I am soooooo fed up with all of this. I have some really important news from Spain  this evening but what is the point in posting or trying to discuss it ,when it will be interrupted at every stage by old war/soldier jokes . This happens because of  the deliberate and precise  instructions of Tony who is trying to detract from what purchasers should be discussing . I am disgusted with this and no longer wish to share anything here .I  can no longer be bothered with the cr-p on this site .Thanks  for that Twiget ,Tony  et al . The truth will now be lost in the mist !!!!!  JA

Unless the important news is that yesterday 700 workmen turned up at SADM, with shovels, diggers, etc.,  OR  there are approximately 1700 cheques in the post to clients, then i would not bother POSTING anyway.

Please let us know what you have heard from Spain. There is alot of us that really would appreciate hearing some news, whether good or bad. JA, keep posting your threads as i always read them.

Have not heard anything from my solicitor lately, so am still in the dark.

I am not suprised that the positive posting have been puchased down by a load of drivell.  Why are you ignoring the 2 very important postings made by Georgia and Maria?

Is it because they indicate very stongly that SADM will go ahead?  As you have all so kindly pushed them of the page I have brought them back up for all of those who read but do not post to be able to read them.   It is time for every one to realise that for those of us with out BGs the best outcome for us all is for SADM to go ahead. Forget the pain, the irritation and heartache, we all have far too much to loose if it does not go ahead and it is looking very likely that it will.

He is under the impression the the development will go ahead on the information he has. He told me that the administrator are in the process of finding backers to complete the project,apparently the project is being offered around at a considerably reduced price. He mentioned that all parties involved in the project,i.e. the Ayuntamiento,Mayor,locals are very keen for the urbanisation to continue and prosper. I found this quite encouraging,i hope the mechanics of the project can be completed although maybe in this climate they will have to curb the plans slightly for the original 12,000 homes. Because i have said this you will think it negative......but because Maria said it you will think it positive...............it is something said to balance the posting before it Tony.

The posting by Georgia is just a conversation with a bank director....who calls the san jose problem......a fiasco.  Then makes a comment based on the information he has........(whats that information and how is it different from the information anyone else has?)

700 infact should have been 500, that was the amount of workers that san/jose were waiting to start work on SADM about a year ago, so they said.

1700 cheques would be the deposits returned to the APPROXIMATELY 1700 buyers at SADM.

If Julie's very important information did not include either of the above, i said, DONT BOTHER POSTING.

A helpfull comment for you regarding the inform (report) it goes into the Court this friday and not in 3 months time (the reason for the delay  will be in the next SARC report). After the inform has been lodged with the court it will become available to the public( check with your solicitor). The Judge has a period of time to make his decison and he could make it more rapidly or slowly depending upon the content. The reason a solicitor has adviced waiting for the report is to enable an informed decision to be made on matters of substance rather than rumour or myth. I believe that this is an example of good professional practise.

The report may give information that has significant impact upon decsions or attitudes that  may have been formed based on misunderstandings or preconcieved prejudices. When the report is out and available, that is a time for taking in the information, removed from spin and external influences and carefully considering your position and the best way forward for you. It may be that you wish to stay with your current purchase, down size, up size, move plot, negotiate discounts or possibly for some, a way to recoup the money out laid. This will all depend on each purchasers individual circumstances and what is in the report, Hence waiting for it.

You clowns people in SARC certainly need to see the light, believe the facts and not listen to spin. Regarding the best way forward, for many, it is already too late, for reasons given by the likes of JA.
