Hi Tony.
I said that you have managed to misrepresent me by making false or ambigous statements about the outcome of the administration in the press.
Now you think you may just be in Herrada del Tollo and not San Jose......but your letter to the editor and published in the press starts off with:
Dear Editor,
I write to you regarding the Administration of San Jose and to let you know that not all purchasers have the return of their money as their aim. I have purchased off plan on Santa Ana del Monte a Rosita that I have paid a large deposit on and I would prefer to continue with the purchase of my property.
So.....are you now saying you may have mis represented everyone at San Jose, and yourself and your group as well? all before the end of the first sentence in one letter to the press.
And the letters you are getting ready for your action group, with the steering group and the scrutiny commitee, are these accurate, or will they change after they have been sent out? Or might they do any damage to other people?
I think, before i took all the abuse, i was asking you to be careful what you say in the press because i thought it was clear you might say anything to further your cause and not get too bogged down with things like facts..
I think i was justified in saying what i said.

I do believe that this was a personal letter that he sent to the paper and at no time did he state that he was representing anyone other than himself and esspecially not you. He said " I write to you regarding the Administration of San Jose and to let you know that not all purchasers have the return of their money as their aim."
Others still wanted their house at SADM. and if only one other person wants their house then hat is certanly not erveryone wanting their money back as a first choise.
So please do your homework as I have asked you to do before misrepsenting any one's statement which you kindley reprinted for all to see .Thanks

To All,
those who have joined the I WANT MY HOUSE campainge and any other purchasers who wish to join this campainge and become members of SARC please email privatley to Tonymal or myself and with plot number and type of property and we will include you in the mailing of a set of standard letters which we have finished drafting along with a campaine LOGO letter head. Be for we send out final letters in a PDF format will obviously send the drafts for your approval.
We are sorry for delay but we need to get it right before sending them out so that the letters will be able to be used by all members no matter what the type of House they have.
We will continue with trying to get the project finished and our houses.

To be honest brianmags i dont give a stuff who he was representing and i wouldnt want him or you to represent me in a tiddlywinks contest. If it was just a letter for his own benefit then it begs the question why stick it on here like a flag to wave.
The Stalin and Goebels comments were enough to turn me off, you sounded like a bad episode of dads army, where do you get off calling people fascists.....should be ashamed of yourself.
The guy who was banging on about a slice short of a loaf and not a full shilling must be wondering how your ever going to get a picnic together.
Mister Mainwaring is so short of a euro he needs his own exchange rate. I thought he had lost the plot when he said that Spain had no water problems because he had stood in the rain at Jumila or somewhere close, numpty.
Having said that, all i want is that you dont mis represent my interests in public. Thats all i was asking and thats all i wanted you to do, It looks like that happened though eh.
Just be careful thats all, last thing i need at the minute is a campaign getting stuff wrong or telling lies to feather their own nest......things are bad enough.

I Sincerly hope you do get your money or even your property if thats what you are realy after but I and others still want those houses we choose, and for the reasons that we choose there in the first place.
As your last statement said you are all about yourself and sod everyone else Things arn't as black as you would like everyone to believe but then it is very early in the process and yes it might go belly up but I do believe that we will get our houses. But I would rather work with more people than just shouting in that dark on my own.

I want to close the book on this chapter as well.
You are as opinionated now as you were yesterday, where do you and captain mainwaring get the authority to call people idiots or self serving. You just say things off the cuff to make yourselves feel better or perhaps more important or something.
You say im on my own........Im not on my own, what on earth are you on about.
There are loads of people in the same boat as me, The captain said the other day that you were now about 1 in 20 wanting the house campaign.....well, surprise surprise as it may be thats only 5%
Not a team player...dont make me laff.....im not a sheep and i play in the team i prefer to play in.

OK Briando my last bit as well
Just to let you know we are now over 2/20 thats10% and that in 24 hrs not bad for the campainge and it will grow as people prefer to work with positve attitudes as opposed to negative.
As I said you deserve to get your money back or your house you have paid just liked the rest of us.
We are talking about Santa Ana Del Monte as a group who have purchased there. I am realy sorry that you have bought on another developement but what we do just might benfit you and certainly won't disadvantage you in anyway as we are concerned with SADM and thats life Brian
If you want to fiht someone fight the developer , the banks, your solicitor but don't foght with people who have done nothing wrong except by a property at SADM and not Albatera

I cant help but be carefull I have a lot to loose as well and if we can help you the offer is still there I just feel that it is to early to give up the ghost on our house and dream and feel that we may just be what is needed to get the developement built

Dear Tony, Brian & Margaret,
In regards to your previous e-mails, here some further information:
The actual creditors list is a kind of “proof” creditors list and once the last publication of the voluntary administration has been published the buyers concerned and they respective lawyers have one month to present to the court a formal letter and further documentation in order for the re-obtaining of the payments made.
However, the developer is organizing the financial aspects in order to be able to proceed and complete with the building of the properties, but the completion date will be delayed.
It has been confirmed that the initial steps are the same for clients that wish to receive their payments back and clients that prefer to complete on their property, as first you would need to be on the final creditors list in order that the developer recognizes his debt owed to you.
As soon as I have further information I will be informing you.

I could be way off here but if one site goes ahead, in some form, doesnt that help the rest on other developments to get there money back by putting money in the coffers.

i believe that you are correct. Regarding AG2's comments i will be making some 'phone calls to Spain tomorrow and i will post any info that I get hold of. Things have changed so much in 2 weeks and i believe that it is due to us all not rushing into a course of action that solicitors expected us to do. We have surprised them!

It would also increase the value of the site as an asset and give confidence to a bank to support the builder as well.
The solution for the company building el pinet seems more towards building to completion than realising assets? Is that the sense coming from the split administration then do you think?
Anyone know exactly how many sites San Jose have?

We posted a week ago that if those of us went ahead and purchased on almost/or completed developments like Playa etc to have something for our money Now we would be helping people who wanted to wait a few more years for Jumilia (should they still thinks its viable - which we sincerely hope it is). I cant help but add my comment was slapped down as negative by some!
We shall (along with many others ) be pushing ahead to put 'coffers' in the pot. We have negotiated a reserve (as well as) Playa on Jumilia at our original price. This was also part of our deal so we may well see you all at Jumilia in a few years which would be lovely.
Good to read some informative information rather than read 'bickering' thanks for the positive infoTony! Wishing you support in your endeavours!

This might be positive, might not but i'll say it all the same.
San Jose we hear are in contractual discussions (through the Administrators obviously) to sell the planned hotel scheduled for El Pinet to a private hotel chain. These discussions are quite advanced and it should release approx €12M into the coffers which is enough to continue the build on El Pinet and also seriously start Santa Ana. Licences are no longer the issue, in fact it was the finalisation of the licences that started all this off, so if the deal is closed expiditiously, you (we)all may get your homes. that will also encourage the Courts & banks to start playing ball.
If the same group were to buy the hotel at Santa Ana (pure speculation), the site could be well underway before the end of 6mth Admin period.
