Find it hard to believe all this started because I left my specs at work yesterday evening and couldn't see very well .Then Hawkings started slagging off my typos . Silly really .

Go on then....i will have one more post, and you keep the toys, it may occupy your mind for a while eh......lol.......maybe there will be an alphabet book there for you....or a copy of how to win friends and influence people.
When i said i was stopping posting, it was on the daft subject you are crusading, i am not stopping posting altogether, you dont have anything like that effect on me.......dont think of yourself too highly...........doh
In the world of FIN you may have thought that, but in the real world, i am stopping posting about the completely useless and downright pathetic, oh and boring, post you have set up. (straight after this!!!!)
The only other thing to close with is that you are confrontational, for the sake of being confrontational.......listening to your posts is a little like watching the North Sea Ferry turn round.....its long, takes in every direction, clumsy and in the end, a really poor spectacle. And when addressing the captain i would say 'aye aye, that was boring'.............which may be the 'I i' you crack on about.
Hope you remain happy in your world and i look forward to ignoring the rest of your subjects with increasing regularity.

Hi All,
The report has been posted on the SARC site along with an update from 7 Nov. I suggest reading both and thinking before you decide what you are going to do.
I am of the opinion that the probabilty of SADM going ahead is high and that it is probable that you could get your property before you get all your money back.

I don't think Tony is intentionally misleading people, it is just he doesn't understand the facts himself, so doesn't see that he is offering things that sometimes are so absurd.
People should be sympathetic towards and try to educate, before it is too late (probably already is though by now).

Quite frankly I don't give a shi* about Tony anymore .I have got what I wanted .How ever I will put everything I own on one last gamble .I bet everything I own that Tony et al end up with nothing .

I thought that I would just pop on line and read the newest nasty remarks. JA I am truly sorry that you are so bound up in anger and spite. You should not be attacking those who are trying to get a positive outcome from this mess and it is very unfair as you have a BG.
Now as for your offer giving up all that you own if I get my house, I am afraid that I must decline it. It would be unfair of me to take advantage of your angst and i will take it as bravado.
I am in conversation with ALmudena and yes negoatiations are underway to refiance SADM. Now I can not gaurantee the outcome but as the court and the town hall have extended time to them for the negotiations, I must conlude that they are very serious and close to an agreement.
All being well we could have a positive outcome soon
I WANT MY HOUSE AND FOR EVRY ONE TO HAVE A POSITIVE OUTCOME WHAT E VER THEIR CHOICE MAY BE

Tonymal time will tell. If you want to believe more lies then so be it .As I said I couldn't give a stuff about what happens to you anymore .Time will tell that you have been a very poor master of your own fate shame is you have also affected others who trusted you .Tosh Tosh and more tosh . HdT will not be able to refinance remember I said this. What then Tony another mad campaign to get a house any where you can? It may well be too late .I know what I am getting and I certainly did not rely on your stupid advice to get it.

Hi All,
i had a long and producitve conversation with Almudena yesterday. I will write up the update report ASAP and get out to the SARC membership and then posted onto the website for all to see. I believe that it is positive but I will let you make up your own minds when you read it.
I still want my house and for every one to be able to have theirs too and I think that we have a very good probabilty of getting them.
