Tony I have a BGs for all properties and a court date to force the bank to pay me back on them. I have written the money off but my lawyer reckons banks have to pay eventually so I thought it was worth a try. SJ group having no money left has made no difference to my decision as anything I do get will be from the bank not from the builders.My situation is very complex if SJ were not in such a mess I would probably want my property on El Pinet but I wouldn't touch SADM with a barge pole now. HI JA,
Many thanks for your reply. I am please that in the security of your BG you find it comforting to try to stop any other purchaser having a chance of protecting their deposits. It must make you feel really clever coming on to IWMH and keep on slaging off people and pushing postings down. You should be ashamed of your self. I imagine that those who did not know that you had a BG and do now will now take your postings differently.
The onyl question I have is why should I WANT MY HOUSE be of any interst to you and the others with BGs?

Tony I have said on many occasions that I have BGs it was not a secret .Only person on here that should be ashamed is you for giving people false hope .What is of interest to me is people knowing the truth and not placing any trust in your mad schemes that will get them nothing but more dissapointment.There are ways of protecting your deposit without a BG but you wont listen because you want your house. Shame on you. Why do you spend so much time trying to deride purchasers trying to get a positive outcome when you are OK? Why spend the length of time you do deriding postings and people when it has no impact on you.? I do not think it is any thing to do with an altruistic nature as you have clearly not exhibited that. I fully appreciate where you are coming from, in that you have a safety net and your postings, based on your knowledge source is an attempt to help those who at present have no safety net and the clowns are taking the poles away befor they can put one up.

Tony you are not only stupid but naive as well People with BGs are far from OK do you not read the news and see the states banks are in .Were you never taught there is no such thing in life as a sure thing .You are being very silly. Nothing is for sure open your eyes we have all been turned over by a bunch of crooks and in crooked situations crooked things happen I am beginning to think you are really a ten year old school boy posing as an adult purchaser .Grow up Tony.

Do not be daft. You have a BG ,a legal document gauranteeing your money. Has the bank that issued it gone bust? I do not think so. So less of the catty remarks and answer the question, why do you attack IWMH and what are you up to?

Because I think you are off your head and are making the whole situation much worse for people and are taking the focus of the real issues .dividing people when we could get a better result together and that you have been duped into helping SJ/HdT in delaying the real action that people should have taken .In a word I think you are dangerous and have said so since the start of your silly little SARCO thing. I dont have a BG but the a thought just came whilst reading your post re banks paying out. Can the banks argue that although the contract has not been honoured this in not the fault of the company as the banks withdrew the credit line.

Linda has a point and that would make more sense rather than you wating your time on here deriding IWMH as i do not think you have an altruistic bone in your body. You are rude and post nothing that helps just postings that knock SADM. I can only assume that you do not want SADM to go ahead. Could that have some thing to do with your BG?

Not sure Linda I think anything could happen.According to my lawyer the circumstances do not matter and are irrelevant .The BG should be payed out regardless The reason for not completing does not matter and the simple fact that they could not give you your property is all that matters .Apparently the law is very clear cut and the banks are just stalling for time .But who knows` current world economic events are unprecedented I think anything could happen and I am not banking on anything .It is anyone's guess what the final outcome will be for those with BGs. or any of us for that matter .
Tony I will post when and where ever I like .You are stating your opinion only and I do not value it .Many people on here have thanked me for some of my information and my PM box is full of people asking for more info if I can give it .Your opinion is not the only one that matters on here and Iknow from many PMs that alot of people are sick to the back teth of your nonsense .

If you have a BG and your bank is there it should not be a problem unless there is an impedement that prevents it being actioned.
So what is the impediment? I am sure that your solicitor would know.

No Tony wrong again the banks don't give a stuff what happens to SADM all that matters is the date your property should have been completed .BGs can not be presented or claimed upon until this date has passed plus 3 months .Do you never listen I have posted this info before and you even thanked me for it .Perhaps you should get a super duper printer to go with your super duper new lap top then you could print out what you read it would save the rest of us repeating ourselves , a past time only you seem to enjoy. The bank is still there, you have your BG and so you should get your money back. Why do you honor us with your time and postings, even if they are just putting down SADM? Also as you know there is no money there why do you try to get people to go for their money despite that?

As I have said Tony there are other things people with or without a BG can do to get a better outcome for themselves if you had not spent so much time on a lost cause and did not have tunnel vision and were prepared to listen to anyone but yourself you would know this by now and would have done some thing that could have increased your chances of a good outcome . I am surprised your lawyer has not discussed all possible avenues with you or were you just not listening again. JA
