Ant, the best home nations team is of course Northern Ireland as they were the last team to win the last Home Internationals Championship , and of course we did beat England, (remember that Healy wonder strike) the last time they played at Windsor Park. (Rooney subbed after running around like a headless chicken).
LOOKS LIKE WE'VE BLOWN OUR CHANCES OF GETTING TO SA NOW AFTER LAST NIGHT'S DISAPPOINTMENT, BUT WE WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THEM FOREVERMORE !
With Scotland and Wales also gone I will however be lending my support the Fabio's men in 2010.

i remember the strike well, pity he has never done it for us .and it was a good game for the ulster boys, whats it like in windsor pk? although small, i bet a good atmosphere.

the atmosphere can be really good but the old stadium is falling down in parts and we need the ruddy politco's to agree on how to fund a new stadium (some hope) - ah well there's always next time - oh and I nearly forgot the Republic are still in with a shout, although knowing their luck, they'll draw France or Russia/Germany in a play-off slot !
Would like to see Brucey give Healy a chance !

Same old, same old, even with ten men after another act of gross stupidity from Scholes yet again. Gradually but relentlessly moving through the gears as the season hots up. Us or Chelsea with [I might vomit as I say it] City a close third. Anyone disagree?

Only our late kick-off & the watching of the game in the pub last night prevented teasing of Dan....!! Where is he by-the-way? As Dakey says....'same old, same old' from the once mighty Spurs. I guess it will all quite from North London for the next few days??

Quiet??? like hell my friend was at the game, thought we played well in patches but that pitball you have up front was on a different planet, also must say I thought Anderson looked very good, and the final point.....the game was turned again on a poor referee decision, how many times does that happen against your mob ????

He certainly did!
We gave it to him and he paid it back with interest but in all honesty you won it fair and square. The only thing is he should not have been on the pitch when he scored and the game which had everthing you would want (apart from the result) will be forever remembered for his antics. More than half the reason we hate him is it always seems to be about him and not the team he plays for whether it be Togo, Arsenal or City. He just doesn't get it. Even when he scored thirty goals in that season and played virtually every game he only got 3 assists. Today he'll get banned and rightly so and I hope he don't get a moody hamstring come 24th April.

I was chattin with a few gooners outside the ground cos we couldn't understand the hatred he was gettin. The answers were pretty much perfectly covered in your reply. As for the game, i was knackered at the end and well chuffed when the ref blew. I was pleased Arshavin was missing.
My views on Adebayor and also saturdays game.
He's the best opposing player I ever saw at eastlands. 2 years ago 3-1 to Arsenal he beat us on his own.
Saturday very very strange before game. He had his kickabout with Arsenal, laughing and joking, spraying some of the lads with water. Same at begining of 2nd half. The stick he got was comical and he was havin a beltin game.
Van persie tried to hack through him and he definitely went to stamp on his hand. It will be a ban.
One of the lads in work compares his celebratory run with Cantonas kick at palace as incitement!!!!!
Women stewards attacked, chairs on pitch cans bottles!!
He should know better but there were some pretty weird stuff written about him.
Don't ban him before Saturday. City must be good if Dakey is tipping us for top 3

It would actually be good if he played saturday though!! Sorry Nick/Dakey but we need all the help we can get even from him!! (What a hypocrite!)
Still can't see past Chelski though...they're like a machine how many injury time late late winners are they gonna get??

Hi fellas,
Just thought I would let all the bluster subside before I make a contribution. It is a question, what have Man City and Sir Alex got in common? the answer is the number 33. 33 years without a trophy for City and 33 trophies for Sir Alex.
On A different note Ferdinand and Foster should be hauled in for double training this week for making a contest of a completely one sided game.
