Shane,
Just read the interview by 'diamond geezer' Harry, who states he wants Adebayour but only on loan for a year and city will have to pay some of his wages. Its brilliant isnt it, City are the Santa Klaus of football, they have players all over the shop still on the payroll. tevezs' agent also says he expects to have options for his transfer, not at half the price they are asking for him they wont. I wonder what reception the City fans will give the little whinger when he has to pull the shirt on again?

Dakey,
I see Spurs go to Utd on Mon 22nd and then play your other half on Sunday 28th.
Happen to be out at CdA during that time...I wonder if this new sports bar will be open and have the footy on.
Don't really bother heading to Campasol for the games but would pop down to the sportszone alright.
We're always good for something farcical against your lot....

Shane,
Hoping to get out on the 20th myself for a week or so, should be handy if the sports bar is open and hopefully has those games on. Can certainly see you getting something out of the second game.

Just been watching the footie tournie over here ay CDA and I swear the team that are winning have got half a dozen Man City internationals in it. After a few beers I thought I'd seen another snake but then realised it was Tevez. By the way - its p***ing down this morning here !

Jay,
I have a way out of the Nasri situation that is so obvious, Arsenal sell him to city for the customary 25 million, then in a couple of months when he doesnt fit in with Mancinis' ultra boring anti football get him back on loan and city will pay half his wages. Why didnt Wenger think of that?
Aguero is on his way to Eastlands, City have managed to fend off Europes best three teams Barca, Utd and Real Madrid among others to land his signiture..... NOT! no-one else is in for him. Are City fans not just a little worried that the big boys in his own country have given him a wide berth? if he is so good why is he playing for Athletico Madrid?
Answers on a postcard, Dave & Chaddy.

Hi Dakey I too have a solution. Arsene could borrow some Vaseline off of Fergie if there's any left after the amount that he had to use for Rooney's back door invasion! ;-) Jay

Another striker at £200k/week coming in....
The wages of the strikers who don't make city's starting team could fund most premiership teams!!
Quite ironic when you think that last year Mancini didn't really come across as someone with an attack mined philosphy.

Dave,
Ashley Young had plenty of top clubs in for him, he was just adamant that he was coming to the best. We can all have opinions on players but I would ask one simple question, What other clubs were interested in Aguero, Dzeko or Ballotelli? I can answer that one for you right now. A BIG FAT NONE is the correct answer. So shane is quite correct, this seasons forward line is next seasons loanees with City stumping up most of the wages. I am still loving the Eastlands entertainment factor, it is second to none.

I'm hoping Harry will take Adebayor and mebbee a couple of others on lone. I'm sure Jay would love to see him scoring at the Emirates

Sometimes you worry me more than other times. Who on earth from the top half of the table would have the slightest interest in Ashley. The main worry though is your total lack of interest for the Spanish game. Get yourself out to a game when your over in the season. Are you the only person in the northern hemisphere that doesn't know about the Mouriniho transfer saga with Atletico. When one of the worlds best players becomes available and comes to the premiership, the whole league will be excited. This now doesn't seem to include your skint lot.
Wonder if Ashley will start taking the ball with him over the half way line.
If you do start taking a bit more interest in the Spanish game you'll see Atletico's No1 keeper is still at the club. See you at Wembley???

Dave,
The only transfer saga I can recall concerning Mourino was at inter when he couldnt get shut of Ballotelli quick enough. No mate, I am afraid that City have bought another pup that will soon be on the loanee merry go round like the rest of them. Any takers for the Whinger yet? no I didnt think so, wrong about that one as well was I.

Dave I think that aguero is a fantastic signing. Chelski have been sniffing round him for years and no doubt he'd of gone there had you lot not have the type of money you have now. Still he's a talent and an exciting player for the premiership. Looking forward too seeing what he can do. Players like him should be in the premiership it's just such a shame it takes ludicrous amounts to bring em here. Jay
