARC info that it comes from varrious sources and that we do have a direct line of communication with SJ/HdT, which is best practice for getting our members views, questions and concerns across and answered.

All the best to you and have a nice weekend.

Just to clear things up - I don't really want a retraction !! It was a joke, providing that we are all nice to each other, despite having very differing opinions.

Briando     Hi welcome back so glad to hear you had a lovely time golfing in Scotland .It is`a wonderful place and is all the better when we can get rid of all the prats by send ing them down to Westminster..

As for good weather you must be kidding unless you are referring  to the three hours when  it stopped raining on Sunday afternoon. Then again you may have been playing one of the beautiful courses on the East coast where I believe the weather was fine.Cheers hope you enjoyed.   JA

Malc   I do think it is funny .
People changing topic  without starting a new thread is a pet hate of mine just a mild irritation not huge irritation like Scottish ploiticians and crooked developers,.  I remember the broadband thing now . I got mad yesterday at some one who kept interupting the thread to ask about the weather in Spain ,sorry I thought it was you.

Things can only get better fingers crossed , lets face it they can't get any worse.   JA

Hi All,
This is the I want my house strand. Now as far as I am aware, no one has been able to give a good logical reason as to why going for your money will result in a better or quicker positive result for purchasers.

No all i see are attacks and derision on any positive information or opinion that indicates either that SADM has a future or that a purchaser wants their property.

If  a purchasers feels that they wish to have their money back, that is their right and they can state the reason/s why but justifying by slagging off reasons to want your house or why SADM has a future does not give their position any credabilty.

We all know that refinancing is being negotiated, the administrators have now stated this to my solicitor at least and that the administration process gives HdT up to 5 years to pay back debts.

If you want your money back the simple question I ask is: how are you going to get and how much of it and over what time frame?  As for company assets lets not forget that SADM purchasers have contracts with HdT and it would be only their assests and income that would be used to pay their creditors. So as the deposits for SADM have been spent on the build, exept for the BG account money, where would or is the money coming from to give the money back?

The best result for all purchasers ( except perhaps those with BGs) is for SADM to be refinanced and to go ahead. That would give those who want them, their properties and those who want their money back could then revcieve their funds from the payments/income from those who proceed to purchase.

So I want my House and I want a postive out come for all

All the best

Tony R1718

Tony what are you going to do when it is proven that you are wrong and have been talking rubbish all along .Are you going to disappear like you did the last time .You have totally ignored the articles that were posted on the other site shortly before youlr long  absence .We know you have read them therefore why did SARC not comment on them.As far as I can see the content of them does not bode well perhaps SARC would rather not acknowledge them as they can not be refuted like you try to refute any point of view or evidence that does not support your own  cause.

Tony,
Reasons for people wanting money back rather than their house;
1. I watch Sal cry most nights because she thinks that she has lost her dream, her inheritance for her children, her ability for sound judgement and many other nightmares!
2. We both believe that SJ have acted immoraly if not illegaly
3. We do not believe SJ will build SADM to the specification that they sold
4. I believe that they have recruited you and Brian as a delaying tactic for the rest of us ...... and it worked!
5. We want to be young enough to enjoy our holiday home NOW not sometime never
6. having neighbours like you has REALLY turned me off being on that site
7. no one in their right mind will buy SADM in the current climate and be funded to complete
8. Money back is what the solicitor recommends as our only chance
9. I watch Sal cry most nights
10. I watch Sal cry most nights

My belief is that you are doing a great disservice to this community of people who are in an impossible position. You have given them hope where there wasn't any, only for them to be dashed, you are responsible as you took on the position of 'our leader' and you have let people down by encouraging the IWMH scenario, not as badly as SJ but let them down non the less.

I may be misguided, I may be wrong, but I'm honest and decent and so is Sal, she does not deserve to be turned over by a bunch of crooks and she definately does not deserve to go through the pain she endures every day.
Reason enough?

Regards and best wishes to all
Martin

Martin, irrespective what some claim, that I wish the development to belly-flop and people lose out. I have always stressed that I hate the thought of honest, sensible and innocent people being caught and lose money.
I hope that in the end, you get what you deserve.
Many months ago I made comments regarding possible neighbours, which mirrored your thoughts. Again I was rubbished for it.
Time is now to get out and either write off the losses, or throw as much money as you can into a legal battle. Whatever you decide, the decision is yours and if you consider it the right decision, it will feel much easier. Think of No 1 (and of course yourself, as Sal is No 1).
Look at the positive side, you could have had as much stress, although not financially, if the development had gone ahead and a Community created, with some calling me, me, me for president. What could have happened then.
Good luck over the next few months.
