Yes Brian and Tony as I have said many times LOUISE CECILIA is Magic Meg and JA or Julie Anne .I can not help it if EOS wish to ban any one who tells it as it is . I make no apology for this and if you had been on the forum more often then you would know exactly who I am .So lets cut to the real issues .
Alan and Tracy you are quite right in everything you say . Brianmags suggestion to look again at the report on the SARC website makes no sense at all as it reads exactly the same as the version Blaggy has posted . Just another way to confuse the real issues .The report tells us nothing at all .
I like you am confused as the report makes no sense at all and the fact that neither Tony or Brian can clarify the points raised is worrying . These guys are quite clearly out of their depth ,and can and will be held legally accountable to me and anyone else who wishes to join me in a joint action when their advice is shown to be fundamentally flawed .I am at the moment suing every other bu ##er and their dog so why not add SARC to my list .
In answer to the very rude and persistent questioning of Tony and Brian as to my personal details (against forum rules )
I do have an interest and a substantial investment in two properties on SADM unfortunately not through choice but through circumstance . I have said this many times but am saying it again to get Tony and Brian off my back and on to the real issues . Which they obviously can not answer ?

You are up to your old dusty tricks & you do not surprise me.
Do you want your money back and if so how are you going to get it?
How are those without BG's who want their money back going to get it?
It is a shame that all you can do is throw insults and derrision but not give a realistic alternative for people to consider. I am sure other would welcome that and it would be quite refreshing.

So, if you believed what your master tells you, you wouldn't believe anyone in their right mind would be able to pick up a cheap project with licences already, as it would not be available. Another point, who would be prepared to fund it as the existing developers have failed to raise funding, despite havong taken you and your mate's money in advance

Why not ask SARC to start a poll on their website?
Can't be all of the time though, don't you realise or weren't you taught in school that each minute has 60 seconds, each hour has 60 minutes, each day has 24 hours, and on it goes.
That is all the time.
It would have to be over 50% for most of the time.
Ask SARC to explain statistics, ratios and percentages, as they will be aware from the time they were telling us of the growing percentage of purchasers they represented.
Assume you must be one and if not, why not?

Thanks for comment I have to just remind all those people with deposits and no Bg please read the proposal very carefully when you get it. remember you are not being asked if you want your property or you deposit at this stage that will be later
It is vital that you register you vote for or against via the noteries if the proposal is accepted then we all might get what we want either our house or our deposits back. if refused then we most likely will have to kiss it goodbye,
I can't emphasis enough how important this is to us all who have funds tied up in the developement and are without a BG

This is as I set out a long time ago, although some may not have been at time able to read.
Now, we need to know what the TRUE agenda of those who run SARC is, as my agenda is to protect the purchasers who have been caught in "the mess" (the term used by a SARC leader).
My agenda is to get people to think and try and rid the heartache they have experienced and I find it strage that SARC objects to that !!!!!

Hi All,
I notice that FIn has posted the same crass twaddle on this post as on another. He nor CL have yet told us what they actually want as an outcome form this mess nor how we get there. All we are getting is the frantic throwing around of insults, carpet bombing every thread trying to stiffle out communication & access to information.
Why do they not put up or shut up? What out come do they want for us all & how can it be achieved?
We are all going to be given the opportunity to decide the outcome of this mess but it would appear they do not want you to either have the information for nor opportunity to make your own minds up, as is your right and vote as you see fit!
I have allways said that I had no problem with purchasers wanting their money back, I just want a different outcome & it appears that the settlement agreement should give us all the chance to get what we have asked for. We do not know its content yet so why all of this abuse before it has even come out?
