3 glorious chances you royally fu**cked up and if weren't for the shite back pass and a mental attempt to retrieve the ball from a position that there was no need to attempt to try and win the ball from the same player then it would of been a comfortable win for the gooners. I will take nothing away from your triumph this year but I can't and won't change my opinion that you're distinctly average on comparison to previous utd teams and it is only The ineptitude of the completion that has gifted the title to you this season. Still a remortgage will sort it all out next yeah eh?? Jay

No officials mentinoned mate. Utd are a distinctly average team who have only succeeded due to the ineptitude of the competition. I've thought that all year and you 'll never change my mind on that. You're gonna have to remortgage again because compared to previous utd sides you are poor and deep down inside you know it. If citeh & chelski had a decent manager and If the gooners invested the serious advantageous match day revenues then it would be a lot more realistic. Wasn't happy with arsene's substitutes today out two best midfielders Rosicky and Ramsey run your mob all over the gaff and he took em off when Walcott and podolski were the obvious choices to remove. A 24 million spend on a worldy striker Could rectify the situation.......I wonder if we'll spend that?? Jay ;)

The fact is that without trying too hard we have come away from your place with a draw and your goal was offside and we had all the best chances. Now from where I am standing I dont care about your opinion of our team, We have nothing to fix, we have won our 5th title in 7 years and very very nearly won the other two. All the fixing will have to come from you and clubs like yours that have won jack for god knows how long. We also dont have to mortgage anything mate we operate from our earned income and service our owners debt at the same time. We are also the only club who have bought a class young player already for next year in Zaha and there will be a few more to come, not because we need them but that is how the great man operates, just add a few class players from a position of strength and that leaves everyone playing catch up but never really getting there. Enjoy your little end of season battle for the minor places, you must be used to it by now.
I see one of your board members with a 30% stake has been named as the richest man in Britain with a fortune of £11 billion! I also hear he is considering a takeover bid for the club. After all the crap you have slung at George ( and I agree with it all,by the way) the question must be, Will you forget your morals like George and Dave and Chaddy and the like and become a poacher turned gamekeeper or will you walk away from your club on principle?

4 yellas mate in the first half!! When it actually comes to playing football on our day you are well in our wake. Our issue is consistency and a proper spend and ethos down at the grove will put a proper well run non sugar daddy or mortgaged overspending mob proper in there place. You are champions and enjoy but you're nothing compared to previous utd sides and only the ineptitude of citeh chelski and the gunners have gifted it to you and today proved that. When it came to chelski citeh Madrid arsenal and even spurs you've been found wanting. Nuff said

Jay you're starting to sound like a Bitter! I hope SAF buys a couple more ordinary players to add to our average team who have just won the clubs 20th title! Then we'll be able to go for a 21st against a club with a mad manager and no fans, a club with no class and yourselves - a team with no spine and very ordinary players. Spurs will be our only concern next year if they hang on to GB.

Dakey Another record we can go for next year. When we win our 21st title it will be one more than the combined total of Arsenal, Chelsea and Shitty. They are soooooooo far behind in so many ways. No wonder they are bitter!

We gifted you the equaliser today as all the competition have gifted you the league this season. Go and spend another 24 million or more if you like but I'm absolutely sure you 'll. not walk it next year because of the ineptitude of others. Rip not even player of the year..... donkey kong won it and the young player too. HahahHa football is mad!! The player with the most cautions for simulation is the player of the year. Crazy
ps so sorry for screwing up your points total target.

Jay,
As for being in the wake of those clubs you really are a joker, We won at the Etihad this year and stamford bridge in the league and have taken 4 points off your sorry lot, not to mention the 8 we slammed past you at O/T last year with the same squad (minus RVP). We were in front against Madrid after nearly 2 games and eveyone knows what happened there and it had nothing to do with football. As for gifting us a goal you gifted us the ball outside the box, the rest was earned and that is football unlike your 'goal' that was gifted to you by the blind linesman, so really for all your huffing and puffing you never actually scored a legitimate goal!
We already have broken a few records like the most goalscorers in a squad and the most points earned from a losing position and there are still a few more within reach which shows the character of the club, we almost always respond to adversity, unlike yourselves. We have to quote these possible records to try and motivate ourselves for the remaining games as otherwise, in your words, we are on the beach.
Finally, if you qualify for the CL be grateful that you played us at a time when the squad was hungover from partying and didnt need the points or otherwise we would have strolled out of your plastic stadium with all the points as usual.

dakey remind me of your outrageous boast that you would surpasss the europeans champions total of 95 points. considering your lot are only playing half a seasons games after we knocked you out of 2 cups in the early stages i would say you have had a pretty poor season. only 1 euro cup and 1 domestic cup in the last 10 years isnt a very proud record imho.

Dakey Records smceords.........there's only one record that counts and you're never achieve it. You'll never go unbeaten and you'll never win the league at our gaff the way we have done so humiliatingly at your lopsided effort of a stadium. Have a good week and try and put more effort in your last few matches will ya?? Jay

Funny how Dakey Lad only mentions the odd wins they scrawp and not getting beat by City in his backyard and how scrawpy they were at our gaff with that deflected winner!!
Fact is Utd have qualified for CL and nowt else. City also qualify for CL and in FA cup final, Chelsea qualify CL and win Europa cup.
Now tell me that is a great Utd season winning virtually fook all when others have taken proper comps and also into CL??

George,
Its league titles that count for most not luck fuelled cup runs and we have those titles in spades my friend.
Jay, let me try and educate you a little so you stop making a jealous fool of yourself. There have been many great teams and great achievements in the history of football leading to great debate about which team is the greatest of all and every arguement put forward can be trumped by others claiming to have done the exact same except for two stand out achievements. One is the gunners going unbeaten in a league season (note that George, A LEAGUE SEASON, they were knocked out of all the cups that year) and Utds 99 team who won the TRUE treble of CL, FA Cup and League title. Both were magnificent achievements that quite probably will never be repeated and that beggers the question, Which one was the greatest team of all. Scrutiny of the salient facts tell you that the answer to that conumdrum is a no brainer. The so called ' Invincibles' drew 13 games and failed to retain the league title thus condemning the achievement as a magnificent stand alone feat by a good but not great team. Utd on the other hand backed up that great season with other outstanding achievements as follows. The league title that year was the middle one of three consecutive title successes, indeed the title following the treble was achieved with a record 18 point margin and the World club cup was added to the treble a feat that no other English team has managed despite all our european cup winners. ( George, you can add another World Club Cup in 2,008 to our cup successes in the last 10 years, the second time we have won it by the way, the absolute pinnacle of club football)
The conclusion is obvious, of the two stand out achievements in English football history, one of them was completed by the greatest club side in our history ever and the other fluked by a good team who were not really all that. The present Utd team get told that they are not as good as previous Utd teams and that is not an insult because no one is or was as good. What the present team are though is head and shoulders above the present day opposition and that is all they can be judged on and they pass that particular test with flying colours.

Chaddy,
Is 'Nowt else' yonnner speak for 'Premier League Winners'? or does the holy grail as you affectionately called it last year after 33 years in the wilderness now count for nothing?

Well George, Jay and Chaddy,
4 players in the team of the season as voted by people who should know..... premier league players! Thats no surprise to me obviously, but a message to Mr Hodgson, Rio won his place in the team for purely 'FOOTBALL REASONS' (and not a Terry in sight)

Dakey thats bo**ox Come back when you do it unbeaten mate. If it is so easy and we fluked it you should be able to do it easy with your magical team!! I wonder what odds a proper bookie would offer on a side going a premier league campaign of 38 games unbeaten against a treble?? Might have to look that one up eh?

dakey is that the same rio that gave away a cast iron penalty yday not given( english refs for you -lol) and the same rio that said he wanted to play for england but didnt turn up because it was outside his schedule. at least JT gives his heart and soul for england. Unlike most of your lot who wont play for their countries because it upsets old red nose. thats why you win many leagues, old red nose keeps the players fresh my bailing out the cups early and pulling the players from country duties.i think chealse have played 50% more games than your lot! and all you have is the pl. nowt else mate, and all it does is give you a cl spot that you will never win again.

Back in September, before the summer was out, 474 teams set out on an FA Youth Cup adventure. 474 sets of young footballers, many still at school or college, all dreaming that this prestigious competition would be their springboard to making a name for themselves in the game.
Round-by-round, that 474 has been whittled down and now, just two teams remain - Norwich City and Chelsea. Tonight, they will contest the first leg of the final at Carrow Road, where a large crowd is anticipated to cheer them on.
Rather like their senior side and the FA Cup, Chelsea are starting to take a vice-like grip on this competition, and this will be their third final in four years. They have won the tournament four times over their history and been runners-up twice.

Jay,
This could run and run, Winning the league unbeaten and winning the BIG treble are both remarkable feats highlighted by the fact that in the entire history of English football they have each only been done once each, by Arsenal and Utd. Both have their own merits and both deserve the utmost respect. That is unquestionable. It is also unquestionable that your invincibles going forward did nothing else to cement that achievement wheras for that Utd team they went on to excell the following year with a record margin title win and a World Club cup victory. Now to you, that might well be bollocks but to any other observer, biased or unbiased, that makes our team a far better one than your 'invincibles'.
We may never win it unbeaten, but equally you will never ever ever get anywhere near the BIG treble or a World club cup victory, in fact it is doubtful if you will ever win a single trophy ever again, so with that in mind I can understand why you look back on that team as something out of the ordinary when to us they are just another challenger fell by the wayside.

What happened in 2005 Dakey? In my opinion a game changer. We were knee deep in possibly the biggest infrastructure relocation & move ever seen in uk football, which involved not only the building of the most state of the art stadium in Brtitain as well as relocating countless other businesses. We even built a waste transfer station for islington council to enable our move and financed it all on fantastic low interest mortgages with German financiers. A lot for any club to be dealing with but not only did we still manage to compete but even managed to reach the CL final and were narrowly defeated when we were harshly reduced to 10 men by Barca. Actually think about that for a few seconds.... without bleating on with your ego centric utd bias. Right in the middle of that the Russian criminal came in started to ruin football and throw obscene amounts of money around snapping up players that both utd and arsenal had been courting just to stop either or any competition from well .....competing. And still in 2008 under those financial constraints we gave it an almighty push and barring key injuries to guess who and Eduardo could and should of won it. We are now virtually DEBT FREE and now we'll see under the FFP how we stand. A major footballing achievement followed by the laying down of the most solid financial building blocks of any team possibly in Europe. So pipe on about how the team never amounted to greatness after the invincibles season but what that team heralded was probably more important for the true long term success of Arsenal and it'll all be here long after Russian criminals, Arab oil price hiking scumbags or yank sheisters have long gone. If you still think it didn't amount to all that then it's really your problem and like I said put a bet on utd to do it next year and buy me a pint in the clover with the winnings. I'm definitely not holding me breath! ;) Jay
