I can prove the world is round......and i can say it as well...........i can also rub my tummy and pat my head...........i can do lots of things.

Maybe when i say things to your good self i am just proving them to myself.....because you just hear what you want to....like the way you said i was talking materialistic when i was talking about modern elements replaced in buildings....and i pointed out these are to give comfort to people and are advances in technology...........or the way i said there was no danger of terrorism being linked to council housing or the benefits system, through my long and deep experience, but you on the other hand had old no hands the bomber as your ace up the sleeveless................or the way i pointed out the legislation dosnt support men on the homeless housing register, when you said it did.

Or maybe Bob..........the way you tell me that the old UK is falling into the abyss while Spain is still good for the old values...........while my own personal experience has many examples of crime being put on me in Spain, when none in the UK has bothered me................Here in Yorkshire  i have never been burgled Bob.....never been mugged.....never had terrorists round my house.......i am able to leave my doors open and unlocked.............i know who my neighbours are................my family eat together............anything else you want to say we dont do anymore?

Or maybe Bob......the way you told me i was missing out information about Spains housing laws being archaic and i filled the blanks in for you, and showed through local reports and personal experience how the system was taking money through false pretences and representation.  The housing laws in Spain have cost me more than any single event here in the UK in my lifetime.

All these things were put on my posts Bob................and your very well thought out answer...the great repost you put back to me......the intelectual milestone i was waiting for was...............................

I have just logged on and read your thread asking what we all thought of the report. I checked SARC website and cannot find it!!  Have i overlooked it? If so, please could you point me in the right direction.

Im interested in what people think of it as well, the sensible advice would appear to be to place yourself in line for special creditor status.

There looks to be as many people already taking that action as there is for example, in the SARC committed membership, so it is interesting  now the facts are out there in the public domain.  In fact now the facts are there for all to see people such as Tony have their wish, that all people can make a reasoned judgement...............so whats the judgement?

The company assets include the amount of money for houses as though they were all paid for, the Santa Anna development looks to have shrunk to a very small site now...Has it?  or is it my imagination

It would seem you are right Brian SADM is not looking very likely and even if a very big if is not going to be anywhere near the same size or facilities.I also forsee re pricing at current buid costs .I like you think the first line credit route is now best chance.

jillyg not a SARC report we are discussing but the administraters report to the court .Now available from all good lawyers.Along with a new plan for SADM ie which phases are definately not going ahead  people will be expected to move to the phases that may go ahead if finance is ever secured .Which still looks unlikely .JA

 our lawyer has been ill all week and in bed with the flu. back on monday. if you have seen the report can you send a copy or post it to the admins on either forum. they could then circulate a copy to everyone

I have a copy of the Informe from Martin.  Whilst I can read much of it and translate, I feel this is a really important document and needs to be understood in its entirety and not just selective paragraphs.  Therefore,  I am going tomorrow morning to an independant  Notarios office and will ask if I can pay to have it translated into English.  As it is 82 Pages I do no think this is going to be available quickly but will inform all when I have it available in English, in PDF format.

I notice that the drivel continues. Yes the inform has now come out and yes I have a copy, however, it is all in Spanish. We are endeavouring to get an independant translation done as soon as possible and psot it on the SARC website for all purchasers to access. From my limited Spanish it did not appear to be negative regarding SADM but we want to have a fully translated document available upon which to make judgements. We wish to avoid misinterpretation or understanding caused by cherry picking or taking an itme out of context.

I believe that this is when we as purchasers have the ability to influence the outcome of our development and secure our deposits by supporting the project and continuing with our purchase when asked.

The latest SARC report is also on the SARC website and available for all to read.

Now into the real talking points.........If you have a reasonable solicitor you will have some advice already about the balance sheet and the options.  Given that you have a reasonable solicitor and you can enter into a reasonable debate.............what are your thoughts about the state of the company HdT in the current climate?

do you think its viable to carry on with a build or do you think its better to try and get your investment back................its even more simple to decide now than its been all year.

Tony I say once again I do not have to wait for your or Linda's  translation .Things are not  good ! I do not need a translation  to tell me this .I read Spanish  very well , I await your translation  Thank you . JA

I would ask all to be very carefull about the content of any SARC translation of the report.Have it translated yourself .Sarc have a mad agenda which will only benefit HdT and not purchasers  .God help anyone foolish enough to give HdT another chance including any one mad enough to finance them.The report clearly shows there is no one willing to finance .I don,t know why Tony lies on behalf of HdT people must make their own minds up as to his motives .Tony should be very careful insulting lawyers as he does on here it would do him better to see HdT for the scoundrels they are .Tony you are truly beyond help and deserve what you will get Nada nada nada. just a quick posting to point out:

SARC's agenda is firstly to enable purchasers to get their properties and hence protect their deposits.(please get advice from a charterd accountant on the probability of outcomes from liquidation etc). Secondly to enable the few that need to get their deposit back to be able to do so from the money raised by the purchase of properties by those who want them.

Most importantly of all SARC wishes to get information and make it available for all purchasers to see, to enable them to make informed decisions about their purchases and deposits.  It is unfortunate that there are those who rather than wishing for purchasers to work together constructively to get a positive outcome they feel the need to try to attack all who are positive and try to stop SADM going ahead. Very sad and definately not in the interest of the majority of purchasers, especially as more purchasers keep joining SARC and the  I WANT MY HOUSE  campaign.

As for the report it will be translated asap and then made available for all to read and it is then that we shall all be able to think about what people have been posting and the probability of SADM going ahead. Unitl then posting is not of much value.

AS  FOR ME WELL I AM SURE THAT YOU ALL KNOW........I WANT MY HOUSE AND FOR YOU ALL TO BE ABLE TO HAVE YOURS TOO!

Hi All especially JA.

                             I have to say this that No reports ever posted on the SARC website have ever been adjusted or altered to any particular slant what we have done is posted reports with out comments attached. I do take umbridge with JA comments infering that we would alter a leagal document to suit one camp or another. 

                   Let me state here and now that an 81 page legal document takes time to translate accurately and as we said this would be done by an indipendant translator. we may add our comments seperately and it is for everyone to make their own decision on what action they then take.

As for the time it has and still taking for refinacing the company and administrators must take the time to make sure that their decision is best for all concerned.  

we all must be a bit patient as with Christmas only 9 days away we might not be able to get it complete before new year whishing everyone a happy Christmas and seasons greetings and a better New Year
