I believe that members have the right to see report before non members the same as any other organisation otherwise what would be the point of joining if you could just sit back and recieve information at the same time as members what would the benifit be in being a member. If you are a purchaser and wish to recieve information beore the anyone else from us wh actually goout and do something then the solution is easy JOIN but don't sit back and complain because you cant be bothered to do anything as part of a group and just care about yourself as you have previously stated

I do believe that this is a strand call I want my house which we started for a campaigne and yes there are people that have joined and those that have not still benifit from the information going on our site for public viewing after the members have had it first
I realy wold prefer that you said something constructive or of helpfull information but then that is your perogative but then it is also mine too

Your attutude does not befit someone who supposedly represents people who are in the potential situation of losing vasts amounts of money.
I think you should listen to your own words as what you have put up is in no way useful and constructive to anybody except your 'members'. You have your own website; you have your members e-mails; there is also the PM option. Wouldn't it be better for all if you used these resources and not clog up this channel for people who would like information? If your concerned that someone may sneak a peek at what you have to say, use password protection.
Yes this thread is called I want my house but that does not mean it is yours alone to use, I think you should be reading up what exactly a forum is and for - "meeting or medium for open discussion or debate"
It's quite obvious how naive you are as far as this type of issue is concerned and I wish you well in your campaign but you should be looking at fact and not fiction and need to to invest in a good lawyer who can advise you well.

I am a sorry but it is you who is being impolite and not very construcitve. As for solicitors, well ours is specialised in Concuso, is also a Barrister and has given us a lot of very helpful information and advise. We have allready sent it out to the SARC email registered members and it will be avialable to all via the SARC site soon.
As for forums and there use, well they should be for constructive dialogue and to that end EOS has not only development specific areas but also topic threads. This thread is " I want my House" and is used to convey information of where to get information from to those who wish to have there house. It is also open to others to access and utilise but to complain that we post on the thread that we started is quite rich.
The whole point of this thread is to do all possible to secure our properties and hence protect our funds.
I notice that you have not given a name nor any indication that you are a purchaser at SADM

Don't you realise that some have made it a condition that:
a) You must give your name, address, credit card number, PIN number and much more.
b) Give full and utter details of the address of your property on this development, together the colours of floor tiles you will have, what make and colour toilet paper and much, much, more.
Before you are entitled to contribute to the forum, so you are probably not welcome.

Come on people,
Lets not go through all this again. The forums have been quiet but as soon as someone has news and has indicated that it will become forthcoming the same old digs and dialogue commences.
These people have taken time and money to go to Spain - ok, they want their houses and I respect them for that.
We were in Spain for 3 weeks - visited Jumilla and did some other research.
No one knows what the outcome will be and we will have to wait for at least a couple of months but during this period let's be civil to each other. Welcome information/news - digest it and apply it to your own personal situation.
Try not to be stressed over it as it is out of our control.
I will not let this situation take over my life - my health is my wealth.
Have a good summer to you all and yes, like many of you I could lose many thousands of Euro's.

Tony, I see you are still into making statements which you have no backup information and are so terribly wrong yet again.
In matters which you know nothing of, wouldn't it be better not to make a comment?
Regarding the helping of purchasers, if you mean all, do you agree that reports, regardless of why by should be posted here if considered helpfull and not just served for the rolled up trouser brigade first. Are such revelations for the selected few purchasers, or all?

The reason reports ae post on he SARC web site is that they can't be manipulated so that they dissapear by irritating comments that push them down so far on a strand that you can't find them easily so, we put them where they are freely available to all when posted on the site. that is why if yu have noticed that Justin gave a link to our website on all SADM strands.

But if the reports posted were factual, appreciated, considered of importance, unbiased, they would be read and supported enough not to be relegated by irritating or any other type of comments.
If the above criteria were to be met, I am confident that supporters would ensure they would be kept to the top of the pile.
Put them where freely available maybe, but only at such a time when considered appropriate, which means that all second class prospective citizens (those who do not wish to sign up to the other site), are not considered worthy to receive what is considered news.
It is just like the sales techniques of many not so good firms, who offer you something, but before that, you must sign up.

Why not just publish the information available
1) San Jose have now received financial backing from a foreign investor
2) El pinet is now the priority to complete in order to release funds from the homeowners that still have 50% of their properties to pay for even though they are now in residence...Habitation Licence etc
3) Orihuela is the next priority although they are currently undertaking foundation work and have been for some time
4) Santa Ana will happen but licences have to be re-validated to complete first stage
5) After the report is finalised, people will be offered on an individual basis what they want to do
a) complete the purchase of their property
b) have monies returned at a percentage loss ( they have no ready cash so cannot pay out)
c) have monies returned 100% but wait the duration it takes for SJG to get back into the black.
6) Albatera will not happen for the immediate future.

I was waiting for something to read, other than the 'secret service' stuff i have endured before and again now.
The interesting thing for me is that Albatera will not happen for some time, money has to wait until they are in the black. This is a messy bit for SJ isnt it. They cant offer any option for Albatera, but the contracts are out of date.
That is illegal and against any code of business practice that an administrator would subscribe to. The administration is not finished yet and to be honest all i am hearing and reading is spin, spin, spin.
Who is the foreign investor Daz? and which company are they investing in, SJ/HdT or the administrators poor childrens fathers beer fund.

1. There are 2 financial groups presently in negotiation and posibly a third.
2/3. Priorities are for the administrators and the management of SJj/HdT to decide and act upon.
4. the licences do not require revalidation only for the funds to be deposited with the town hall ( The Mayor said that).
5. The length of time for the return of funds is defined within the legal frame work and i believe it is as we were told by our Barrister, 5 years over which time instlaments are paid.
6. Albatera is of interest to the foriegn financial organisation.
If you read the report going up on the SARC site it goes into this and there is a piece going into the leader, or is it allready out and have you read it?

Hi Linda and Brian,
I know who the financial institutions are and one of them is not Russian. I can not reveal their identities as at this moment whilst negotiations are being finalised, as it is commercially senitive. I was informed in confidence and said that i would not reveal their identities but the news is very positive!
I strongly suggest that accusations of criminal activity by any party is done with caution. If these comments can not be validated and are placed upon an open public forum there is the possability that legal action could be taken by the acused party.
Please all read the report on the SARC site and you will have a much better understanding of how things are panning out and remember that SARC is a purchaser group.
