Hi Vic

Its ok Vic, i have invested time and money in San Jose, look where that got me eh

Anything that comes towards me that supports them will get scrutinised and get my opinions......

but no offence, i took some abuse from one of the sarc managers too.

One last question vic......is SARC now closing and the aims and objects done with now?  As a member do you know what the next stage is for you all?  Or are you left without contact.

Brian

So far i have heard no more than anyone who is not a member of SARC regarding it's continuation.
I just hope that what the administrators and the Judge decide is fair to all of us who have found ourselves tied up in this horrible mess.

You missing them already alamred?.....ha

Its good to be quiet to be honest, not having to worry about the way things could get influenced.

When anyone finds out the date for the administration to be declared let us poor souls know will you?

Brian, no not missing them, just fearful that the job they have done has fooled many out of thousands. We both know SJ directors have no morals or ethics, but if we could proof this was them then surely the Courts would have more to use to imprison them.

Shame gutless "tony" did not send you that solicitor threat, at least they would have had to discuss name and address of claimant.

Vic

We are in this mess together, just because you clicked on a new membership Forum doesnt mean you were wrong in the slightest.  At the back of most people's mind was a 'hope' of a resolution, be it house, exchange or refund.  Doesnt matter a jot.  We are in this together as a group of purchasers.  Each and everyone of us has a valid contribution of information.  Im not ashamed to admit, I need you guys, arguments and all!  We are the only ones we've got without paying for shared insights and information.

Sal  lets keep up the dialogue...

It would be very easy to find out where and what BRian and Tony do by looking at the NHS directory which lists all NHS employees. Think I will take a peek and find out just how senior they are!

Have they said anywhere that they have a senior post?
I just thought they were nurses.
Surely, senior staff in the NHS have to have common sense?

To Vic ,I have no gripe with SARC members at all it was your right to keep your options open and no one can blame you for that.Anger is directed at the untruths the leaders insisted were fact .
In answer to a previous question ,no not one SARC member contacted me and I am unsure where Vic gets his  39 from as far as I am aware this was only ever stated by the leaders no one else knows for sure.
I have to admit I'm gob smacked that SARC members have not heard anything at all from Brian and Tony . I do hope nothing personal has prevented them from posting bereavement ,illness etc .If this is the case I could understand if this is not the case members and the rest of the forum members can only think the worse .Perhaps the whole NHS thing  was a cover.
I wonder why Linda Needham has had nothing to say on their sudden disappearance she is one of the few to have met them in person .She may be able to put an end to the speculation .Perhaps Tony and Brian have had enough and just simply don't want to speak to us anymore .Who knows. JA
FIN everyone in the NHS thinks they are senior and irreplaceable believe me I work there.

Hi JA,  I can confirm what Vic has said regarding  SARC membership. There are about 39 maybe a little more, we know this from the names on the e-mails we have received from Tony and Brian. Can I say that I and Im sure most people joined  to try and protect our deposit. We are all in unknown territory and I for one have done everything to try to protect my money , even trying the transfer route. We do not receive any additional information, we receive the same information that is posted on this and the SARC site, only difference is that we receive it a day or so early. As Sally says we are all in the same boat and we do have to stick together, we have been let down badly by SJ and the Spanish legal system. We have no faith left , we only have hope that we may see our money sometime in the future. I for one will go down fighting trying to get my money back! Cheers Joanniemac

Hi

I was on the e mail list for sarc, i was counted in the e mail membership.

I questioned the membership but never got an answer, one of the features of sarc was that any question you asked was met with either another question or some deflection and nonsense statement that you were being negative.

I would say people joined sarc because they were hedging bets and wanted to belong to something that may offer hope, a bit like critical care at NHS perhaps!!!

This next bit is controvertial...so please forgive me.   I had someone from sarc have a go at me, he said he only had one arm and he needed to believe the site was going to be built, so leave him alone...so i did.

It got me thinking though, that with critical care in NHS, people are in a some difficulty, they get medical retirements from work, they have lump sums to invest from their ill health pensions and early retirement.

San Jose pay up to 1000 euros for introductions to deposits for properties.   There may be a common denominator here......i thought....then if the company looked like going belly up....the two individuals who had maybe introduced a few buyers, felt duty bound to do what they can to make sure they get their investments .......otherwise it may be a bit draughty for them...

Do you know what i mean?......i thought this a couple of months ago and mentioned it to some forum contributors....as a reason to be carefull

Brian

Briando just goes to show people have joined SARC for all sorts of reasons, but did not believe everything they said.I think people were just grasping at straws , hedging their bets hoping for any outcome that did not include getting zero back .  Who can blame anyone for that.
I never joined because I knew long ago SJ were finished .
Lets just hope no one listened only to SARC and have good proactive, bolshy  legal advice  ,that's what we all need right now a lawyer with some bollocks who will not just lay down to the system. Good luck all  JA

Briando55,
I think your last comment regarding a certain two individuals is more than a little below the belt, i for one read all the posts on this forum some i agree with some i dont, certain comments annoy me more than others, for some reason i get the impression some  have to make it personal like they feel they  have more to lose than anyone else.... I can assure you you dont!!!!
You are probably a fairly intelligent bloke (patronizing maybe) but what gives you and others the right to question other peoples integrity!!!
Has anyone else other than Tony,Brian or Linda gone out to spain off their own back with your own hard earned cash and tried to meet anyone from SJ/HDT and ask where is our money?
Its easy for the likes to join in forums, be self opinionated, make accusations, humiliate others and try and make scapegoats of individuals who have only tried to realise their dream, yes i do want my houses that was the whole reason why i paid my initial deposit in the first place and if i cant have them then yes i want my money back.
I know for sure that there are no hidden agendas as far as Tony & Brian are concerned, they only wanted the same outcome originally and i state originally meaning when we first purchased as we all did, they may have since  been gullible who knows but the way they have been portrayed by many is extremely harsh to say the least,  purchasers need to understand that the administrators and then the judge will have the final say not me,you Tony or Brian, so lets get some reality back and lay off peoples back, there are many intelligent people out there yourself,JA,FIN,Alamred, Sal(martin brothers) to name but a few who contribute regular to this forum, all your opinions & views when constructive make excellent reading we are all in the same boat its SJ/HDT who our anger should be vented towards....

Hi All,  Has anyone got any good ideas for a new Thread now where we can seriously begin to share information gathered from each other and our Lawyers?  I Would Have Loved MY House perhaps?

It would be wonderful to have the contribution back from anyone who felt for their own personal reasons they they didnt wish to share their views prior to the last few days.  This could easily now be a new beginning on this Forum for ALL of us again.  I went through a short patch back in  July after the first SARC report was eventually published when I pulled many of the statements made apart,  or at the very least wanted additional information to back it up.  Suddenly this little flame flickered if that Report was true.  I certainly wasnt immune.  I didnt believe it after questioning much of its content and my given history with SJ (and seeking advise from my Lawyer)and pretty much got shot down for doubting. I  used some of its content and claims to ask very pointed questions with Legal, for the other side of the coin  this Forum provided me more than its equal in counter claims of  financial feaibility, viability and probability of SADM via Briando, JA and many others who have backgrounds and views that kept me well balanced.

We are not all high flyers in given trades, but we are all in one hell of a mess. . sometimes a small query, question from individuals can spark a good reason for us to seek answers.. And hopefully now everyone who kept away will contribute again.

Anyway, Im off the Cardiff this morning to face another fact.. my  big bro turned 50 and Im not far behind him!!!!    Ps... ladies of the forum.. apparently theirs a new Serum out made from Snakes Poison claimed to be excellent for wrinkles... Im going to get me some and call it 'Words' by San Jose...only 98000 per tub!

Take care each

Sal

I do hope you are right Sal

I Have got my House would be my choice

I have some good news but only for me and the Laird we completed the purchase of a house no not at SADM but at ADM ( Aldea del Monte) weird eh. En San Miguel de Salinas, I can't really afford it without the money returned so instead of a "comfortable" retirement I now have a mortgage for the 65000 euros which SJ owe me.
So they have in a way dashed our monetary dreams. In reality we have what we want and it is not built by SJ

A Big thank You SJ however I do have possesion of one of their assets, although they rent these apartements off at 40 euros a night I will let anyone who wants the place have it for 10, must make my mortgage payments somehow SJ owe me that eh.

So IWMMB ASAP but don't hold my breath, we decided when all this started we would not let SJ ruin our dream of owning a home in Spain and that Jumilla probably wasn't the place for us to retire to as we felt it would be a ghost town for the 1st few years. The home we now have is "perfickt "for us as pop larkin would have said.
I do still own 1/2 a property at SADM too and the footings are in place may go there for holidays with my tent !!!!!!!
So just send me a message and the place is yours

I hate to be a party pooper but the time for sharing sound legal advice is passed. the time for registering proactive challenges to the creditors system has passed and if you have not done anything you have now missed the boat. There were enough people who said it enough times in the last few months but many who decided on the lets wait and see approach. To challenge the system this needed to have been done already it was not enough to simply register as a creditor. ....sorry to be a party pooper and I do hope people didnt take stock of brian and Tony and just wait and see. That would have been sjoses intentions as they would have been very aware of the laws etc from their own legal advisors. as per the norm their whole discussions with Tony and Brian have been little more than a diversion to keep people waiting and not taking affirmative action.

Nothing personal but you have summed up exactly in my opinion the problems i and others have with iwmh gang. You claim in your post that you know for sure there are no hidden agendas. Not that you think that or that is your opinion but you know for sure.HOW do you know. I and many others have voiced concerns for a long time, well before iwmh surfaced and was attacked fairly aggresivley by many for being negative and was POSITIVELY assured by many that everything would be ok. Many of these voices are now noted by there absence. If you want to bury your head in the sand or want to put a positive spin on events then go ahead post your opinions but if you post comments which you claim are facts then you must be able to back them up with evidence and accept the scrutiny that will follow.Once again nothing personal just my humble opinion of why iwmh are given such a hard time.
Ken.
