Resorting to name calling does not achieve anything and I for one am very tired of the lack of substance in the negative remarks that are made by some.   I have better things to focus on than throw insults about, we have our money and homes to protect. That is what I  and SARC are concerend with.

We met with Almudena last Thursday & had a long meeting. I also went up to SADM, met with my solicitor & went to el Pinet.

We will write up the meeting report ASAP.  I believe that it was positive.

I really cant believe that you are even considering the worth of anything that she says whatsoever. Surely after everything you have heard from others you realise that there is absolutely no way that you could trust this company at all ever.

Those of us with a BG do want the case resolving so we can claim our money. To me however it is irrelevant whether the answer is for it to go ahead or not. All I need is a decision so that the resolution can be processed. you therefore entirely misunderstand if you think that anyone with a BG wants santa Ana to fail just to get their money back.

I would be very happy for people to get a house and all live happily ever after. there is a point however Tony when you have to realise that good does not always triumph over evil and that, no matter how anticipated or wished for , a fair result does not always prevail.

The directors of san jose have cheated everyone; their shareholders, their employees their customers and even other companies which they sat on boards for. It is anticipated that there will be jail sentences following this investigation Tony. That is how serious and devious they have been. One element of the fraud suggests that Jumilla was never going to exist but was an elaborate design to over inflate the cost of the land on their asset register to continue to transfer of funds between account (personal and business) This has been well discussed between solicitors and is reported n the Spanish press many times over.

This case, civil criminal and mercantile will ensdure for probably years and there will be no Jumilla

I have posted links to some  of the newspaper articles on a new thread not that Tony will believe it . It looks like as most of us have known for a long time that they are all crooks and will end up in jail even Tony's trusted friend Almu .If Tony etc continue with their nonsense any longer they are truly delusional  as we have thought all along .Trusting silly fools !  Who will come back down to earth with a very big bang  MM

She is still at it and has contacted at least 3 people very sheepishly and underhand,over the past week to try to drum up some business ,I bet Tony you were shown the same property as I was last week

Not sure Tony is wise to be having meetings with someone who is under investigation for allegations of criminal and mercantile wrong doing  and could be facing  jail .

Sorry to be pedantic, but Jumilla exists!  It is a Spanish city with around 25,000 inhabitants, where John and I will be living in our new piso, on the outskirts of Jumilla.  Jumilla Golf may not exist - is that what you meant?!

 yes sue that is what I meant. I have been to Jumilla many times and know that that exists. reports would indicate that there was never any intention to build on Jumilla golf and that it was based on san jose being able to up the value of the land substantially on their assets  and then withdraw the cash against it to use elsewhere. Jumilla was a mirage to stop the rest of their business going under, I understand the references to white elephant now. This has been well discussed amongst lawyers and openly reported in shareholders meeting and the press.

Yes Joannie this is sad but true I heard the White Elephant  theory from an ex SJ employee months ago .I think I shared it on here but the usual suspects shot me down for daring to suggest all was not as it seemed with SADM . I also thought it was funny that when pushing for  a swap from El Pinet because of the delay  and  asking what developments I could look at  I was told not to bother with SADM as it would be a waste of my time .In fact the creation of HdT was also a ploy to save the rest of SJ and to transfer debt and up land valuations to make it look good in financial reports .That is why they tried to put HdT into admin on it's own and were livid when the judge pulled SJ inversiones in as well .The whole thing  was deliberate, fraudulent and stupid and will now  ultimately bring down the whole group while other more honest developers will probably trade on  through the bad times  and survive the crunch.Tony may blame the crunch etc I blame the foolish and greedy tactics of  SJ 100% .

The story telling and conjecture made by the some is quite extrodinary.  Why are some  so afraid of waiting for the meetings report that they have to whaffle away  in a manner that reads like a bad B movie script and even push the mention of the coming report well down the page?

What an amazingly silly remark to make, we are supposed to believe that going through the process of getting the licences for  foundations and then  building them, landscaping the golf course, meeting with the Jumilla Mayor, commencing the gate houses, the avenues at the entrance of SADM and arranging BG's ( even though only 10 -20 % of purchasers got them)  indicates that they had no intention to build! I am sorry but it is blatantly obvious that they had every intention to build & infact still do have that intention and the fact that some think that you can fool purchasers with such bad analytical judgement really shows why we should all ignore the daft rumours and remarks that are made by the same usual suspects.
