Don't like the idea of the meters (which we have paid for) being taken out to changed, thats if its true. Guess the heavies aka mafia will be there to push for change?

I really wish, for all of the decent owners at EP this year will be fruitful!

As usual the DON & HIS HENCHMEN will take their places at the back of the hall again. No doubt the DON will put his self forward  for the committee AGAIN and his foot-soldiers will all vote him on AGAIN. New rules will be passed to benefit the MAFIA. Remember last year when the panel asked for any questions the DON approached the panel and whispered in the Presidents ear in full view of us all. Obviously new instructions. Its should leave you all in no dobt who is really controlling HELL PINET.

My advice is to sell up and not pay a penny more until you are out of it.Everyone there should be informed about what is happening instead of reading threads based on hearsay.It is not difficult for presidents or committee members to email owners and let them know problems.i bet many of you used to get regular updates by email from committee members or their partners but of course these dried up when the Mob realised they were better off keeping you all in the dark and springing resolutions on you all at the last minute at general meetings.then it would be too late for opposition.i imagine there is a shortfall in the electric bill, the money paid in is not enough to pay it so they have decided on a plan of action without any consultation as usual.Wonder if all metres will be cranked up?whatever you lot will not find out the truth until april i bet.

I think you have summed it up very well, there was emails and things were put on the EP site. They must still have meetings? Aren't they recorded or made general knowledge to the non's. Its no wonder there is this hear say, back biting and no trust of what is happening.

Now they are looking at hiking the utilities up, please tell me I'm wrong!

Yes! you're right.  People used to be more than happy to send out any information in the form of emails etc., Not any more though.  Only to people you know as friends. Can't trust anyone on here when they put abuse and personal insults on here as has been the case over the last few days and all done anonomously by people who haven't even got the guts to say it face to face.

As for the rumours mentioned on here regarding the meters.  There is absolutely no plans to change meters, tariffs or anything else.  The electricity charges as levied by Iberdrola may go up in Spain but that is something the administrators have no control over.

The meters measure the number of kilowatts used. Not the rate.

The cost of electric is governed by Iberdrola and fuel prices are going up worldwide. Appreciate the electric meter reads kW's and not €'s so why is there a rumour to alter them?

You say that people have no guts to say their comments face to face and post on here anonomously. I wonder why. Have you had your water turned off, have you had your electrc turned off, or your tyres slashed on your bikes (twice) or your watering system ripped out. even outside lights damaged I think not and all this has been done ANONOMOUSLY in the darkness of night or when owners have gone home. If these people or person own up to the damage that they have caused then maybe they will be told face to face .

At long last a date fof the AGM. Even though we must take into account that in law this AGM has no legal basis. It is merely a group of  friends ( a club ) trying to improve  El Pinet. It has no legal foundation as habitation certificates have not been issued. Those that are living at El pinet do so illegally and can not in law impose their will on other residents who like me obey and respect Spanish law by living elsewhere until certificates are issued. There is a them (payers )  attitude levied  at us none payers. They seem to think right is on their side and that none payers are responsible for their dilema. But its their illegal habitation that is casing all the many problems at El Pinet. They need to start obeying the law.

You are right on the ball with your comments.

No doubt some are now realising how much they were being subsidised ! They probably wish to return to that. Now they can work out about how much it will be for a full year, all those who got it cheap and tried to call it a community fee will offer to pay more of the outstanding debt of San Jose. Not sure why , but they might.

I can't understand why there should be a need to comfront those that have caused the problem. Just disconnect.
