JA yes, it surprising the angles many have come from to attempt to secure some if not all of their money. It is no wonder that the banks are waiting for the storm (and not the financial crisis). It is a shame that some have been detracted whilst other have been active. This message was last edited by FriendinNeed on 10/4/2008.

Hi 4749Anjo,
many thansk for the tip, I am sure that those who got flooded near Jumilla etc will be pleased to here that, it could mean that they have a market for the bottled water that a neighbouring town is thinking of seting up.
As for JA and the nasty crew I think you will find the SARC meeting report about to come out very interesting. I particularly enjoyed your documented replies JA on this thread.
All th best

Of course good old Almu is going to protect Daddy's position. What makes you think this will be the truth is it their past record you are going on or has Almu taken a truth drug.

No FIN but I did see loads of worms squirming around and slimy creatures crawling back under their stones reminded me of the SARC leaders when the final decision comes in from the judge or is it now Almu who will decide the fate of SJ/HdT

Julie do you remmeber that american comedy - Cheers. here is San jose version:-
All Almu knows how to do is go to lunch with clients deposits. She has been doing that for 6 years since I met her.
Once she has got into office at 11am, and settled down with her fags and coffee, it is 2pm, she then goes to lunch and comes back at 6pm.
She is too pissed to drive so has to get a taxi, which she takes out of deposit account
Before she gets Yoanna (so called legal department) to ring her a taxi she emails Tony and updates him with her busy day. Still reading emails sent to her in 2004 saying san jose are lovely builder. Yoanne then drives her car to the nightclass for "bent legal officialdom and how to lie to homebuyers - year 4" and then drives car to almu's home, so the cycle can start again in morning.
In the meantime daddy has forged the signature on the bank account and taken out some more money from the account they did not disclose to the adminstrators.
Yoanne's letter on the desk of Almu awaiting signature - a beautifully crafted forged document outling purchase of land in 2003 in Jumilla, still waiting Almu's signature which she will do tomorrow because she is too pissed from the lunch that all the buyers paid for.
Tony then goes back on here and sends out Almu's garbage until another day starts.
Once she has got into office next day at 11am, and settled down with her fags and coffee, it is 2pm, she then goes to lunch and comes back at 6pm.

I have never met Almudena, so cannot comment on the accuracy of alamred's post, however I have met Linda and David and respect their judgement. I am sure that, if everything you stated was true, they would not be going to meetings with her and would not be listening to what she has to say. Also, is it appropriate to post such defamatory comments on a public forum without providing any proof?
Cheers.

Sue I have met with Almu many times and she has told me things that I now know were lies she is the daughter of the president of the group .As for the comments Tony is accusing me of all sorts of things that are not true . Am I not allowed to comment back and defend myself. As for Linda and David they will report back exactly what Almu says with honesty and accuracy I do not doubt that but should not the meeting have been with the Admin or Judge as Almu is not in charge at SJ anymore .If Tony and his campaign is so important why is the meeting with someone no purchaser in their right mind would trust anymore . I really am getting sick of this whole affair it stinks of corruption .Tony can threaten to sue me all he wants the rest of us should sue him he is in this mess up to his arm pits .I am sorry if members are fed up with the nasty comments but wake up and smell the roses`Tony gives as good as he gets with his stupid speculation of everyone else's morals , scruples , motivation and personal situation ,perhaps it is time he was honest about his own involvement .

Hi Julie Anne
Of course you have the right to defend yourself, and if Tony posts things about you that are not true, you should certainly be able to come back to deny them (and vice versa). You have my 100% support for being able to defend yourself. After all, when you accused me of insulting you, I came straight back to say that was not the case. We should all agree to disagree at times!
My point was that alamred's comments about Almu were outrageous, though I admit that I have never met her, so cannot confirm whether they are true or not. Even if they are true, should they be posted on here? I have also felt that personal attacks on other forum members have been over the top at times, and have posted on the forum to that effect.
If I was clever enough with IT, I would now insert a figure waving a white flag, but instead, can I call for a truce please?
Sue

Sue I wish we could have a truce but until Tony stops working against the interests of all purchasers I am afraid that it will not happen .I respect your opinion and value your comments however there are things we can all do to make this situation more hopeful Tony ignores and detracts from this and is dangerous to all of us .He is in the builders camp make no mistake .

Hi JA
Just a quick upate neither Tony or I are in the so called builders camp. We like you put some money down on a property the difference is we don't have a BG to fall back on like you have If the developer goes into liquidation.
So don't try and shoot me for trying to get something out of this mess, my best outcome and maybe all those others that joined SARC would be refinance and a property the other option is very little back of our money where as those with BG's would get it from the BANKS in that event.

JA. We for one cannot risk going down that litigation route as we do not have the money to throw at it or the time. My husband already lost his pension in the last financial crisis together with an endowment mortgage on his house (more no brainers by 'financial experts'). We are approaching retirement fast (I only have a few months to go)and its possible that that is an issue for many purchasers. The time factor and the money that lawyers will require with no guaranteed outcome. In our case our deposit was not as huge as some and I can write it off, (not without a lump in the throat or with ease) but for many they are stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea.

Well JA - its funny how everyone tells lies but you and anyone who doesn't subscribe to your views is in SJ's pocket. Boy am I glad I relinquished my interest in Jumilla a while back. Like most decent people on this forum, I respect whatever people want out of this mess, whether that is a house or money back and I think you should too.
One thing is sure - if you don't get your money back you won't starve. You can just nibble on that huge chip on your shoulder.
Oh, and don't bother posting a response - I won't read it !!!
