You are correct, that tosser of an official was only doing his job fairly when he sent Nani off, Flagged Scholes goal offside against Porto when he was 2 yards onside and also sent off another SIX players from English teams as oppossed to NONE for the opposition!! Correct my Arse!
We have to accept that he is unbiased according to your logic, while I prefer to remain bitter and angry because in my humble opinion he is a bent cheating T...!! and nothing and nobody will change my mind on that.

I think I will take you up on that mate, I am just relaxing jumping stations between Spurs and Newcastle and two entertaining games they are, but I cant help myself commenting on Adebayours goal. His foot was six foot in the air when he made contact and a defenders head was a mere 6 inches away as he tried to head clear. Now I may be getting paranoid, but that is every bit as dangerous as Nanis and it has just dawned on me that incidents like that are occuring in every single game I watch and no one is getting punished for it, no wonder I am losing the plot over it and from Eufa, who came out publicly and backed the Turkish Ref, there is just a deafening silence.

Bit harsh there Jay, but I realise that you must have a renewed spring in your step after Spurs have lost Bale for the season most likely. I can just see all the perenial under achievers looking in the mirror and shouting YES, Come on, we can do it now, we can nick fourth place!

How good to see Mark Clattenburg in charge of a big European game the other night. I'm the first to pick up on officials as most of them are anti Utd but this guy is one of the better ones. Yes he has made mistakes but not to the degree of others. He has been unfairly vilified and lied about by a major club and unlike them shown some dignity and restraint. Well done Clat it looks like you've got through all the crap the prejudiced gits at SB have thrown at you. Remind me did they ever really apologise?

Utd's wheels are falling off and just when we needed them to win!! Oh well will have to aim for 3rd now instead. As long as Citeh do a job down the Sh*thole and chelski and the spuds draw then cool tings arun!! As for tonight's game Citeh were the better footballing side by some distance and my thoughts on Utd are unchanged. Jay

Cant argue with that, I can argue about the first goal as when the GK has to look around a player stood in front of him, that is offside whatever rules you are going by. Having said that City were the better team on the night so I am not going to make excuses. dodgy team selection again by the great man but that's what he gets paid for and he is not going to change now at 71 years of age.

Ive no issues with last night, Citeh were the better side, poor team selection from Fergie but no excuses Citeh deserved their win.
Great support and atmosphere last night from both sets of fans, our derby is turning out to be one of the best for atmosphere these days as before Citeh had a decent team the atmosphere was always one sided.
Having a week away from football (i.e no Sky Sports, reading of newspapers etc) as I always do when beaten by Citeh or Liverpool so as far as Im concerened I never went to a game last night as there wasnt one, just looking forward to the away next Sunday at Stoke and 3 points closer to getting our trophy back.

Let me give you guys some more FACTS!
1: Rooney was lucky to not receive a red card, not only did he do a 2 footed studs up challenge he also continued to swear and moan at the ref,
2: The ref finished the first half with city in all out attack and the ball in utd penalty box, most refs wait until the ball is in a neutral position on the pitch before blowing the whistle,
3: Utd's goal was an own goal so utd didn't actually put the ball in the net,
4: The ref added an extra 1 minute to the 4 minutes of added time in the second half so 5 minutes were played rather than the 4 that was indicated by the 4th official to give em a better chance,
Fergie you senile old fool, why can't you just come out a say you were beaten by the better side on the day.

One swallow doent make a summer, you are still going to end the season with a big fat nothing! the record books will show that you beat us at O/T and we beat you at the Emptihad. Oh and we won the league. 6 wins and a draw will still see all the records broken. just to finish.... Fergie, make an appoinment for specsavers, the offside goal notwithstanding, we were second best all over the shop!
