adam, you ask why would anyone from sarc would post the findings from the meeting. Because SARC broadcased they would, then find they can't upload it to their own site.
Just as well there was nothing of importance and of urgency in it.
I for one do not think i am a stupid person for wanting your house or your money back. You have earned it, paid it out and are entitled to the goods you purchased.

Why not settle differences with a PM, rather than dragging all into this?

Please be aware, FIN and JA are the same and they are both ALM in disguise, they live in cyberspace and just like causing mayhem on these forums, how suckered in most of you have been!!!!

Would not want to be in the same facility as Tony will be in as a patient when he realises he is finished through his own actions Thanks all the same . I unlike SARC can see quite clearly where the harm is coming from and who does not want me to have my interests protected . I know how to protect my own interests and when I get what is mine with a BG and full protection for my fathers properties without you may not mock so readily . Just remember I offered to share . JA

Your last posting has some grounds for credibility at last.
You have listed the points that you seem to have grasped, concerning the way the administration works and the way the company will be treated by that process.
Then you spoil it by going on about what is the best option for people, and trying to prove your point by using the nonsensical outcome you put forward when bangng on about buying your house. It dosnt work, dosnt stack up and unless there are actual facts about the current assets and liabilities of the company, is not an informed decision in any way shape or form. Your advice about carrying on with a purchase is completely reckless advice.
I think most people have realised there is little chance of getting full refunds havnt they?. The way creditors are dealt with in administration is no surprise to me, its obvious....................talking about the way your lawyers can stack up fees.....its laid out how much a lawyer charges for their services and how it works.
Here is one for you Tony.......Do you realise that the administrastors fees are racked up by the hour? Ask yourself who is making money out of this miserable experience as we slag each other off.......I will let you into a secret.
The administrators who you had lunch with are able to take money out of the process Before any other funds are paid out.
I have asked my lawyer and the forum, what date have we got for the closure of this process.............i ask with even more urgency now because, take it from me, there will be little or nothing left if they dont finish soon.
And that would mean, no IWMMB...........and also no IWMH
Put your considerable energy and contacts and lawyer friendships into getting this stage finished and there may be something left of the carcass to pick at....
otherwise.....your just Nero fiddling while Rome burns down.
I keep saying be carefull.......................penny dropping at all?

JA please copy and paste these threats you have had, maybe FIN aswell, then we may all know the truth about what is going on, surely this would give creditabilty to yourselves and maybe help others, as you say you are both trying to help all.

Hi All
My suggestion on the best way to handle the situation IF anybody is receiving threatening PMs (apart from taking legal action) is to forward them to Justin, who can then remove that individual from the Forum. This Forum was always very friendly and helpful, when I first joined it a couple of years ago. We are living in difficult times, but surely that means we should be trying to help each other?

JA and FIN can't post the threats they have recieved because there are NONE, as I said before they are here to cause as much disruption to websites like these as this is their sad mission in life, think back before JA and FIN (who are probably the same) joined this forum did we have all these problems, NO we did not, enough said.

malc, couldn't copy and paste if I wanted to as such garbage ends up where the writers should be. The litter bin.
Regarding credibility factor, don't seek it as I don't believe there are many on here who could understand.
One thing for sure is that I have such in my own mind, as a reult of business and personal ventures.
Remember, it is not me that stands to lose their savings.
You see, people make statements such as: JA and FIN can't post the threats as they have recieved.
Now that person has made a statement without any evidence or support. Is it any wonder developers find so easy to dupe some.
They write things without knowing what they write about, so we can only assume that they will believe whatever they read. It is those I fear for, who haven't the sense to make educated judgements.
Then there is the small minded attitude claiming one person is another, won't use the grammatical term in case some may not understand. Why the obsession with that. I think now that it is 3 or 3 others it is alleged I am (suppose at least that means there are at least 5 of us with a brain and common sense).
It is sad that people spend so much time on trying to conjure up something, when they should be spending their time trying to secure their money.
It is the case of the wannabe in my gang syndrome.
The time spent trying to make incorrect claims of who is who doesn;t bother me one bit.
I think it is so funny that so many stand to lose so much and people devote so much time to petty matters.
What is the point.
There is today some information to be made available but bet most of the wannabes haven't a clue about that?
