Hi FIN
As we are living in Spain, and today is a festivo nacional, we won't be able to find out any information. Would you mind posting it on the forum so that we can make up our own minds about it? Is this information you received today or last week? We can't get in touch with our agent or solicitor at the moment, as explained above, and we are anxious to know what is happening.

There is relevant information that should be available by the end of today.
Post it on the forum, you must be joking, just for facts to be shot down again.
Hound and hassle your legal advisors.
Some will appreciate that like with financial or Government announcements, often the days when information is made available are days when Joe public would not expect. Many companies make announcements around midnight on Friday for example, when little can be done by anyone on a weekend.
UK Government were masters. Wait for a major issue and slip something in unnoticed.
Alternatively, you could keep an eye on the SARC website, althought may no longer be news the time they get it published.

Fin, you dont seek credability factor , but without who is going to beleive or trust anything you say? and why not share information as asked by suemac? is there any really? or just trying to be a nuisance? as i say without credability who will believe you? but you will now come back with all the usual stuff like i dont care and if people want to waste there money ect ect repeating yourself over and over .

But don't you realise that what people think of me on here or anywhere else doesn't worry or bother me?
Why should it. I know what I have, what I can achieve and those that know me are happy with me as a person.
Don't have to prove myself to anyone except myself.
Why not share the information, well, I assume you have read the response I posted, so that should answer your question.
Regards repeating myself and to repeat myself again, even a monkey will learn if you repeat, repeat, repeat.
There are many who may not trust what I post, there again, there are some who wouldn't trust what I say, just because they don't understand, or are in denial. Nobody enjoys losing money let alone admitting to it.

FIN i think you are so preditable, and you do talk a good talk but really say nothing. So why go on here and want to help people but in reality you cant and wont, so really all it is hot air with no credability but hey you dont care anyway. You keep on about monkeys i think you are being insulting to everyone on here with that remark , and not the 1st time that you have used it.

OK, you feel I can't and won't people. There are some who do not wish to be helped and I will pass your beliefs on to those who have sent me PMs today. Obviously they lack intelligence to believe one who just talks "hot air with no credability".
Do I care or not, not for those whose brain power doesn't seem to have progressed since the day they were born.
The others, yes I do care, which is why I have forwarded to them information which is considered to be of help.
If it is considered insulting (the monkey remark), not a problem, perhaps some who suffer tunnel vision will take notice some time before it is too late, although that time may have already past.
Why would everyone on here consider my monkey reference an insult. Do you realise that there are many, many sensible people who would either just laugh it of, agree or disagree.
Sorry I can't answer for all.

Fin all you come back with is clever/cocky answers that prove nothing. People choose to read whether it be a puppet or not . Some people enjoyed spitting images, thunderbirds etc.

I admit (although there are some that would not believe truth), that I too received such mails and as mentioned, they were binned, which is where the sick minded writers should be.
It is only someon who feels inferior that reads replies as clever/cocky, when not fully understanding the comment.
The puppets, yes, I can understand many would enjoy, especially those living in a fantasy world.

Some good answers from Maria on the general forum .hope we have all protected our investment correctly despite what SARC have been telling us.
Can anyone tell me what happens in the case of a developer going bankrupt regarding any chance of getting money back, when there is no bank guarantee? It is important to take into account if you have/ have not started a judicial action for contract cancellation. But in everycase, you need to bring a good legal defense ( for your credit being classified as privileged and special) before the Judicial Administrators and the Judge dealing with the company´s creditors meeting.
Is there anything one can do in the early stages to improve the chances of getting any form of financial benefit? Just to bring good legal defense on the special character of the credit to the communication of credits to the Administrators ( that is actually done in early stages of the creditor´s meeting procedure)

Fin another stupid meaningless reply who sounds like someone thats backed into a corner and has no real answers come on you can do better than that or is the pressure getting to you. Why not show proof? easy to say things harder to prove tho. what you keep saying to people on here isnt it.
