Ken, You are right, not voting counts as a no vote. Thats why HdT are going to email anyone whose letter was returned to them, they can`t afford to lose any potential yes votes. Pity they couldn`t put the same effort into supplying our properties in the first place. Cheers Joanniemac

What a total, complete and utter mess .  Piss up ! and brewery  ! come to mind !!!!!

No surprise for me .Trust !!!!!!!! someone must be having a laugh !!!!!!!

Tony can you explain why on earth we should  trust and allow HdT/SJ to continue .

Is it because they have treated us sooooooo badly  !!!!!!!!!    or is it that you have been distracted from reality because you have listened to SJ HdT and no other opinion  ?

This just keeps getting better. I now read an email from HDT on the 9th telling me I can attend a presentation on the 12th at Southampton. Nice and local great. But with only 3 day notice I am not able to attend. And just to add to the frustration, it has nothing to do with how I can get my money back; it is all to do with signing an acceptance. This set up is all about getting us to agree to continue and nothing about how to get out. My biggest concern is that a no vote will turn out to be a cancelled vote and not used as a Liquidate them vote. Please if anyone is going to one of the presentations and is a no vote, please take the opportunity of telling them what a bunch of lying   !"£$%^&*  HDT is.

Am I missing something?.

Just tell your legal representative how you want to vote and he/she will carry this forward to the courts.

CEM1010. That`s it in a nutshell, its a presentation to persuade us it`s the best deal for us! The sheer arrogance of supplying Notaries sums them up. Has it not occurred to them we want all our money back, not more false promises? They must be basing this assumption on SARC reporting that their membership grows daily and we are all sitting twiddling our thumbs waiting on those elusive properties. Cheers Joanniemac

Dear Joan,

I thought better of you and I am saddened that you  feel the need to attack SARC. You know too well that it is purchaser group, and yes you are correct that the membership is growing. We have been very busy with communications with members throughout the UK/Eire& Spain who are going out a signing up to the agreement.

Futhermore, they are tired of all of the nasty negative stuff that is being thrown about and are showing what they think by saving thier money and properties. These people are not fools, they come from all walks of life, they are professional people, senior managers, retired professionals and families who are all sensible and will NOT throw their hard earned cash away, despite all of the crass attempts being made to try to get HdT liquidated.

I truly wish you well

SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR HOUSE, SAVE SADM

Tony you are so misguided and full of rubbish that words fail me ! Time alone will show how wrong you are ! I simply can't be bothered with your dross anymore .Good luck . I fear you are going to need it !

Once is a mistake twice is sheer stupidity and  foolishness and many will say you get what you deserve  !

If HdT/SJ had any back bone at all they would not expect any purchasers to continue with out a BG for what they have already paid .To offer any deal without  guarantees is insulting .

If  this plan is realistic and as sure a thing as  Almu seems to think then  where the hell !  are the  bank guarantees ? ? ? ? They do not  exist because the whole continuation plan is completely flawed !!!!

You will learn the hard way that HdT /SJ care not a jot for anyone except themselves .God help you  Tony !   JA

Dear All,

Brian -out of curiosity - why would you ask the judge for an extension?  Is that not the place of HdT to request this?  As people can vote via their own legal representation (via email) or have had the opportunity to attend a UK meeting, I fail to see how this is affected by the air strike.  It seems very much that boundaries are being blurred

Agreed. No more delays.

We need to get the outcome in May as we all know what happens in the summer months ....

Lets end this nonsense.

Hi all

I asked as stated just in case there were other purchasers stuck abroad with the air travel restrictions as a concern for anyone who wanted to vote to have the chance it was simply an act of charity I am so sorry that neither of you seem to care about other peple who are in the same situation as myself and may other without a BG not everyone carries all their documents with them when they travel and they may have been away when their letters came. so why not ask all the judge can do is say either yes or no. knowing the spanish judges he more than likely will say no but i asked at least

Brian,

Why do you worry about others ? I am sure we all have legal representation and in most cases have provided them with the power of attorney.

I imagine attending a San Jose roadshow would make very little difference as we have had plenty of time to reflect on our recent experiences.

I want everyone to have a positive outcome but life goes on, even with the flight difficulties.

Further delays is not good. I want the facts, decision from the courts and then move on with my life.

Hi,

I care about other people but if you did a straw poll, the majority of people perhaps would want to know the next step dependant on the result of the votes.

As you said it is 2 and a half years of worry, concerns and financial difficulties. I don't  think a further delay perhaps for a handful of creditors would make any difference, just more delay and anguish.

Also, if we don't  vote I thought that was taken as an acceptance of their proposal.

Rjmderry

Hi All,

Just to make it perfectly clear.  YOU DO NOT VOTE IT IS COUNTED AS A NO. That is why you only have to go to a notary and vote if you are voting yes. If Rjmderry made a mistake, I am sure he/she would be grateful to me for clearing this up. If on the other hand it was meant to confuse, well shame on him/her.

Little thought for you all:

The 2 strand set up by SARC have over 68,500 hits on them. Now to me that says we do not want to lose our money & that we want to save it. That being the case go and sign up to the agreement, as it might be your vote that saves the day for us all.

Stand together and save your money!

I WANT A POSTIVE OUTCOME FOR ALL

Yes, i got it wrong but before asking for extensions perhaps you should establish how many people are affected or better still leave it to the solicitors.

Hi rjmderry,

Normally it would be a good idea but with such a tight deadline I believe that it would have been impossible if they were stranded the last thing on their minds would have been the vote and I acatually asked him before they lifted the flight restrictions we were all caught out with that turn around. Still we might have a new goverment soon dont know which is worse they all seem to be cut from the same cloth.

Anyway no hard fellings rjmderry just want a good out come I might get it with Jummilla not so sure about here though. God I love that area. Flying to Cabo Roig on Friday for a weekend with family I hope! then to Ireland on Monday night PG.

To quote Tony

The 2 strand set up by SARC have over 68,500 hits on them. Now to me that says we do not want to lose our money & that we want to save it. That being the case go and sign up to the agreement, as it might be your vote that saves the day for us all.

My interpretation.

The 2 strand set up by SARC have over 68,500 hits on them. Now to me that says the 2 strand set up by SARC have over 68,500 hits on them.

I think my interpretation kind of proves itself so now i ask Tony to give me some proof to back up his enterpretation.

Also another simple question, if i agree to go ahead with purchase will i recieve a Bank Guarantee?

Was stranded but now safely home Ken.

Hi Everyone,

I just want to inform you that the Judge has agreed to an extension for the deadline for the vote on the proposal the new deadline is 1st June he agreed to the request because some of the urchasers may have been caught up in the last Icelandic volcano ASH problem.
As I anounce this today as another cloud of volcanic ash has closed air space over Ireland flights to and from Ireland grounded ironic
